The support team and onboarding team were phenomenal when we first started using Zesty, getting signed up and brought on was a breeze. Continued support has been very good and they have been very forthcoming with any information we requested. We make use of Zesty's dashboards pretty regularly as well and also make good use of the metrics they provide us directly. Getting this integrated into our AWS accounts was also a breeze. Cost savings are very good with this platform and nothing needs to be done after onboarding is complete, it's set and forget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their dashboards could use a bit more work, providing more granular views, maybe even breaking down resources that could be totally removed. Perhaps an expansion on the tool to provide something relevant to Kubernetes cost cutting would be nice too like some competitors have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Zesty setup was quick, and on the dashboard, we can see the savings provided as well as the resources that are over-provisioned. Zesty handles contracting the CRIs to achieve 99% instance coverage, while we manage the SRIs. The automation and peace of mind of delegating that responsibility for reservations to Zesty is fabulous, we were able to greatly optimize our reservation spending.I n less than a year we managed to reduce the monthly cost by 3000 USD on average, having recurring meetings with Zesty helps us understand the status and evolution of the reservations as well as define new workloads and start with additional reservations from day zero. Zesty automates and manages our RI/CRI/SP commitments on AWS. What stands out the most is the ease with which we can oversee all our cloud commitments without the need to manage them in-house. Zesty’s app provides a great overview, detailing our coverage split by RI/CRI/SP, coverage levels etc. which allows us to easily track and optimise our cloud spend. Zesty allows you to save 50% on your EC2 instance costs with almost no input required from you. The onboarding and set up process took us about 1 hour in total and requires no further input to start saving. Zesty will also keep you up to date with your savings with regular review meetings and their dashboard makes everything very easy to view and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just like those old rotisserie chicken commercials, Zesty is about as "set it and forget it" as you can get. Onboarding was quick, and has required zero work after the initial configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I understand the ramp up period of Zesty is required as it takes time to learn our usage, but it would be nice if we could crank up a manual dial for the aspects of our workload that we know will be fairly consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used to have AWS Compute Saving Plan until now but thanks to commitment manager we were able to improve our savings. Everything is automated and Zesty is commiting EC2 RIs on our behalf, no risk from our side. This is completing our saving plans and depending of our usage the tool is buying or selling RIs on our behalf. This is a no brainer solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a very lightweight integration, and minimal upkeep, you can make significant savings on on-demand EC2 instances. It offloads the operational workload of navigating the RI marketplace.
The Customer Success agents - ours is Rommi - are very quick to adapt to your company's needs, be it scaling up/down in existing or new regions.
Put simply, even with the 25% cut, if there was a button in any AWS service that you could click to save 60+%, you would click it instantly. Zesty is effectively that click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
