**What do you like best about Close?**

I love that Close shows me my meetings and helps me stay organized. I really enjoy the follow-up prompts and the ability to do value-added follow-up with text messages, emails, and phone calls. It's great that I can create tasks to stay on top of my leads. The old version of the opportunities list is very clear and easy to follow, which I appreciate. Also, Close is simple to use, and when there's a problem, the team is on top of it. The initial setup was easy for me, especially since I had used it in my past job.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes the calling doesn't work. It drops calls. I get too many unnecessary notifications from appointment. I don’t like that it creates new opportunities when I book decision meetings and second meetings, I would prefer if it would just foster the original booking opportunity.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to stay organized by tracking meetings and leads. The follow-up prompts for emails, texts, and calls are very useful. I can easily create tasks and appreciate the old version of the opportunities list for clarity.

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love the power dialer and voice mail drop features in Close; they make things a lot easier. The inbox is another favorite because it helps track activity on every single deal. It's amazing because I never miss any deals. I can set reminders and snooze tasks, so they always show up when needed. This makes Close very reliable in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Also, the initial setup was very simple and easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The only thing that could be better is the workflows. I feel like we could automate a lot more tasks rather than having to use third-party sources like Zapier if the workflows were more comprehensive.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close for internal sales tracking and lead generation. It solves tracking issues, finds lost leads, converts them into deals, and reports overall revenue. It's integral to our operations, helping with appointment settings and ensuring no deals are missed.

**What do you like best about Close?**

The automated post-work reporting provides very precise metrics, which eliminates the need for tedious manual data counting at the end of the day. The call-filter options are equally sharp, allowing me to segment results and jump straight to specific call records without having to dig through a cluttered log.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The internal naming conventions and platform terminology can sometimes be confusing. A few interface terms overlap or sound very similar, which adds a bit of a learning curve when you’re trying to clearly distinguish between specific features or different data categories.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logging client interactions and tallying daily call volumes used to take up far too much administrative time. This platform now automates the tracking and categorization of our outreach, so we get instant access to clean, reliable performance data while keeping our workflows efficient and well organized.

**What do you like best about Close?**

The simple design keeps the platform from feeling overly complicated, so I can get things done without clicking through endless menus. Direct Google Workspace login, smooth email syncing, useful laptop speech-to-text, and easy template management all make my regular outreach much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The mobile application feels a bit clunky and is harder to navigate than the desktop layout. I also really dislike that the task management setup relies entirely on a basic list view, rather than offering a dedicated calendar interface to help visualize deadlines.

It serves as a dependable central repository for managing and tracking our entire customer database. Rather than having information get lost across disconnected platforms, it brings our ongoing interactions and tasks into one place, helping ensure nothing slips off our radar during especially busy operational periods.

The automated dialer functionality is exceptional and really helps accelerate our outreach. Having structured conversation notes and accurate call transcripts displayed right below the active workspace gives me an instant, comprehensive view of each contact’s history, which also helps keep our database clean and well organized.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The lack of a direct, native integration with external lead-generation platforms like Apollo is a significant drawback. Having to rely on workarounds to sync data between the two systems slows our workflow and keeps us from fully automating our prospecting sequences.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps resolve slow response times and disorganized lead tracking during heavy outbound campaigns. By using automated communication sequences along with centralized call documentation, we’re able to keep call volume high while making sure every conversation is accurately recorded and easy to track.

**What do you like best about Close?**

Being able to quickly look up contact records and immediately see our full interaction history makes managing client outreach feel seamless. With easy access to complete call recordings and accurate conversation transcripts—for both my calls and my team’s—it’s much easier to stay on top of every conversation and make sure no small detail gets missed.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

We’ve experienced occasional service disruptions, where the platform goes down or performance lags affect the entire team.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of fragmented customer data when I’m trying to balance outreach to new prospects with managing existing clients. By centralizing communication history and keeping contact details easy to access, it helps ensure important conversation details don’t slip through the cracks.

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close helps me keep track of patient enquiries and pending replies in one place. I manage diet consultations at a clinic and also get health-related messages online, so it is useful to see who contacted me and what needs to be done next. Earlier, I used to note things in different places and sometimes forgot to reply on time.
I was able to start using Close without much effort. I added new enquiries, wrote short notes about the patient’s concern, and sent messages from the same screen. This saved time because I did not have to switch between different apps. I usually check it once or twice a day to see what is pending.
For my work, I only need simple things like keeping notes, setting reminders, and replying to messages. Close covers these needs well and helps me manage clinic communication in a more organised way without making the process complicated.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes updates or changes made in Close dont reflect immediately, so I have to refresh the page to see the latest activity. This can be a little annoying when I’m in a hurry to check if a reply was sent or a note was saved. Also, I feel the notification alerts could be more reliable, because I still end up checking manually to make sure nothing is missed.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier in my daily work, I used to keep enquiry details in my phone notes or try to remember follow-ups in my head. On busy clinic days, a few things would slip through, and I had to double-check messages again and again. With Close, I can quickly see who contacted me, what we discussed earlier, and what I still need to do next, all on one screen. This reduces back-and-forth and saves time during the day. It also helps me keep a simple history of patient communication, so when someone messages again after a few days, I don’t start from zero. At last, it makes handling enquiries feel less messy and more controlled. It gives me a clearer view of pending work without adding extra steps.

**What do you like best about Close?**

It’s easy to create email sequences and add prospects. Overall, it’s a great CRM, and I wish we could continue using it. Unfortunately, my company decided to build its own internal CRM.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The calling feature can feel a little sluggish at times, but it works excellently with the autodialer. The user interface is also a bit different compared to other CRMs, so it takes some time to get used to. Once you do, though, you should be good to go.

I can reach a large number of people through email sequences. Creating multiple sequences is really helpful, and having one mailbox per account works perfectly.

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love Close's predictive dialer. We used to have multiple cold callers in our team but with that dialer, only 2-3 guys can do the job of 10. It saves the pain of handling multiple channels to look up each lead since I can get concentrated analytics of all channels here, act upon them, and follow up with them as well. Once a lead comes inside Close from our cold email campaigns, it gets assigned to our SDR team, and they quickly follow up with the lead directly from Close and even call them to share our offer.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Just the pricing seems to be a bit high for us at scale, no other complaints

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close consolidates multiple lead channels into one platform, providing concentrated analytics and facilitating follow-ups. I love its predictive dialer, which reduced our need for multiple callers, allowing 2-3 people to handle the workload of 10.

**What do you like best about Close?**

I mainly use Close to keep track of my sales pipeline, manage leads, and stay on top of follow-ups, which makes it easier to handle conversations with prospects. Close helps me avoid missing follow-ups and keeps all my customer details from getting scattered, bringing everything into one place so I can stay organized, respond on time, and focus more on closing deals. What I like most about Close is how easy and natural it feels to use. Everything, like emails, calls, and notes, is in one place, making it much simpler to manage. The setup of Close was pretty straightforward for me, and I was able to get started quickly and import my data without much problem.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think all are good but one thing I’ve noticed is that the customization options can feel a bit limited at times.
