Cost is on the higher side given the plethora of services offered. Therefore smaller organisations can feel the pinch. Support. The one main area that has always been a struggle over the many years of our relationship is the support when things go wrong which ultimatley is inevitable. Without specific key individuals involved, the response & resolution times are far behind any modern businesses' SLA's and as such it makes it tricky to support your own Partners & Customers in a timely manner.

Cloud Blue on the face of it seems expensive however, whilst I am sure that all businesses would prefer not to have to pay for many things Cloud Blue offers great value for money and most importantly predictable costs and the ability to stay ahead in our complex industry.
