The drag-and-drop interface makes it so simple to use, even for those who aren’t necessarily experts in cloud infrastructure. The real-time monitoring feature is also a huge bonus. It gives me live visibility into what’s happening across all my cloud environments. But what i really like about Cloudshot is its multi-cloud support. Whether it’s AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, Cloudshot works across all these platforms, The visualization features give me a clear picture of how everything connects and how the components interact across multiple clouds, which makes managing everything that much easier. In short, Cloudshot is the perfect combination of operational efficiency and powerful features. From drag-and-drop ease to real-time monitoring, Terraform automation, and multi-cloud support—it has everything you need to make cloud management faster, easier, and more cost-effective. My customer satisfaction has improved, my work has become exponentially more efficient, and most importantly, it has made me happy knowing that I can manage complex cloud environments with ease. **What do you dislike about Cloudshot?** Honestly, there’s not much downside I’ve noticed. The only thing I can think of is that for GCP (Google Cloud Platform), some features are still unavailable. But I’m sure Cloudshot will bring these in soon. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind! **What problems is Cloudshot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to dread rolling out upgrades or executing commands on so many instances, but with Cloudshot, this task that would take me hours is now done in less than 15 minutes. ### 2. Earlier, I used to have bunch of them in my folder and my typical task used to start from finding the most relevant, peeping through it, tweak it, double check it, visualise it before sending for approval and so on. Nowadays, I just open the landscape diagram in Cloudshot (which is handy any way), make one click to generate the Terraform script. The script is almost perfect. Guess what, my Lead also uses Cloudshot to visualise it and gives a green signal. They do have a fantastic customer support too. **What do you dislike about Cloudshot?** As someone said, this tool should have been here since a decade. And that's what I dislike about it. :) Jokes apart, this is an incredeible product. HIghly recommended. **What problems is Cloudshot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Writing Terraform scripts for the deployment is something I do every single day. Before Cloudshot: 100% manual With Cloudshot: All automated. I just take a diagram from the architect, upload it to Cloudshot and generate the Terraform script and apply it after the approval. :) A lot of time is now saved which was otherwise "wasted" in writing the correct script, adding dots n commas as required. ### 3. My earlier product needed me to install their agents on my servers for monitoring. Cloudshot does not need me to install anything. That's the biggest security plus. They say "diagram to deployment" but it certainly has more than that. The xperience starts from connecting the cloud account. Its secure and easy. Cloudshot gives visualisation in the manner useful to the cloud devs and architects. I can make changes and export Terraform script with one-click. Its so awesome. I haven't tried data migration part yet but their video looks quite cool. Keeping them on the same page with cloud networks was a challange. Thanks to Cloudshot, its well sorted now. The operational efficiency is improved. Several other everyday tasks are simplified as well - such as - scheduling EC2 instances, transfering instances from one network to another etc. The best part is - its easy to setup, Cloudshot securely connects to the cloud accounts and they do not install any agents on the servers. That is amazing. **What do you dislike about Cloudshot?** Some reports are in the initial stage and improvements are needed in there. That said, this product is improved quite a lot in the last few months. But that wasn't the case with Cloudshot. Its probably the only tool I know that works 100% agentless. It provides various options to connect your Cloud e.g. with AWS there are three options - IAM key, Idp and AWS Cognito. SInce we use Cognito any way, providing a secure access to Cloudshot was easy peasy. Overall, the product is intuitive, eficient and awesome. **What do you dislike about Cloudshot?** We use Oracle Cloud too and currently I don't see a connection. Helpful if you they include Oracle cloud too. **What problems is Cloudshot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding a cross platform cloud monitoring tool, that too economical, is always a challange. Cloudshot is good - its cross platform (provides supports to about 6-7 clouds, intuitive and offers many features that are needed for an efficient cloud operations. ### 8. However, they probably want to stick with native draw.io's UI and it makes sense. The starter tier allows one-cloud account only.
