Area 1 support are quick to respond and fix them. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudflare One (SASE):** Great product, would recommend a POC using a BCC option. **What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?** we never know how many phishing emails our employees get (that we don't know about) this has helped a LOT! **Official Response from Christina Warner:** > It's always amazing to hear that we've been successful in our goal of providing our customers with the best possible product and experience. There is no language barrier and the customer service is phenomenal. **What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?** Zero day threats have been a challenge. However the team is super responsive adding all new threats to the machine learning. Frequently updating you on the status. Once added the system gets better and better. **Recommendations to others considering Cloudflare One (SASE):** Really painless mailflow setup with MX change. Super support. **What problems is Cloudflare One (SASE) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are actively blocking phishing attempts. Area1 is doing it in an almost set it and forget it manner.
