### 3. Seamless Salesforce Implementation Planning with Flexible, Real-Time Visibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke G. | Technical Services Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

What I like best about cloud coach is how seamlessly it supports implementation work inside Salesforce. I can convert closed opportunities into structured delivery plans without losing context or duplicating data, making handoffs from sales to implementation so much smoother. I was a daily Cloud Coach user and can honestly say the platform strikes a great balance between standardization and flexibility. Templates help maintain consistency across projects, while still allowing me to adjust timelines, resources, and dependencies based on changing customer needs. I also love the real-time visibility into project status and workload because it allows me to identify potential risks earlier than I would have. Cloud Coach makes it easier to manage complex implementations and keep stakeholders aligned so I can focus on delivering a successful software implementation.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

It can feel less intuitive than some standalone project management tools, especially if you're a new user or new to Salesforce. There's a learning curve and teams often need time to understand how to navigate and configure it effectively. Customer support is another challenge. Outside of existing Salesforce KBAs there isn't a lot of hands-on or easily accessible support. Cloud Coach integrates well in Salesforce but doesn't integrate with all of the project management tools that we used. Even after implementing, we still used several outside project management tools for implementations in addition to Cloud Coach.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach serves as our primary project management software and is the source of truth for where our team is on a given implementation at any time. It allows us to turn closed opportunities into structured project plans quickly and with ease which reduces the manual work and makes handoffs from sales to implementation a breeze. It also helps us by allowing us to standardize delivery with the reusable templates.

  ### 4. Efficient Project Tracking with Salesforce, But Advanced Features Can Be Costly

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach fails to handle some project portfolios, which may demand more development and support
The advanced version of Cloud Coach demands deep budgets, which may result in financial distress in a company

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach focuses on efficiency and performance on projects, marketing and customer experience
The software has advanced metrics that assists us in converting opportunities to projects or business

  ### 5. Flexibility for Growing Companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan T. | Professional Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

As a rapidly scaling organization, we needed a project management solution that could evolve with our needs—Cloud Coach has proven to be that and more.
What we love:
1. Flexibility Across Project Methodologies
One of Cloud Coach’s standout features is its ability to support multiple project management methodologies—Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches—within a single project manager’s portfolio. This flexibility allows our teams to tailor workflows to the unique demands of each initiative without being locked into a rigid framework.
2. Intuitive Resource Tagging
Tagging resources in Cloud Coach is seamless and incredibly useful. Whether it’s highlighting meeting minutes, follow-ups, or attachments, the tagging system ensures that key information is easily surfaced and never lost in the shuffle. This has significantly improved our internal communication and accountability.
3. Smart Resource Assignment & PTO Management
Cloud Coach simplifies resource management by allowing us to block calendars for PTO and dynamically reassign workloads to coverage resources. This feature has reduced the administrative burden on project managers and ensured continuity across projects, even during team member absences.
4. Effortless Reporting & TTFV Tracking
Building reports in Cloud Coach is straightforward and powerful. We can quickly generate insights tailored to different stakeholders, and the ability to track Time to First Value (TTFV) has helped us measure and optimize project impact with precision.

Cloud Coach has become an indispensable tool in our project management toolkit. Its adaptability, ease of use, and thoughtful features make it ideal for companies navigating growth and complexity. Highly recommended for teams looking to scale efficiently without sacrificing clarity or control.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Would like a running ticker of project statuses on the home screen to see the past status's in quick view rather than via report. This may be configurable but haven't explored further.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Managing Diverse Project Methodologies
Problem: As your company scales, different teams or projects may require different management styles (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Solution: Cloud Coach allows project managers to manage multiple methodologies within one portfolio, reducing the need for multiple tools and enabling consistency across the organization.

2. Improving Communication & Accountability
Problem: Important details like meeting minutes, follow-ups, and attachments often get buried or missed.
Solution: The tagging feature makes it easy to highlight and retrieve critical information, improving visibility and reducing miscommunication.

3. Reducing Administrative Overhead in Resource Management
Problem: Managing PTO and coverage manually is time-consuming and error-prone, especially as teams grow.
Solution: Cloud Coach’s resource assignment tools allow for calendar blocking and temporary load shifting, streamlining coverage planning and minimizing disruption.

4. Enhancing Reporting & Performance Tracking
Problem: Building custom reports and tracking key metrics like Time to First Value (TTFV) can be complex and slow with traditional tools.
Solution: Cloud Coach simplifies report creation and enables real-time tracking of TTFV, helping teams measure impact and optimize delivery.

5. Supporting Scalability Without Sacrificing Control
Problem: Scaling often leads to fragmented processes and loss of oversight.
Solution: Cloud Coach centralizes project management, resource planning, and reporting, allowing your company to grow while maintaining operational clarity and control.

  ### 6. Cloud Coach Streamlines Projects and Enhances Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mandeep S. | Remote & Onsite Technical Customer Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

What I like most about Cloud Coach is how well it brings together project management, customer support, and CRM tools in one clean platform. It’s easy to set up workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress without jumping between different systems. The dashboard gives a clear overview of everything happening across teams, which really helps with coordination and accountability. I also appreciate the responsive customer support — they genuinely try to solve issues rather than just send automated replies.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

The only downside I’ve noticed is that some advanced features take a little time to learn, especially for smaller teams or new users. A few parts of the setup could be simplified, and initial onboarding might feel slightly technical for beginners. Once you get familiar with it though, everything runs smoothly.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps streamline our project management and client onboarding processes. Before using it, keeping track of multiple projects and timelines was challenging, especially when several team members were involved. With Cloud Coach, it’s much easier to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure clients are updated on time. The built-in visibility and reporting features reduce communication gaps and help us deliver projects more efficiently. It also improves accountability within the team and saves a lot of time that used to be spent switching between tools.

  ### 7. Strong Project Management software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meghan S. | Implementation Project Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

I would say this platform is mostly pretty user-friendly. It is easy to get into and navigate, and the learning curve was not too steep as I transitioned from a different PM software into this one. I am still transitioning out of my old system so I don't yet use the system as frequently as I expect to in the future, but I am mostly enjoying the process so far. I appreciate the auto-save feature and the easy-to-understand views.
Our organization defaults to the Gantt view, but I have also found value in toggling over to the List view as well. Highlighting the Critical Path has been really helpful in trying to lay out dependencies and timelines. It is also nice how Cloud Coach allows the users to designate which tasks have external deliverables or should be included in external updates, which really lets us pick and choose how robust the client-facing updates get, while still providing for plenty of data for our internal stakeholders and teams.
There are many features of the system to connect to other parts of the organization, since Cloud Coach is part of Sales Force suite. I think there is a great deal of power here, but admittedly I have not yet explored all of it. I'm excited by the "Chatter" menu, which allows information and questions to be shared, along with polls.
Once a user is in and operating across multiple projects, features like My Day are helpful in pulling together high priority tasks from a variety of different projects. I look forward to exploring and better understanding features around Resourcing and Change Management.
It appears as though there is a robust LMS built into Sales Force as well, which I'm hopeful will allow me to enhance and scale my skills further.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

In a complex project with many dependencies, it can be a challenge to connect dependencies within the Gantt chart. This seems easy - just draw an arrow from the handle of one task to another - but can be tricky to navigate for a newer user (like myself), especially when there are already many dependency lines across the view.
It is beneficial for an organization to be thoughtful about how they engage and then roll the system out, to ensure they have the right license type to support their organizational needs. If not, it can be a little bit clunky working out solutions to what end up being system limitations.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a software as a solution product and working with a wide variety of clients with differing needs. Our projects are mostly very similar, which is allowing us to make great use of templates as a starting point, but have a high degree of variation within them, so we need to be able to fluidly navigate making project plan adjustments. Doing so with speed and efficiency allows us to be more on the ball as it relates to the work that needs to be done, along with improving both our internal and external communications.

  ### 8. Navigating Implementation through Cloud Coach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud interface is functional and allows tasks to be created and tracked, though sometimes navigation can feel less intuitive than expected. Reporting features provide necessary information on project status, but the insights occasionally lack the depth needed for more complex projects.
Integrations with other systems are available, though setting them up required additional time and occasional troubleshooting. The tool supports multiple project management methodologies, but adapting it fully to specific workflows sometimes proved challenging.

The support team is quick to assist and knowledgeable, ensuring any issues are resolved fast so we maintain momentum. Overall, it’s a powerful solution that drives transparency, accountability, and teamwork across projects. I would confidently recommend this tool to any team looking to elevate their project management game.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

As an end user there are more nimble tools in terms of task level management of the project plan. This comes w/ the territory of being native to Salesforce vs. Microsoft or spreadsheet based.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An integrated solution with Salesforce that assists in continuity of information by leveraging the customer profile to build and track scope and execution of work.

  ### 9. Flexible integration with Salesforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth H. | Business Systems Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

We love how flexible the product is, and how it integrates with Salesforce. While there is so much to utilize out of the box, we also have the option to customize to meet our needs.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

There is so much functionality to know and understand about Cloud Coach, it can be intimidating to someone first utilizing the product.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach is allowing us to better unify our various onboarding teams, providing more insight into all the work that occurs throughout implementation

  ### 10. A product that allows us to self-contain all our project and portfolio work under one platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim D. | Manager, Enterprise PMO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Reporting and dashboard capabilities are powerful, and a critical tool for our senior leadership. Resourcing features are robust and allow us to easily tie our work to available capacity. We can use many of the features in creative ways specific to our organization for improved visibility and insight. Customer support is excellent, consistently responding to any questions almost immediately and with helpful, relevant information to steer us in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

The learning curve for the system is higher than other applications; less tech-savvy team members struggle to learn some features without regular guidance. Involved and knowledgeable Salesforce Admins are critical to the speed in which changes and permissions can be addressed, so ensuring there is at least one strong resource in this position is important to the success of the product.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project performance metrics and reporting, accessible and easily creatable executive dashboards, resource capacity and allocation, overall portfolio visibility

  ### 11. Feedback on Cloud Coach

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach has a comprehensive set of tools for our business including project management, time tracking, and resource management. Being a Salesforce shop, the native functionality feels seem less and ability to configure workflows is easy. Support at Cloud Coach is engaged and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Management of the project plan can be clunky and isn’t as user friendly as we would like.

We wish there were more options in the external view for information input from our customers and partners.

Our support team has changed hands quite a bit and doesn’t always understand our business.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to easily report on progress of our implementations and where we have gaps to bring a client live.

  ### 12. Great partnership!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg S. | President & COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

We are a Salesforce Consulting Partner and use Salesforce to track all of our Sales Activity. As we've grown, we've found that it has become more difficult to tackle resource management and utilization in an effective and PROACTIVE way. We set out to look at a variety of tools to help and Cloud Coach was a clear cut solution. For us, we live and breathe Salesforce so being able to connect our PSA and Invoicing directly to our Sales Process witihin Salesforce is a huge benefit for us. It's also a very intuitive and easy to use/learn application and gives us the visibility into our projects but also into our resource utilization which is very important. All in all, we are huge fans of the work that the Cloud Coach team is doing and have a great partnership.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

At this time there haven't been any noticiable shortcomings that I've seen.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enables us to proactively manage resources that can be staffed to deals that are in the sales cycle which ultimately decreases our time to start projects. It also provides us with long term resource utilization tracking which helps us be more proactive with hiring and/or outsourcing for certain roles. We also leverage the tool for project planning and deal profitability along with invoicing.

  ### 20. Cloud Coach has been a stong partner for our Professional Services Automation needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackson W. | Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach has been a partner from the beginning, making sure that we were supported through a lengthy implementation and years of continued development and expansion use cases. We made use of many aspects of the Cloud Coach standard feature set, which has been significantly improved and expanded upon over the years, and we've been able to customize various aspects to fit our business use cases.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

The tool has a lot of capability but with that comes complexity for end users, especially when you layer in custom workflows and changes to their product. One of the challenges over our time with Cloud Coach has been to roll back some of our customizations and drive organizational change so that the project management style better fits industry standards and the Cloud Coach tool. Cloud Coach as a company has also undergone a lot of organizational shifts over the last few years and during that time our level/quality of support has fluctuated.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach is solving a wide range of challenges at our company but the primary use case is for Salesforce based project management and time tracking. This is benefiting us by allowing high volumes of complex projects to be run in paralell with a lot of custom workflow and reporting capability.

  ### 21. Great Functionality with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeleine C. | Head of Enablement & APAC, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

We implemented Cloud Coach as a project management tool to manage Implementations and Product Development. It's a great tool with a really intuitive UI that gives you incredible functionality at your fingertips. And because it's on the platform, as a Salesforce Admin, I can adjust it as required to fit our process.
The Knowledge base and Academy courses are fantastic; they give users a well-rounded education on how to use the product as they're starting. And the inbuilt help function and link to videos make it easy to learn about the features whilst in the product.
I have also been super impressed with the care our Customer Success Manager has given us to ensure any questions we've had have been answered, and the support team are responsive and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

There are a few little feature gaps that I've found to be frustrating. The Checklist Project Methodology is relatively new but lacks a bit of functionality. I think they are developing quite rapidly on the product, though, so I'm sure the features for Checklists will increase over time. I would like to be able to use the tabs for Cloud Coach in a Console-style Salesforce app, but it doesn't work very well, so I find I'm not as efficient when I have to use multiple Chrome tabs instead.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving us out of spreadsheets and getting all the data within Salesforce for our projects.
Project planning, Resource Planning and Time management
Better control over the data, linking project tasks to Cases and ensuring everyone has access and visibility to the projects they need to keep track of.

I have been using Cloud Coach for the past few months, and it has significantly transformed the way I manage my projects and team collaborations. As someone who juggles multiple projects simultaneously, I needed a tool that could help me stay organized, keep track of progress, and facilitate effective communication. Cloud Coach has exceeded my expectations in all these areas.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Integration Issues Currently, Cloud Coach does not offer direct integration with Acumatica, which limits the seamless transfer of information between the two platforms.
Mobile App Limitations, the mobile app, while functional, lacks some of the features available on the desktop version.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project Organization and Management - Managing multiple projects simultaneously can be chaotic and overwhelming. Keeping track of deadlines, task assignments, and project progress without a structured system often leads to missed deadlines and overlooked tasks. CC has greatly improved my ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. I can easily see what needs to be done, who is responsible, and when tasks are due, reducing the risk of missed deadlines and ensuring projects stay on track.
Team Collaboration and Communication - Effective communication within my team is essential but can be challenging, especially when team members are working remotely or across different locations. The collaboration capabilities have streamlined communication within my team. We can quickly share updates, discuss issues, and collaborate on tasks, leading to faster decision-making and improved project outcomes.

  ### 24. Thank you, Cloud Coach - For helping us grow and become more nimble.

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach has proven to be an invaluable asset to our project management operations, seamlessly integrating into our workflow and significantly enhancing collaboration and efficiency among project managers and portfolio directors. Wellstar has been using Cloud Coach for more than three years now and we it just keeps getting better. More streamlined.

One of the standout features of Cloud Coach is its intuitive interface, which has greatly simplified project management tasks for our team. From setting up projects to tracking progress and managing resources, the tool offers a user-friendly experience that minimizes the learning curve. Project managers appreciate the clear layout that allows them to quickly grasp project statuses, timelines, and dependencies without navigating through complex menus.

Megan, our CSM, provides strategic guidance that aligns with our organizational goals. She has helped us customize the tool to fit our unique requirements and advised us on industry best practices for project management. Her proactive approach in sharing updates about new features and functionalities ensures that we are always maximizing the tool's potential.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

We have a very custom intake process which is well outside of the OOB application. Trying to get updates to this part of our process is a little tricky, but this is no fault of Cloud Coach, just our intense discovery process.

I would love to see more heat maps!

**Recommendations to others considering Cloud Coach:**

If you are thinking about this system, stop. DO IT! You will not regret it. From the ease of use to the quality support and knowledge of the team! Hands down, the best decision we made!

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach is allowing us to track Wellstar's strategic work, from building business cases during our discovery process ( using custom code) to successfully running those projects. This work is helping to drive change in our facilites. We are about to roll into some benefit realization tracking both monetary and growth.

  ### 25. So Easy!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill B. | Implementation Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

I am pleasantly surprised how easy Cloud Coach was to pick up. I typically don't like change, (who does?), but am confident that I am going to be an expert user soon!

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

- I wish we could delete unwanted Tasks with a Mass Update instead of one-by-one.
- I know I had the abilty to edit communication entries on my Tasks, but that seems not to be the case any more -
    would like that back.
- Would like to be able to attach emails to the task instead of copy/pasting them

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is integrating with SalesForce that we already use so we have all information in one tool for everyone to see. This will cut down on time spent duplicating efforts in other tools.

  ### 26. Great CRM integrated Project Management Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Slick Gantt charts, that use actual project plans to roll up into organisational resource forecasting.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Hard to get an actual WBS (i.e. graphical representation of Scope) out of it, would be a huge benefit as the only other software that can really do this is JIRA (which doesn't work for schedule driven projects)

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrated project planning/CRM/resource/data management

  ### 27. One stop shop!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Having the integration with Salesforce is key. This allows our organization that heavily uses Salesforce manage projects without having to leave the application and use multiple other sources.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

While it seems to have been around for a long time, there are some IT aspects that are not quite up with the times and cause our organization to come up with our own workarounds.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach has helped ease some of the time burden we feel with using multiple applications. We track our new client onboarding experience through Salesforce and now we can also track out project plans, meetings, and client communication directly within the platform. This has allowed time back in the day to help focus on actual client need and less time worrying about administrative tasks.

  ### 28. Ease of use on the Salesforce platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

What I appreciate most about Cloud Coach is its seamless integration with the Salesforce platform. It brings benefits such as utilizing master data, streamlined administration, and access to standard platform tools. The customizable workflows and interfaces are allowing us to tailor the solution to our processes. Also, the system's user-friendliness stands out, enabling end users to track tasks and report time in a simple way, enhancing overall productivity and user experience.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach's tools on the Salesforce platform has a great adaptability, allowing us to customize it to our operational needs. The platform could, however, be enhanced by more predefined best practices and processes to facilitate a simpler setup experience, especially related to financial reporting and processes. While this requires a greater time investment configuring the system, it should be noted that it does not detract from the end-user experience, which remains straightforward and efficient.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach has been instrumental in enhancing our control and oversight of project portfolios at various levels - enabling management by exception by highlighting projects that are off compared to defined baselines. It simplifies the process for our team to enter time and ensures efficient invoicing to our customers. Additionally, the platform aids in effective project resourcing and resource allocation, allowing us to optimize our workforce. This contributes to an efficient operational workflow within our organization.

  ### 29. customizable software that is great for tracking projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach allows us to centralize time tracking, workflow, and billing for projects. It is great for keeping track of projects with multiple parts or phases. It is very customizable, and post go-live support resources are very responsive and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Clould Coach does a good job at handling most aspects of projects, but project documentation has been a bit of a challenge. Some types of projects are worked day-to-day, more like a support case than a project. but they are still billable projects that need to be managed in Cloud Coach. Being able to easily access and review past documentation has been challenging. I'm not sure if this is a limitation in Cloud Coach or just our company's implementation or usage of it though.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach is able to track and store a lot of discreet data about projects.

  ### 30. Cloud Coach neat tool with a lot of potential

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Senior Practice Lead, Solution Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach has a lot out of the box functionality. It is also flexible enought to be adjusted to Business Processes that are different from the standard ones. The reporting functionality is great!

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach needs a thorough process review and re-engineering before implemented. While a lot of things are technically possible, the implementation partner needs to have a strong busines process background and ask the right questions.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach gives you the insights you need on the project, program and organization level. While there are numerous other Project Management tools out there, Cloud Coach also covers the staffing part of projects, which is a headache at times.

  ### 31. Empowering Project Management with Cloud Coach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshay R. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Our team is able to handle projects, resources, and tasks in one location thanks to Cloud Coach's excellent array of tools that integrate smoothly with Salesforce. We are much more productive now that we can automate tedious chores and modify workflows. Additionally, their customer service is excellent and always available to answer any questions.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Despite its strength, Cloud Coach has a learning curve and can be complicated to set up initially, especially for people who are not familiar with Salesforce.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By centralizing our project management operations, Cloud Coach helps us cut down on the inefficiencies that result from utilizing several disjointed applications. It allows for improved insight into task progress, resource availability, and project schedules by offering a consolidated platform within Salesforce. As a result, the team's performance and project delivery accuracy have increased.

  ### 32. The productivity boost we needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine E. | Director of Onboarding & Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

It was easy to use and implement, and the templates for projects were a lifesaver. We were implementing the system at a time of tremendous growth and it was not only easy to convert our projects into CC, but the change management was quick because the tool was so easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

There are a few small quirks at times that the team finds annoying, but it doesn't prevent adoption or use. No software is perfect and I'm pretty sure if I said we were going back to the old way there would be an uproar.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task and owner management, projecting project completion, tracking status and risk, and the ability to connect to SalesForce.

  ### 33. Customizable to your team’s specific needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

The best part of Cloud Coach is how easy is it to create custom reports and dashboards within the platform while also being able to export data for more complex analysis. This functionality allows me to get the information I need quickly to solve problems and answer questions accurately. I also have vendor support, onsite admin, and a team member who excels at reporting to assist with customizing Cloud Coach to my team's requirements so I don't need to waste time myself configuring tools to get to the data I need. Everyone's time and expertise is valued through this approach.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

The Cloud Coach package we purchased does not include staging functionality that would require project managers to fill out certain fields before they can move on to the next project phase. Our Cloud Coach support team member informed me that it was available at first but, upon further investigation, determined our organization does not have access to it. This means I need to do a little more oversight to ensure team members are putting in accurate and complete data.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach allows my team to track their progress on a project level, ensuring each milestone is met and documented while giving me tools to manage the entire program. I can easily draw insights from analytics to report up to executive leadership. The amount of time I spend generating actionable insights from data has decreased greatly as we've customized Cloud Coach to work for us.

  ### 34. Very good software, great account support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

We are maturing our global program management capabilities, part of which is moving from an Excel-based system to a proper online system. We selected CloudCoach because it integrated well in our existing Salesforce instance, and we liked the out-of-the-box functionality and were impressed with the account and implementation teams. We are nearing our launch soon, and it has been one of the most well-organized and efficient implementations I have experienced. We have a lot of custom requirements and needs, and the CloudCoach team has been extremely flexible to our requests for customization. We're truly going to end up with a solution that works for us and our process, rather than fitting our process to existing software. I have also appreciated the input from the CloudCoach team on best practices. When we launch, this system will be part of our daily routines and allow for increased transparency across the company.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

As with any software, there are features we would like to see added. Most of what we desired had a solution, but others are part of the broader product roadmap. I do trust that the software will continue to improve for all over time as features are added. One challenge we had in the past was the need for a Salesforce license with the CloudCoach license, but the introduction of the MyDay license has solved that issue for us.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating and standardizing legacy new product introduction processes across multiple, global manufacturing sites. The system will also provide great transparency and visibility internally and with our customers.

  ### 35. Cloud Coach works for me!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach integrates well with SalesForce and allows me to connect project activites, communications, progress and timelines effectively with other parts of our organization. With the External Project View, my clients can also view project progress in real time with a secure url. It has moved us from four or five different applications to one, where I can track resource, manage meeting minutes, project timelines and stakeholders all in one place. I use it every day on every project. It was easy to implement, and and easy to use daily. The company's customer support provides prompt responses and helps us with application-related questions and issues.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

While the product does not have many of the detailed functions present in other apps, it does provide a global view of a project, allowing me to manage almost all aspects of a project in one application.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a recent upgrade we encountered some issues related to our custom setups, which the support team was able to identify, coach us in solving the issues and provided a solution for correction.

  ### 36. Cloud Coach as the foundation for evolving service delivery

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason R. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

The potential for using Cloud Coach to bring together project management capabilities with resource management for a B2B SaaS organization. Being built on the Salesforce platform enabling connecting visibility and communication

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Configuring Cloud Coach as part of a larger change management initiative to evolve the service delivery operations has been a challenge. A lot of questions that needed to be answered were not identified until we were further into the process causing delays and changes in the strategy. The implementation was assumed to be basic as we were not replacing anything, but the challenge was not having experience within the team to make informed decisions.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into the status, cost, and timing of client projects. The ability to manage resource assignments and proactively schedule projects based on staffing needs of projects in queue. Ability to properly price projects with consistent insights into the time and cost of projects.

  ### 37. Exceptional Support and Continuous Improvement with Cloud Coach

As the Salesforce administrator responsible for managing Cloud Coach within our organization, I can confidently say that the support and service provided by the Cloud Coach team have exceeded our expectations.

The support team's responsiveness is truly impressive. They consistently address our queries promptly, providing detailed explanations accompanied by helpful screenshots. This level of assistance has proven invaluable in troubleshooting and gaining a deeper understanding of the application.

Our Customer Success Manager deserves special commendation. Unlike other vendors who may disengage post-implementation, our manager has been proactive in ensuring our ongoing success. Scheduling regular meetings, even a year out, has been a game-changer, allowing us to delve into customization options and address evolving needs.

The organization of Cloud Coach's website is user-friendly, facilitating quick access to valuable resources. The commitment to innovation is evident through continuous improvements and the introduction of new features. Regular meetings for new releases keep us informed and empower us to leverage the latest capabilities for enhanced workflows.

In summary, Cloud Coach has not only provided us with a robust project management solution but has also demonstrated a commitment to ongoing support and improvement. The combination of responsive support, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, user-friendly resources, and continuous innovation makes Cloud Coach a standout choice. Highly recommended for organizations seeking a reliable and evolving project management solution.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

It would be beneficial if the Cloud Coach team could implement a notification system, perhaps through email, to alert administrators about bug fixes. This would ensure that administrators are promptly informed and can easily update to the latest version, contributing to a smoother user experience.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach is solving critical issues in project management by providing a flexible, customizable, and collaborative platform. The benefits we've experienced include streamlined project workflows, proactive issue resolution, tailored customization, ongoing support, and enhanced communication and transparency. These improvements collectively contribute to the overall success of our projects and the efficiency of our team.

**Official Response from Jonny Pugh:**

> Hi Lindsey, first off thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and flattering review on G2! We're so proud to have made a positive impact on your role as a Salesforce admin and, by extension, the success of your organization's project management. Your appreciation for our support team, CSM, resources, and commitment to innovation means the world to us.

Your suggestion about email notifications for bug fixes is excellent. I’ll pass this feedback on to our development team for consideration. Have your CSM reach out to our Product team, mentioning this review, and we will work to get you better notified.

Thank you again for being a fantastic Cloud Coach customer!

  ### 38. Great customer service. System capability is limited but gets the job done!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

I like the integration with Salesforce and ease of use for day-to-day processes. Great tool for any implementation or poject management use.
Customer support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Lack of ease in editing task lists (i.e. removing a section or mulitple tasks individually rather than having the ability to delete an entire section). Removing tasks can be time consuming and often need to refresh due to recieipt of errors when deleting mulitple tasks.
Reporting function is not user friendly.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps internal team on track during client implementation to ensure steps/tasks are not missed throughout the process. Reporting capabilities to provide further insight to implementation delays, implementation timing (speed from initiation to completion), and tracking processes/documents in one system of record.

  ### 39. An underwhelming experience

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron D. | Salesforce Consultant/Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

It is very powerful and fully featured....at the highest pricing tiers.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

It has very few resources for in depth setup other than a resource site explaining features. Useful features are hidden behind high pricing tiers.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a salesforce native project management suite that doesn't force me to swivel to a separate platform

  ### 40. Great platform so far!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

There are a lot of great features within the project and resourcing tab that is useful for our workflow. I also like that it is a tool that can connect to Salesforce since it keeps the data organized on both sides.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

A lot of our processes and workflow are specific so it requires a lot of additional automation that needs to be added to the projects. This can sometimes clutter up how the projects appear in Cloud Coach. It also slows down loading time when there's a lot of flows and automations happening in the background.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives us a platform to house all our project data and keep track of how a campaign is running.

  ### 41. Customizable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

- Adaptability

Cloud Coach has continued to adapt to our needs as an organization, however, there is a lot of room to continue to grow in a project management - profolio management software

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

- Our clients' view / use of CC
- On the go project management tools would be amazing

- Too many ways to do things - doesn't help with standardization
-- End users want to know how the product was designed to work successfully for Project Management

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gantt charts and reporting abilities

  ### 42. Been in the PMO world and software industry for 16+ years

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara L. | Director Of Project Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

The depth of functionality, we can continue to grow into Cloud Coach as we continue to mature our processes. And the people are wonderful!

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Feel the implementation process could improve a little, maybe the creation of a client workbook and more use cases. Approval of time tracking could be improved to make it easier to review.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Software to manage client projects in. Streamline processes into CC. And create more consistency with templates.

  ### 43. Cloud Coach is a powerful tool for our professional services department.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert L. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

We've enjoyed the flexibility of the platform, combined with tremendous customer support and account management from the Cloud Coach team. They were very patient and diligent in supporting us through the deployment, and post live to ensure that we have adopted the product well.

The application has a strong feature set, that continues to be bolstered by quarterly software updates.

I've used many project management and professional services applications, and would rate Cloud Coach to be my favorite!

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Product is a comprehensive tool, and the customer needs to determine what to use and not use.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Cloud Coach integrated with Salesforce for project management, rev rec, and resource management. It is a powerful toolset that enables our professional services department to have a professional customer presence.

  ### 44. Very robust capabilities for project management and resource management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** R I. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

We are able to plug BI into it and create unlimited views of data to suite the company's needs. Platform was customizable to our needs. It integrated well with our Salesforce platform.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

It is sometimes limiting in what data can be reported upon from within Salesforce/Cloud Coach. Implementation was challenging, but that is the drawback of a customizable platform. Would rather have customizable.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudcoach gives staff cohesive view of project tasks and status. Reportability is a must for company collaboration and cohesive approach to projects.

  ### 45. Finding Cloud Coach was like man's discovery of fire, it changed everything.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Before Cloud Coach our project management teams were using Case records in Salesforce. Not having project management software was severely limiting, and our customer's poor sentiments reflected that. Since implementing Cloud Coach we have experienced significant evolution in our work and the service we provide to our customers. Now we that we have the proper software and tools to serve our customers, we are receiving industry-leading customer sentiment and NPS!

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

I don't see a downside to Cloud Coach, only development opportunities. The Cloud Coach team has been great to work with and listens to feedback. Soon, I hope to see improvement in the Chatter and Communications aspect. Specifically, a communication log to aggregate and store all communications, including Chatter, into one place for the project owners to see.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are so many improvements coming from a case/ticket-based system to true project management offered by Cloud Coach. The key issue Cloud Coach is helping with is visibility or lack thereof. Previous to Gantt charts, we struggled to "see" the project and what was left to be done. Now, all the information is presented at a glance. Furthermore, the External Project View is a game changer as it provides transparency we have not had before. Helping all involved parties stay on the same page, and see the work to be done is invaluable to a client onboarding organization like ours.

  ### 46. Cloud Coach from a Consultant's View

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud is an invaluable third-party tool that seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, enhancing it with additional features. The standout aspect of Cloud Coach is its robust project management capabilities, which significantly improve our ability to oversee and manage projects efficiently. This integration streamlines workflows, making it an essential asset for businesses utilizing Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

What I dislike about Cloud Coach is that it can be somewhat complex to navigate initially, especially for new users. The learning curve is steep, and the interface can feel overwhelming. Additionally, some features might require more customization to fit specific business needs, which can be time-consuming and may require additional support.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach addresses project management inefficiencies by integrating seamlessly with Salesforce. It offers robust tools for tracking, task management, and resource allocation. This integration centralizes project data, enhancing team collaboration and visibility. As a result, our business experiences more organized project execution, better resource utilization, and improved overall efficiency.

  ### 47. Cloud Coach Makes Project Management Easy and Intuitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda W. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

I love the automatic update function of dates, which makes data entry much less of a slog when maintaining a project plan with upwards of 50 tasks. I also love the external view feature which enables clients to view the plan without having to make an account (they very much appreciate this!). We use Cloud Coach daily to maintain our projects and it has been a tool that was both easy to learn and easy to tailor to our personal needs as a team. We also use it to maintain time tracking and the new Winter '24 release has made this even simpler with a more streamlined process of tracking time against projects.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

I don't have many complaints about this tool. Prehaps in the future however, giving limited editing access to clients would be a nice option as many clients want to have editing access to the plan.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud Coach takes away many pain points of data entry when it comes to maintaining a project plan. It makes updating dates and tasks a breeze!

  ### 48. Cloud Coach Helped Us Level-Up Our Implementation Game

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

Cloud Coach really helped us level-up our game implementing our software for a broad customer base. Being a Salesforce-native solution helps us maintain continuity and a full picture through sale, implementation, and retention. We've been able to leverage Cloud Coach to make our implementations more consistent and efficient, regardless of which team member is running the implementation. And, while we've only scratched the surface, we've been able to report on and learn so much more about our projects than we ever thought possible.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

As a Salesforce-native solution, the opportunities to configure and tailor Cloud Coach to your organization's needs are endless. We've built processes to create an "internal roadmap" and prioritize the use of new or untapped functionality. For us, the customization and plethora of options/functions is a plus.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistency and predictability across implementation projects, transparency/visibility into status and risks, and leadership reporting.

  ### 49. Helpful in managing multiple projects

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

I like the cloud coach project plans. They allow me to see my progress, track action items and notes, and follow a standardized project plan.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

Overall I feel like Cloud Coach is not super intuitive at times. I've had to go through a lot of trial and error with how I use and create project items. Things are constantly being developed and changing, making me feel like I am always trying to ctahc up on the latest features.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of my project progress. I have always tracked project in OneNote and tried to develop deliverables for my customers (such as timelines, project plans, meeting notes/action items. etc.). Cloud Coach allows me to keep my projects separate, with the details easily searchable. Instead of creating notes templates and timelines on my own, I like that everything is in a standard format and easily editable. For example, timelines constantly need to be updated and I like that you can just drag and drop items on the gantt view and document when things change. Overall, I feel like Cloud Coach helps me save time because the deliverables are already there and ready to use.

**Official Response from Jonny Pugh:**

> Thank you for the honest feedback here on G2! It's great to hear you appreciate the standardized project plans, action items, notes tracking, and time savings with Cloud Coach. We understand that usability and catching up with rapid development cycles can sometimes be a challenge. We are committed to refining our processes and streamlining our features for a more intuitive user experience. Our last update on timesheets, removing the need for multiple tabs and giving access to all of these features in a single page, is one example of our commitment to improving the usability and ease of use of Cloud Coach. We have more plans for this underway but in the meantime we'd love to help. For one-on-one guidance on mastering Cloud Coach, please get in touch with your CSM or email support@cloudcoach.com. We'll also keep your feedback in mind as we strive to make future updates intuitive and easy to adopt.

  ### 50. All-in-OneTool for Salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharie F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Cloud Coach?**

I've had the opportunity to use Cloud Coach in Salesforce. It is a truly comprehensive tool for project management.
One of the standout features is the collaboration functionality. Team members can easily communicate within the tool, share updates, and collaborate on tasks. This not only streamlines communication but also enhances team productivity. The ability to use cards also helps with scheduling a large team.

**What do you dislike about Cloud Coach?**

It has a long learning curve - I found it really hard to use at first.

**What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool seamlessly integrates with other Salesforce modules and external applications, enhancing its overall functionality. We use Salesforce everyday, so it is great to have this feature inside Salesforce. The integration ensures that project management is not isolated but connected to other aspects of our business, creating a holistic approach to project execution.

What I find particularly beneficial is the level of customization the tool offers. You can tailor the project management process to match your specific workflow and business requirements. This flexibility ensures that the tool adapts to your needs instead of the other way around.

**Official Response from Jonny Pugh:**

> Hi Sherie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review here on G2. The difficult learning curve is definitely something we are aware of and are continuing to improve. Between Salesforce’s endless customizations, customized processes and workflows, and the depth of features available, it can be a lot to wrap your head around at first! We have been committed to addressing this, with more in depth documentation and release notes, expanding our knowledge base at academy.cloudcoach.com, and introducing certification programs for power users, admins, and implementation consultants as well as in-person training (including Cloud Coach Live: events.cloudcoach.com). That being said, we know there is more to do in this area. You can expect to see further enhancement of our training materials and intuitive, user friendly design in our upcoming releases.
