I really like the ability to create playlists with Cloudastructure. Once I download footage, I can save it all together and pull clips from different cameras and locations into one place. Then, I can share it with relevant parties, which has been very helpful for communicating with the police in certain situations. The initial setup was relatively easy, and the service call to get started was quick and painless. I found the transition to using the platform to be relatively seamless. Right now, our Internet speed is not as high as we need it. So that's more of an internal issue for us, as a company. So we're not able to really take advantage of the AI features. Other than that, like, maybe being able to see the footage in real time, instead of having to download and then wait for it to like, an hour or two for it to download before viewing. I like that Cloudastructure is pretty easy to use even for someone not initially savvy with camera systems. Their instructions and updates keep me informed about things happening on the property, which is amazing and helpful. The platform makes it simple to pull up past data, whether it's days, weeks, or months old. The service works well, and downtime issues are addressed quickly, often without me having to reach out. Cloudastructure communicates very well and notifies us immediately of suspicious activity, even calling our security director if needed. I find it user-friendly, and I appreciate how if I make a mistake, I can go back and correct it. I also like that they assist us in the evenings and early mornings when security might not be present. Honestly, I don’t have any real dislikes. Like any system, we’ve run into a few minor issues with our cameras here and there, but the support team has been fantastic—responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to help us resolve things.
