What problems is Successware solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously mentioned, you can do pretty much everything in SW. So we solve any issues with our technicians maybe not performing like normal- we can go look and see what kind of calls their running, how long it took them, whether they did the required paperwork (by looking in client accounts for pictures of the paperwork), etc. so we can see any patterns and areas where we need to make changes or do more training. That just really scratches the surface. The benefits are more than I could count on my fingers and toes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
