When I talk about the CloudBees, I got few points that can do the justices

The scalable CI/CD is one of the best feature and ease of use, the learning curve is one of the best. While talking about managed services like Jenkins its very good.

The community support is also good.

While there are not as such deslikes but the two things I'm most concern about is Cost and Customization, while cost can be the concern for many companies and customization limitations may bother developers.

I was expecting that casc plugin provided on top of open-source plugin solves things like items or that provides a kind of solution that helps on coding bundles (Export tool works but I was expecting in something more easily to interact) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
