"Win loss has a method to the madness with Clozd"
4/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

Easy to upload recordings and get a full transcript

like the ability to upload transcripts from sources other than Clozd

effective to call out deal drivers consistently across deals

reports show the ratings collected across categories and programs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

platform can be glitchy and slow to load

transcription often struggles with product and company names, with the same error repeated often- would benefit from a global search and replace feature to correct repeated errors

limited options for tagging deals- if it's not a clear win or loss it's hard to find the right categories

AI summarization often misses nuances of the deal, and often makes conclusions that are not really accurate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great win/loss platform and team"
5/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

My favorite thing about Clozd is how hands off it is. Clozd integrates with Salesforce and automatically recruits for interviews or sends surveys based on pre-defined criteria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

The one downside we have with Clozd is it does not currently integrate with our competitive intel platform, Klue. Clozd does integrates with other competitive intel platforms and all our other core tools (Slack, Salesforce, Gong). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive platform and an excellent team to work with"
5/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

The platform is incredibly intuitive and has a load of built-in automations that mean we can "set and forget". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

Some interviewers don't have a deep enough knowledge of our market and competitors and may not know which questions to ask as follow-ups leading to some lower quality interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A brilliant tool for unlocking real insight into best practice across regions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

I love how actionable the insights are. The platform surfaces themes and patterns that I can immediately apply to my outreach and demos. It’s particularly useful when preparing for new market segments or competitive situations. The UI is clean, and it's easy to navigate (like ours at Hibob!) even when digging into more granular feedback. I also appreciate that it's based on actual buyer interviews, so there's a high level of trust in the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

There’s not much to fault, but if I had to be picky, I’d say some of the feedback can occasionally feel a bit generic or high-level; more detail would sometimes be useful when trying to unpack the specifics behind a decision.

They can also seem a bit vague, and biased depending on who the review falls on e.g if a stakeholder reviewing the platform had little involvement, and doesn't give a well rounded review Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our key to opening the black box of win/loss insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

Clozd brings clarity to what used to be a black box. We used to rely on self-reporting from our Sales and CS teams to understand why we win and lose details — this is helpful, but missing nuance.

Clozd’s buyer interviews give us the full story behind the data. Instead of just a high-level reason like “pricing” or "functionality," we’re now unpacking why price and functionality are issues (from perceived value/ROI to budget timing or misaligned expectations). That depth helped us tailor messaging, refine pricing, and enable our teams more effectively.

Working with Clozd's team has enabled us to build and scale the program to expand our realm of influence beyond GTM teams to inform other areas of the company as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

It can be a bit overwhelming trying to prioritize insights — there's a lot of valuable feedback coming in. It took some iteration to figure out how to package and share findings in ways that led to action rather than just stockpiling interesting data.

That’s more of a program design challenge than a Clozd issue, but worth calling out for anyone getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clozd is great"
5/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

The data analysis aspect of it. I reviewed a bunch of similar tools, and nobody has the ability to give me dashboards and analytics into the aggregate reasons we win/lose. Lots of people will do interviews for you, but Clozd is the only one I've seen that compiles data in aggregate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

It can take a while and be expensive to build up a library to the point where aggregate insights are useful, but the interviews themselves are useful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining Feedback Collection for Meaningful Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

For me, the best part about Clozd is its user-friendliness. It's intuitive to navigate, both for our team setting up the feedback requests and for our customers who are providing the reviews. There's no complicated training required, and the platform just works seamlessly. This ease of use has really encouraged more participation and made the whole feedback loop much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

Honestly, there isn't a lot I actively dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that the reporting features, while good, could perhaps offer a bit more customization in terms of visualization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worth It for the Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

The quality of live interviews is incredible, it is way more depth than a basic survey. Their customer service has always been responsive and helpful. Plus, they’re continuously innovating with AI-driven analysis, making it easier to spot trends and take action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

It’s on the expensive side, so to get the most value, you really need to commit to using it fully. The survey functionality is somewhat limited in customization, which didn’t quite fit our needs, so we ended up turning it off and relying more on the interviews. That said, since the survey feature is a free add-on, I can’t complain too much. It’s just not as flexible as we had hoped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Business Planner"
4/5
What do you like best about Clozd?

I liked the verbatim feedback and the context that Clozd often provides. The summary dashboard by themes (pricing, product, sales, customer support, etc) is very helpful in terms of monitoring any trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clozd?

I think it will be better if Clozd can disclose some directional pricing metrics or price points for us to understand the pricing discussion. A general statement such as "pricing is too complex" without too much details is hard to act upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
