I really like that I can create a new help center video and article at the same time. I like that while recording I don't have to worry about messing up because the AI feature will take about and mistakes and long pauses. Takes a lot of the time spent re-recording videos away. I don't know if there are any downsides, but just making sure you understand the plan you're on and how it works. If you are on the monthly plan, you need to make sure any exports for a video are done in the same month, otherwise it will take away from your export time.
