We used to use paper timesheets but clockshark is more accurate and we make sure employees are where they say they are with th GPS feature

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

ClockShark's site permits you to follow the total hours you spend dealing with projects without any problem. You need to open an internet browser on your PC, sign in to your ClockShark account, access the time tracker, and afterward get started/out to begin and stop the clock as you work on undertakings and errands.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

Assuming you have a business that utilizes more than 100 workers, ClockShark's ideal number of clients for its higher levels depends on 100. For those with an enormous labor force requiring an internet-based clock, then ClockShark is not fit for it.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Portable time following: ClockShark's versatile applications can change any iOS and Android gadget into online trackers that log your representatives' genuine hours worked, positions and assignments finished, and client areas visited continuously. For development organizations that like to have their site chiefs track time, ClockShark has a "CrewClock" usefulness that permits bosses as well as directors to get started/out, switch occupations, and log breaks for all representatives in a place of work. They might do this in mass or each worker in turn.

There are several features of ClockShark that I think come in very handy. Love the "who's working now" and that I can see what jobsite an employee is currently located

Absolutely adore how helpful customer service is.  They often quickly make an instructional video customized to our account and specific questions.

Does not fit our industry quite as well as I wish.

GPS and the app reminds the employee to clock in and out. Customer support was always great!

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

The reports cannot be customized. Sometimes the job scopes integrate into Quickbooks wrong. That needs some work. But overall the app is okay. Just not everything that we are looking for.

Our company is not using ClockShark anymore.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Clockshark helps us to eliminate the need for timesheets. It also has accurate and easy time tracking. It also reminds us to clock in at a specific job at a particular working time.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

The only downside of Clockshar is that I cant the pay rate between tasks. Also, it has a lot of steps when our employee gets sick. I prefer just clicking the day and putting down the ill time.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing is that you can run payroll quickly and accurately. The cost was also really competitive for the features and it also easy to integrate with other softwares.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

GPS is similar to a  "bread crumb".  The app "tracks" the employees.  It doesn't just mark when they clocked in and clocked out.  This is the only app that I have found that does this.  I love this feature.   I also think they have the best customer service.   They will respond via chat within minutes of your question.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I wish that they would expand their software to include more projection management so I could use only one app.  Great company.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

If you are looking for an app that will allow you to see where your employees are "real-time" this is a great app for you.  It is an easy app for the employees to learn and use.  It is compatible with QB and makes payroll very easy.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are gaining more accountability for each employee.  I realized how many hours my crews were wasting.  Or how many times they were leaving the job site early or arriving late.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Multiple clock in options with multiple ways to protect employer whether its GPS based clock in or Photo capture via the KioskClock to avoid buddy punching. Employees can see time sheets all week so no reason to complain following week that their hours are incorrect.  Customer support even during our trial basis  was very active. Multiple clockshark team members reached out to answer all my questions. Called Hans today for a minor quickbooks issue and he answered direct, no robots even during a pandemic. The APP and website are incredibly easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I would like to see a "Hard" Clock in time. For example if an employee clocks in within a certain time period it auto sets to 7:00am. I am currently having employee clock in when they pull up to the job-site but they sit in their cars etc. I have mentioned to clock in closer to 7am. But we all know how that is. So I find myself revising 10, 15+ employees 6:30 & 6:45 clock in time to 7:00am. I think this will actually iron itself out over time.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Man Hour organization. Not all our supervisors are proficient in organization skills and literacy. I have received time sheets on cardboard before.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Clockshark is a great time-tracking software. We switched from a different software due to multiple issues. With Clockshark, jobs, tasks, and employees are all easily added. There is GPS tracking to ensure that employees are clocking in at the correct time and at the correct job. PTO policies and requests and easily managed.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

The only thing that I noticed with Clockshark is that sometimes I will add jobs on the desktop, and they will not appear on my employee's app. Nothing else seems to be missing.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

If you are looking for an accurate time-tracking software to save you time and money, I highly recommend Clockshark.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clockshark has helped us accurately track time and PTO requests, saving us time on payroll. The GPS tracking is also a great feature, this ensures that people are not clocking in while on the road or on their way in to work.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Our Service Techs are getting used to the new process.  It is fairly simple for them.  Training was easy. We like the reports that ClockShark prepares.  The simplicity of preparing payroll is much easier than our old process.  We have not turned any reports yet to our payroll company, that is the step of integration that we are currently working on.  

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

We would love to have a different default screen - All of our Service Tech use the Crew Clock feature.  We would love for there to be a default screen for this when they log in.  We would also like if we could have different settings for our different shop locations.  And finally we would love to see some changes with the schedule process which we are currently not using.  

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gathering data for payroll is always a chore and the accuracy of the information is always a challenge.  The accuracy seems to be much better now with ClockShark. We are solving the problem of the difficult task of entering payroll data.  ClockShark is collecting that data for us now.

Mobility of the app.  Each employee can do his/her time from a remote location and is also able to add pictures and documents to their time.

We haven't had any complaints yet about the app

ClockShark is a very easy-to-use and robust time tracking and scheduling software, and in my experience, the best choice on the market. I like how easy to use it is, with a quick onboarding process.

Nothing in particular. Everything runs smoothly and performs exactly to the needs of my company.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

For customer service it's wonderful! The personnel are extremely mindful about the solutions as well as suggestions and do everything possible to use them. The simplicity of the person is great, as experts should be quick and easy. Reports have come during the last season. You provide plenty of info and can adapt it a little more today. Easy and quick to deploy. Work very well with Quickbooks and associated software.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

To be able to satisfy the needs of ours, I would individually make some changes. Honestly, Clockshark doesn't have actual drawback. It is able to do what we need to do and it's not only demands that we'd love to make much better as a business.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

We enjoyed the seamless use of QuickBooks by ClockShark and didn't need us to completely modify our software. The number of staff members we were currently had also been the right price for us.

It was a perfect overall experience. Excellent price point, good customer service. They change constantly which will help to help keep us there. You're prepared to adjust to the constantly changing conditions and requirements of the customers.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

It is wonderful for customer service! The staff takes excellent proper care of the responses and recommendations and does its utmost to apply them as much as you possibly can. The user's simplicity is excellent because specialists have to be easy and quick. In the last season, reports have come. You provide a lot of info and today you can customise it a bit more. Easy and fast implementation. Work with Quickbooks along with other related software extremely well.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I'd personally make a few changes to satisfy the requirements of ours. Clockshark honestly does not have any real disadvantage. It can what we have to accomplish and it is not only requests we wish to make as an enterprise fit much better.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

We loved ClockShark's seamless utilization of QuickBooks and we did not need to fully modify the software of ours. The amount of workers we were at the moment had also been the appropriate price for us.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall experience was wonderful. Good price point, service that is great to the customer. They constantly change and that's what helps to keep us in this organisation. They're ready to adjust on the foundation of the customers' ever changing needs and conditions.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

- workers download app and clock in from their personal device
- geo fencing (so no cheating when it comes to the place where you clock in, for example, you can create a "geo-fence" through GPS tracking that the worker has to be within a certain radius)
- helps track job cost (hours) for each project
-create reports easily (hours per projects, hours for all workers, hours for each project)

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

- when you create a new job, there is no google map feature that helps you fill out the address
- sometimes reports crash

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to create detailed job cost reports (man hours for each job)
It helps making sure workers are actually at the job site when clocking in (through geo-fencing), so no clocking in on the way to work or at home. The geofencing means that the workers have to be in close proximity to the jobsite in order to be able to clock in. It also reminds the workers to take their lunch break at a certain time. 
More reliable than paper reports and immediate access to hours by all admin staff.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Within Clockshark you can also work with payroll employees, as its document manager meets almost all the technical needs so that a company can cover its workflow correctly. Thanks to Clockshark you can get control of the location of each employee depending on the time, so at the logistics level it turns out to be a wonder.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

In the area of ​​labor costs, Clockshark is almost useless, since although from the initial panel you can work to create payrolls (among other labor documents), there is no advanced accounting system.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

We recommend buying Clockshark because its price is surprisingly affordable, and because with its GPS tool you can get accurate and direct information about employees from any device, since it can be used both on the web and on cell phones.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing any kind of monitoring using Clockshark as a tool is something that can be customized a lot. Clockshark is software dedicated mostly to companies that require a large order of employees and their work schedules, as well as their follow-ups, and we love knowing first-hand how good it is for that. Since we started introducing Clockshark, it has been easier to get rid of those times when we required the mandatory use of spreadsheets so that schedules could be mobilized in this format, since we no longer have to depend on external platforms (With Clockshark we have organized much more our work itineraries than with any other software).

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Very intuitive and easy to use.  We looked at it for timekeeping for payroll, but the best benefit is to manage our service jobs and communicate with our service team.  It's streamlined our processes and saved us a considerable amount of time each day, plus we have real-time updates in order to close jobs and invoice much quicker!  The team at ClockShark is great - with named individuals assigned to our account so we aren't working with a call center.  They know us and our business.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

So far everything's been great.  They are continually improving the product with new features.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClockSharks easily tracks time for payroll with an interface into ADP, it schedules and manages our jobs, it communicated with our service team, and it captures and reports job results for invoicing.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

We've looked at different types of ways to track our drivers, and ClockShark has been our best resource. Because our employees are driving school instructors, they can clock in on their phone and we can track their routes, which killed two birds with one stone and not having to use other software or tracking devices for the cars. The accountant also appreciates that CS can sync up with Quickbooks Online, so now it's on the employees ensuring they clock in on-time.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

We haven't had any issues yet with the software. Occasionally we have to remind drivers to sync up their data, but no real issues.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our two biggest issues with having driving instructors is not having a physical location for them to clock in, and we wanted software to track the cars. Since CS works on their smartphones, we're able to track the drivers and know where they're taking students. We're now able to hold drivers accountable and know at all times who's on the clock and where they physically are.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

The ease of use and the real-time data! I no longer have to wait until all the paper timecards are handed in the following week to see the hours our crew is clocking in. I'm loving the real time data of where our crew is and how many hours they are on a job each day. Plus, it's so user-friendly not one of our crew has fought the process change.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

This is just me being nit-picky, but it would be nice if the time stamps on the GPS tracking stayed true to what they were rather than changing to the adjusted or rounded time. It'd be nice to have that visibility if someone is taking advantage of the time rounding feature by clocking in later knowing the time will round down; or if I have to adjust someone's time it'd be nice to know what time GPS actually pinged them at certain locations vs what I adjusted it to. But again, that's just me being nit-picky since this is something we'd never even have as an option to 'dislike' with our old paper timecards.

Solving so many problems! We are now able to verify where our crew is throughout the day and able to adjust time or job codes for accuracy. We have real time data for payroll and job costing. We have no more struggling with the crew trying to get their paper timecards handed in. So glad we made this switch!

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

User friendly application, very simple for our workers to comply and easy transition from hand written time sheets to electronic time sheets. Being able to track time and crews has been a great tool for our business, in only the short time we have been using ClockShark we have already noticed labor costs decrease and productivity maximized.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

At this present time I can honestly say we are 100% happy with ClockShark

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking time and crews is definitely the biggest benefit, we can now account for every hour of every worker.  The savings we have experienced in labor hours has been great. Having the mobile application at your finger tips instead of having to carry a time sheet book and making phone calls to make sure every crew member and their hours are correct is definitely the way to operate. Also allowing the crews to post pictures and documents that relate to their job sites and tasks has been a fantastic tool.

This program is easy to use. You are able to connect to it over multiple devices so you can clock in or out on your computer, or phone.

There is an extra step for clocking out or taking a break so it's easy to forget to complete the process.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

All of my employees are in one app. I can see their schedules, add appointments, see where they are at and have been for the day, and my employees can send me notes. My absolute favorite feature is that I can scan in the documents for each job and my employees are able to view the documents from the job site.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I wish there was a timestamp feature to track when an appointment was originally made, or when a note was entered. Also, I know there is a feature to set an "alarm", but I would like an option to have an alarm or reminder for upcoming scheduled appointments, for not all of my employees have scheduled appointments back to back, nor are the times of the appointments the same each day.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

Most definitely give the free trial a spin. It will be well worth your time - and payroll! It did take a day for us to figure out all of the benefits, but once we got it, we are NOT turning back.

This app has saved on payroll tremendously. It's also awesome that I can track my employees during their shift.

The software is easy to use but best of all, the online chat and phone support is amazing.  I'm new to owning a business and had never done payroll before.  They've helped me every step of the way, even going out of their way to help with an issue I was having with Quickbooks which was definitely not in the scope of their job.  Overall amazing company.

So far there's nothing I don't like about ClockShark.

Go for it and don't look back!  This company is incredible to work with.  In a time where customer services of an online company seems to be to get rid of the customer as quickly as possible, the ClockShark team makes you feel like you're their only customer and will spend the time needed to help you get your issue resolved.  To be clear, none of the issues have been with ClockShark, they've been me doing something wrong or not knowing what to do.  Their team helped me understand everything.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to monitor time in a variety of ways is very nice and my employee finds it very easy to use.  I'm excited to get into the mobile capabilities as well.  Integrating with Quickbooks Online was a huge influencer in my decision to use ClockShark.  This makes everything far quicker than manual entry and being the only administrator, allowing me to approve payroll remotely and have the ability to process everything from my phone means I never have to worry about payroll being processed on time.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Very simple to use. The interface is nice and clean. App available for both iOS and Android. The staff at ClockShark is absolutely so amazing and  helpful and they love their product just as much as we do. Very FAST (can't say "freaky fast" cause some other "'John' Doe" took that already) setup with Quickbooks integration. New feature requests can go to our assigned rep and/or to their social media page.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

Currently, there doesn't seem to be a way to remain logged in on the desktop/web version. Additionally, it would be great to have it remember what your last "job" was so that you don't have to keep selecting it when clocking in. The "Who's Working Now" feature is currently designed for an administrative user and it I'm hoping they can either change this in the next iteration or make a version of it for general users.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

ClockShark is a very inexpensive way to keep and maintain time and attendance while still keeping the entire process VERY easy. If you're looking for a DCAA-compliant timekeeping system that works with Quickbooks, this one is one of the best available! The app is available for both iOS and Android, AND the web login works in most web browsers, even mobile browsers. Offers a ton of reports, and the support is impeccable.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an easy way to be DCAA compliant without manual time cards and with full Quickbooks integration. Not only does ClockShark give our employees an easy way to clock in via the web and/or an app that is available on the two primary mobile OS's, they also make the Quickbooks import very easy by eliminating the need for so much manual entry.

No more fabricated paper time sheets! See what your employees are doing during the time you pay them for; it will save you a lot of money and time. ClockShark's staff is also very helpful with whatever assistance you may need in setting up, or answering questions about their loads of features.

Problems would be with our employees not utilizing the full potential of ClockShark. There are so many features to make management and employees' jobs easier, but we cannot get many employees to use these features. 
When we switched over to ClockShark, we saved a lot of money on payroll expenses especially since we could see which employees were clocking in without completing any tasks, thanks to the photo attaching feature! The Quickbooks integration has also saved us a ton of time with data entry. The new features for the Pro plan are also fantastic; we love the multiple PTO schedules and the clock out questions!

My favorite feature is the permanent accurate record of how much time was spent at each location.  Honestly, without Clock Shark determining hours per job is either a paperwork nightmare, a guessing game, or a little of both.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I'm new to the product, but from time to time it seems like it needs to "sync" more quickly.  When I add a job, it would be great for it to show up immediately.  The only other feature that could be improved for me is the reporting.  With time, perhaps I will find it to work better but right now I would like the option of creating a job record for whatever time period I want instead of the limit of about one month.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More accurate billing.  Without this, I relied on employees telling me how long they were at each job.  Accuracy was not their highest priority, so I didn't feel comfortable unless I was at the job all the time.  Now, I trust the accuracy of time keeping and can create invoices with confidence.

We have had issues in the past with time tracking apps not being able to be used when the employees have no cell service. With Clockshark Automatic sync for offline activity is awesome and a time saver.
I don't always get the chance to add the jobs prior to sending an employee to the project, with Clockshark the Ability for employees to quickly add jobs/tasks as allowed by admin is a great feature.

Sometimes the GPS is temperamental and/or inaccurate

Overall easy to use and add jobs/tasks with the offline sync is a win.

Our maintenance team, who is working all in different location, is under control. Office employees are on time. Labor hours are calculated well. Solved issue with holidays, no mess any more. We can see exact location of each employee at any time during working hours (current or in the past)

1.Adding files are not really advanced , we would like to add pictures or videos related to each job , and have it saved for the future reference , for example 30 pictures for one visit to one job location. 
2.Employees report does not consist of comments like"out of bounds" or "late clock in", or it does not give report for employees where days has "out of bounds" only
3. Very high price , we cannot afford to put all employees for the clockshark system , i think the more employees you add the less you should pay per each .
4.Needs to provide legal support for companies using the app , for example employees should sign electronic permission for company using their live location on log in , and app should send copy of this agreement for for both (employee and the company). I took for us a long time to make agreements with each employee before implementing it
5.Driving distance is not calculated . We need it for petrol calculations purposes

After a ton of research, I stumbled on ClockShark and I'm so glad I did. Being able to track my field crew's location is vital to my company. Having my crew clock in and out on their smart phones is very convenient. The ability to review, ,edit, and print time sheets is a huge time & money saver for me.

In the schedule, when I hover over a scheduled slot, it only shows the title. I wish it would show the details of the job (name, address, phone, etc.).

The incredible adaptability of the platform. You can configure it to match your exact needs as a company, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The quality of the customer support is incredible as well. No other option we investigated was so responsive.

It would be nice to have "templates" for employee permissions, so adding new employees could be faster. It would also be nice to be edit your own timesheet from the "time clock" page as well, for employees with the permission.

Most of our guys work outside the office and I no longer have to wait for timesheets to be sent to me in order to process payroll.  We are not able to track our employees and know where they are at all times.  This system is great.

The ability to measure the time and location for remote employees job activities has been a significant improvement for our operational processes. 

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

The Administrative function of managing jobs does not have an "archive" function for completed jobs.  Managing jobs does allow the functionality to disable a job, which removes it from an employee's view, however it will quickly become difficult to perform Administrative functions after several months due to our volume of jobs completed. 

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

This software product does not require an computer expert to Setup, Implement or Maintain.  The end user is also NOT required to be a software expert to quickly become comfortable with the application's functionality. 

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One cannot manage what one cannot measure.  ClockShark provides data that can be a direct benefit to managing schedules and actual time worked!  This provides our operational team the ability to pay for actual hours worked and data for post-mortem project analysis.

The set up was a little challenging, but getting a hang of it once set up was done, it's great and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

There's no accountant log in. This should be a benefit to the accountant/bookkeeper. The employer already has to pay for their employees, if the bookkeeper/accountant is outsourced, the employer shouldn't be paying for that.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

If you have to keep track of job costing, this is the solution you'll need. Very easy to use and set up with support is great.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems were a long, tedious process for one of my clients. This has cut payroll processing and submission by 10 hours.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

I have used many clock in apps on the market and I finally found Clock Shark. It is by far the best and most comprehensive that I have used. The tracking is very accurate and it is very easy to use for my employees. I love how my managers can always know exactly where our People are, when they clock in and when they clock out.
You can get as little or as much detail out of this program as you want which is great for small companies like mine or large companies like ones I’ve worked at previously.
Customer service is very responsive and helpful and they are always willing to try to make their product better for you.
Clock Shark is definitely the best payroll tracking app I have seen on the market and I would highly recommend you give it a shot,  you won’t regret it!

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

There are less expensive options, but you get what you pay for and Clock Shark is well worth the money. I wish some of the reports were a little more customizable but I think they are working on it for the future.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The accuracy of ClockShark is saving me thousands of dollars in lost payroll over the course of the year. Hands-down this is the most important feature. But all of the tracking features from the budget hours, to the weekly and even monthly summary reports are incredibly intuitive and helpful. You cannot ever get back money that you have lost on in accurate payroll or wasted man hours. ClockShark prevents this by almost completely taking out human error.

How easy everything is. Need a new PO for a job? Just set it up. Need to see who's working where and what job they're clocked in as? They've got it all laid out in real time, and it's all very user friendly. The UI is easy to understand, and our new employees never have any issues navigating or filling out time sheets. On-boarding is a piece of cake: Just tell them to download the app, sign in, and they can super easily figure out the rest.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

Honestly, there isn't much. If I had to say one thing, it's when you export jobs into a CSV file. Our company uses a job tracking platform that allows us to import labor time from an Excel spreadsheet. This works well, as Clockshark allows you to export various different jobs into a CSV file, however, the exported information isn't laid out very cleanly and is a bit hard to read. But that has little to do with how the platform works.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

If you are looking for something that can easily handle your employees that is a breeze to use, Clockshark is your answer.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ubiquitous notes are extremely helpful. It allows our workers and foremen to very easily input what they are doing at what times, which makes everything a lot easier for us on the administrative end. The notes show up in the time cards, in the time sheets, and in the reports that Clockshark generates.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

No more handwritten time sheets or delay in submission on the pay day. Exact times when clocking in and out. Easy to edit times and locations if someone has forgotten. The integration to accounting software makes for easy calculations and eliminated human error. Generated reports for each time period to accurately determine hours spent for jobs.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

sometimes it can be hard to find a particular report, but after a few attempts the correct one is located.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving, eliminating double entry data, showing an accurate amount of hours worked and money spent on each job to further assist in budget projections.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

Clock Shark is super easy to use - the format is clean and clear. I like that you can move the jobs by literally clicking it and bringing it over to a new date. I like that you can colour coordinate each job. I actually love this software. I have tried to use other software's to do what Clock Shark does that do not even come close to the easiness of this one. I would recommend this software to anyone that is scheduling or setting up jobs/deliveries or whatever logistics are required. I love that the guys can upload their information to each job including pictures etc.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

The only dislike that i have is that you cannot see the entire schedule on the app version. Being the administrator and limited access to a computer when I am away from the office, this is something that would be beneficial for me to have.  

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know where all of my guys are. I don't have to look through multiple pages to find out where everyone is. It is easier to know if someone doesnt have work or if i missed scheduling someone.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

I was looking for a way to combine our employees time sheets along with job costing that would be easily accessible for those who need it, and ClockShark has delivered. We love having the options to allow each individual or crew lead clock in, along with alerts for those clocking in earlier than scheduled.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

It would be nice to allow certain admins without seeing them specifically on the time sheets.

If your looking for ease and piece of mind when it comes to scheduling and time sheets then look no further!

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guys moving splitting up after a job has been completed and either moving on to another job or being done for the day. They are now able to record or leave notes for admins.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

The app is very easy for everyone to use and allows all staff to see in real time what their hours are.  For managers, it is very easy and quick to rectify labor accounts and print reports for payroll.  This has saved our company  hours per week that we are able to put into other projects. 

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

Now hat employees can see their time sheet for the week in real time, they will come to us with questions about hours before we have had a chance to verify labor from the day before--this is not the faulty of Clock shark's app, but just something to be aware of and make your staff aware that they should allow a full 24 hours before bringing "issues" to management.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

Make your staff fully aware of your intentions for using the program and spend the time/money to train them thoroughly on it's use--this will not take much time and will make the overall process easier for your company.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving lunch reporting issues that we had when using a paper system--we use the automatic deductions and make it clear to the staff that they MUST clock for any breaks they take.  This has resulted in more accurate reporting of breaks.  Also, since this system is app based, the reporting of labor for every job is much more accurate since everyone clocks in and out of jobs as they enter or leave vs. estimating to the hour/half hour/15 minute period.

The new 'approve' button on the time sheets where you can approve time daily per person is great. Makes approving time much easier and simple.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

One thing to improve maybe is being able to match someones' time to someone else's so you don't have to manually enter if they did not use clockshark to clock in.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

It is a great tool for tracking hours and clocking in to multiple locations/jobs throughout the day.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using time reports has helped us work on our bidding process and doing time reports has helped us improve our efficiency as we study and work on the time.

ClockShark has been a great program for my small painting business.  My guys have their schedule ready at their fingertips, I can upload job information and pictures, I can also track where they are punching in at.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

ClockShark is continuing to improve their software.  I wish the admin app for the phone had more features and I could change items on it.

**Recommendations to others considering ClockShark:**

This program will save you money for sure.  Before my guys would say they worked 9am - 5pm when in reality it was more like 9:15pm - 4:45pm or so. 

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now see at what time and what location my guys are punching in at.  The program has more than paid for itself by having accurate timeclock information.

ClockShark's support staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in our transition to their system

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

We had concerns from several employees about the indepth tracking that Clockshark imposes as well as cell phone battery drainage.  We have been able to work through several of those problems and loosened up some of the tracking so it isn't pinging their location constantly.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several employees who work off site so it is beneficial to know where they are clocking in and out.  Also, the ability to track their hours per job to determine accurate job costing is a huge benefit for us.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

We have been using clockshark for about a year now. The sheer amount of options and ease of use allow us to customize it to our needs as a company. The interface is very intuitive as is the gps function that lets any employee pull the address to google maps.

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

Some of our employees have older android phones and it lags. Also some older phones the schedule will not even load. I had hoped to use the scheduler but there were a few hang ups that made me stop. Mostly people not being able to access it or not getting the notifications.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are easily able to track hours for multiple jobs, see where employees are during the work day, We are able to upload pictures and notes from each employee to document the jobs.

**What do you like best about ClockShark?**

I really like being able to add time and task (cost code) to a job all in the same submission. And then quickly switching on the fly makes it very easy to collect more accurate up-to-date information

**What do you dislike about ClockShark?**

I would like to see more functionality within the Time Off management portion. It's frustrating to submit more than once when you want a friday and the following monday off. It won't split across a weekend.

**What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are creating a paperless processes from what used to be time cards, time sheets, roll call and time off requests. Employees can now see PTO on their mobile devices and they really like that.
