CloudHQ staff randomly cancelled my reoccurring payments without contacting me to explain why.

We had an issue with a parsing job that wasn't working as it was supposed to. This was affecting our business. I reached out to support via email. It took 6 days to get a reply after following up. The reply didn't solve my issue. Then 7 more days to get a second reply, still without solving it. The founder himself replied and I told him I wasn't happy with their support level. I asked him if I should keep spending time on fixing the issue or if I should spend that time migrating to another tool. He said I should migrate, then blocked my email and paused my account.
