The system's layout is extremely easy to navigate and learn. It always feels like the solution is right where it needs to be. The only negative I have come across while using it is that occasionally the load times are fairly slow. I've never experienced the platform crashing or a task being left undone, but at times I have had to wait a reasonable amount of time for the task to be completed.
