"Effortless Customer Outreach Program for Win/Loss Insights."
5/5
Describe the project or task Clozd helped with:

Clozd helped with Win Loss Analysis by conducting the critical interviews to give us valuable and direct insights from customers. This include both the accounts that we have won and the accounts where we lost to help us understand the gap. Interviews are detailed and covers every point of view from a customer's end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clozd?

One-stop shop to view the results. Integrated Win Rates dashboard. Along with the full transcript, we get to see the top decision drivers. Ability to customize the view based on various filters. SFDC integration for automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clozd?

Getting actionable insights from a non-biased 3rd party on what we do well and poorly in a sales cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

I wish we could get more responses and feedback throughout the year. A lot of that honus is on the reps though for asking before the deal closes for their participation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Invaluable tool to get better"

What do you like best about Clozd?

Invaluable way to collect feedback from opportunities, both wins and losses. We review the feedback regularly and pass this to our development teams as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

The product is great. The only downside is that sometimes customers opt not to participate, but this would be the case regardless of what feedback tool is used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent platform and interview facilitation for win / loss analysis"
5/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

Clozd offers a nearly turn-key win / loss program with excellent moderation and customer service. Their platform aims to bring together SFDC data with quant and qual survey data. Integration with Crayon is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

Aligning standard win / loss reasons to our own SFDC codes required a lot of work. Pricing is high, but there is strong value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely Valuable Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

They do a great job of getting objective, unbiased feedback from customers and prospects and honing in on the most important trends. Lots of companies can do customer interviews and provide insights but what sets Clozd apart is the platform. I love it because it's so good at turning qualitative feedback from interviews into quantitative, measurable insights that impact our business. It's really easy to use the platform and get different views of the data, whether it's by competitor, vertical, segment, or other view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

There's nothing I dislike. The cost is comparable to other vendors. The quality of interviews is very high and the platform is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Invaluable VOC Insight"

What do you like best about Clozd?

The most helpful thing from Clozd is the transparent feedback that we wouldn't get if we did the interviews ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

There are many things to dislike about Clozd however a few things to point out are that the feedback we get is really dependent on the quality of the interviewee and how real an opportunity was that wasa won or lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
