It offers the capabilities our club needs to operate and collect revenue. **What do you dislike about Club Automation?** I prefer the ease of setting up program registration was easier. Customer Service support is sub par. It takes weeks to get a response, and sometimes we never get a response. **What problems is Club Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reporting is beneficial. ### 3. It is easy to link accounts, track usage and keep in contact with our members. I love that it has the Anniversary and birthday feature so we can help our members feel truly integrated into our community here. Little details like that matter to people! **What do you dislike about Club Automation?** I really do not understand all of the user defined fields and when things get switched around it can be so hard to efficiently use the system. I would love for some of the fields that we do not use to be eliminated. But I am sure they get used by other users. **What problems is Club Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not sure it is solving any of our issues, but I do know that it makes tracking and helping clients with their account management easy. It definitely helps when we can link accounts and keep family information together. It is clear who has an active membership and who does not. Adding member information is easy and setting up user groups is very self explanatory. **What do you dislike about Club Automation?** Sometimes it is difficult to understand information presented within club auto. For example reading statements can be confusing unless you have been taught what you are looking at. Also it would be nice if it was easier to change the primary user on an account and link billing in a quicker way. **What problems is Club Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Club Auto has made it so we can be sure only members are getting checking into the cub and we now have a way of tracking memberships. It also gives us a way to assure that members dues are current and we have access to all member information in one space. ### 7. They are unable to see the breakdown of what their monthly charge was applied to. You can also run POS on it and schedule classes, lessons, and appointments! **What do you dislike about Club Automation?** Not completely accurate for tracking DAILY use (ex, if someone comes in multiple times a day it tracks all of those times).
