  ### 1. Click D is a unique product out there for any organisation that uses Dynamics 365

The solution is constantly updated, and the new features are really up to date with the standards; with the premium support, this is a reliable solution and really user friendly

**What do you dislike about Click?**

We recommend premium support for the high volume users, as it might take a while for Click D support to fix the issues you are having at any given moment. However, the product is reliable

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Click D for the end customers, however its a great communication tool for our dealers, we also have all our sites connected to Click D, so we use it as a good analytics tool as well

Good email building and sending services 
Good survey building
Intergrates directly with our CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365, with other automation platforms this has been a challenge

**What do you dislike about Click?**

Sometimes can be a bit clunky, seems to lock people out randomly of access 
Also form builder is a bit outdated and could be better - more like the survey builder

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM direct integration saves resource trying to integrate two systems that are not meant to work together
Email building and sending directly within our CRM system saves a lot of time and resource 
Can see all marketing information about contacts directly within the CRM system

**What do you like best about Click?**

Ease of Use... The simplicity and intuitive layout of user controls provided help in making onboarding of new team members easy. Also, the provided calendar works as an excellent dashboard for tracking of campaigns

**What do you dislike about Click?**

Slow Loading Time... As per my observation, the controls and calendar take a relatively long time to load even while you are using the highest internet speed networks

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quite a few...personally, ClickDimensions has gone on to become my most preferred tool for email marketing and social media campaigns. I particularly like the Survey Forms and Landing Pages that you can create\publish using it

**What do you like best about Click?**

Most of the guesswork has been taken care of. It's quite easy to use... almost too powerful for what I use it for. The support is quite responsive whenever I require help.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

They used to have an online chat support function that either doesn't exist anymore, or I have just had a long string of bad luck reaching anyone, without having to wait until next business day for an email reply. It was so much quicker and efficient but I understand from a resource point of view, having staff wait for online live support can be challenging.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mass emails to more that 500 recipients at a time (via Outlook). The ability to automate many other processes, such as subscriptions or unsubscribes. The automation saves me hours per week having to manually maintain lists, etc.

email stats don't add up and don't give everything you need.  Support takes FOREVER to finally get to someone who can actually help when things aren't working.

**What do you like best about Click?**

Love the campaign automation aspect of ClickDimensions. A really good powerful tool to engage with potential customers and keep enquiries warm. The additional benefit of having this live natively within the Power platform improves our processes.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

Would like it to be more user-friendly with custom tables as it is ultimately geared towards Lead, Contact and Account. Although saying that, it is understandable as these are the only main entities with an Email field as standard and would be the main ones that work with an Email marketing tool such as ClickDimensions.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to spend less time on marketing by automating everything that can be automated, making us more productive. As a result, focus can be placed elsewhere in the business freeing up valuable time.

Confidence in the ability to send our largest bulk emails reliably and keep a high sender reputation.

Automation was not reliable enough for our need sto turn it on and trust it to work.

It is able to send tens of thousands of emails to external leads and opportunities reliably and without errors.
The variety of lead capture and event forms that we operate from ClickDimensions are flexible and well integrated with our CRM.

The simple Marketing Automation tool set in ClickDimensions makes it quick to deploy, change and manage within your Dynamics 365 CRM environment.  When properly leverage and continually adapted for success, you can reap the benefits of generating more leads and the right leads.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

Email deliverability is sometimes an issue.  Emails end up in junk emails, spam, etc.  This is not unique to CD.
Make it easier to check all the boxes needed to ensure optimal email deliverability.

ClickDimensions with its easy form builder, email builder allows us to seamlessly deploy and change these as needed and have the data easily flow into Dynamics 365 for insight and lead creation and assignment.

ClickDimensions connection with Microsoft Dynamics gives you the ability to create multiple marketing channels and opportunities while saving time.  It is a great entry into marketing automation or if you are a single brand.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

If you are a multi-brand enterprise you have to create many workarounds to get marketing branding correct.  I wish there were easier ways of setting a template and selecting what locations that campaign automation, email, form, etc would be available for.

ClickDimensions allows us to automate processes and keep building and cultivating relationships.  It has opened up many new opportunities for us to provide valuable information to our customers using less man power or resources.

With Click Dimensions, we have the ability to provide real-time marketing insights on our customer's interactions directly to our salespeople via the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This is a great way to bridge the gap between marketing and sales to ensure there's overall alignment between our efforts and interactions.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

The ability to report and build dashboard reports that integrate both the customer data and marketing data is an added cost to the Click Dimensions subscription.

**Recommendations to others considering Click:**

Start small, develop automation and ways to improve your customer communications with a very targeted approach. Utilization and adoption of any system can be difficult, so you have to remember to get small wins at first to help develop your overall longer-term strategy.

**What do you like best about Click?**

The user interface is clean and easy to understand. Its intergration with our CRM is seamless and provides a lot of data stored in the same place as everything else.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

Downtime is rare, but it does happen. Sometimes it's our end and sometimes theirs. In these situations, the amount of support available seems lacking. By the time a response is given, sometimes the issue has already worked itself out. Other times it feels like their support agents are guessing at the problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Click:**

There are very few options out there for a complete package that also offers complete intergration into CRM. I can't imagine going back to the way it used to be with external mail providers.

Keeping all our data in one place is a huge benefit. It saves us from having to collect data from several sources and cross reference. This allows us to see who's interacting with our emails, which get the most interaction, and what we should think about changing.

Ability to send mass marketing emails. Integration with Dynamic 365 is an added advantage.

Email creation tools are limited. Does not have many readymade templates. The email statistics can be better. The reporting system is not up to the mark.

ClickDimensions help us send our marketing emails to our clients. We do have high email open rates. We make sure our domain remains warm.

**What do you like best about Click?**

The integration with our Microsoft CRM is huge.  The ability to build communication maps and automate communications has been greatly impactful to our organization and freeing up team members' time, removing some of the human-dependent tasks we had with other vendors.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

The storage space this requires within our CRM is a bit expensive.  So if you are looking into using this in conjunction with your Microsoft CRM, you will want to account for the server space needed on your production and test site.  I would also like to see some improvements on their roadmap for their surveying capability.

**Recommendations to others considering Click:**

Nothing additional to what was already shared in the review.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timely, meaningful, and accurate communication with our membership is the primary problem we are solving with this tool.  The benefits are greater member engagement, better tracking of metrics affiliated with communications, and also a reduction in human involvement in planning and executing these communications.

As a CRM and marketing information manager I have been exposed to numerous competitors whose marketing platforms exist as a 3rd party application to CRM. What ClickDimensions is able to do within our CRM has made it much easier to manage marketing information. Impressed with the capabilities and the ways in which I can use this program.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

I dislike some of the challenges around managing campaigns and events as it relates to a single contact or lead. It will require some customizations within our CRM to make work. It is my hope that lead or contact timelines can contain marketing touchpoint information as it relates to ClickDimensions in the future.

Having two separate platforms. I used to use 3rd party platforms as a gate for converting marketing information into CRM. ClickDimensions makes it vastly easier to manage marketing information.

The most helpful is having your contacts and leads well organized. When I create emails and send to our customers I can search for marketing contacts/leads in a blink of an eye which makes my work easier.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

Sometimes not always it seems that the servers are down or it might be just my internet that its slow. When I upload images it takes long to upload and I have to restart my computer.

When setting up ClickDimensions, the team was really helpful and provided enough to get us going and then stayed close enough that when we looped back we felt supported.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

There was some functionality we would have liked as far as design and what was possible. The templates were intuitive, but where we wanted more specific design asks from our client, we couldn't always get it.

Sending tailored emails to client email list. Allowing our team to efficiently populate emails and send so that our process is efficient, it's been really helpful with that efficiency.

It's integration with Dynamics 365 makes it easy to create EDMs. Automations are a great use as well.

It often comes up with a "secruity error" at the worst times, even though nothing about the situation has changed. The formatting in EDMs is awful - e.g. bullet points have a ridiculous space between lines, and text is split across lines, even though it would very easily fit on the one line. Font colour also doesn't match between regular body text and bullet points, even though it has been set to be the same colour.

Email automation, no need to manually send emails. Contacts and Leads easily accessible and useable to our advantage. More productive than non-D365 integrated solutions (e.g. MailChimp).

- Posted form & email click duplications.
- Occasional missing posted form causing missing triggers, resulting in our customers not receiving demo instructions or white papers.
- Oversimplified lead scoring system: I had to build a custom lead scoring system in Power Automate, which also takes the abovementioned duplication issue into account since the score would become unrealistically high otherwise. We will not be using ClickDimensions' new lead scoring system, as it cannot fix the underlying problem we're facing.

**Recommendations to others considering Click:**

If you absolutely must have native Dynamics 365 integration, this is your only option. Otherwise, I'm hearing from my marketing colleagues that other services offer better ease of use, and I can only imagine getting better stability elsewhere. We'll be looking into changing marketing system in the future.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- We have had many tickets opened with ClickDimensions, and have been escalated through support tiers multiple times. Our problems: Missing posted forms and posted form duplications. None of this has been resolved even after lengthy support cases. Note that we use WordPress and Gravity Forms - your mileage might vary if you go with the native CDI forms.

I kinda like the integration to Dynamics 365, but that would be the only thing I can mention as a pro in comparison with other products. However, the marketing automation tool for automatic emailing works ok even though it lacks a few important features that it should have by default.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

The webforms are one of the biggest pain – they are being loaded very slowly and worsen the overall loading time of the website significantly.
The other major problem is in the emailing section  – if you want to use an analytic feature to track open rate, click rate, etc., all of the clicks from emails will be redirected to the default ClickDimensions domain (something like: analytics.clickdimensions.eu). You can use your own links but only if you don't use SSL certificate on your website which I believe use 99% of companies. The impossibility to use SSL certificates in combination with redirects causes that Google Analytics won't track the click/through email links and you have to stick with ClickDimensions analytics only.
The web analytics section is a complete joke as 90% of IPs are attributed to internet connection providers.

All of the major problems are described in the section "What do you dislike". To be fair I must mention that there was a problem loading the web forms itselves in some cases and that ClickDimensions team have managed to fix this. However, all of the other problems mentioned are still present.

Clickdimensions offer us the possibility to automate tasks that we were not able to do before. Based on the data quality of your CRM you will be able to utilize the tool to it's full capabilities. Recommended for small to mid-sized businesses that have a dedicated marketing department and don't want to have a difficult implementation process. Been using it for over three years and it will fulfill most needs for these kind of companies.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

There is a high learning curve to use this system. You will need a dedicated person that will have to do some training to use this system.  Less intuitive than other MA systems and some technology is running behind. There is a high potential for this tool to develop further if they would invest more time in the development of the user needs.

Decide first what you want to achieve in a 3-5 year phase and match that with the functionalities of this system.

Branding options are not intuitive.
No ability to import full templates from graphic design software (Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc)

The fact that it is fully integrated with your Dynamics CRM makes users perceive it as part of CRM.  The Emailing drag and drop editor is on par with fe MailChimp.
Also the out of the box integrations with Eventbrite, Cvent are very interesting to have, simply connect both and you are up and running

CD import data feature is cumbersome
Lead scoring model was not optimal, but this recently got an upgrade

I'm going to give Microsoft the benefit of the doubt here and assume it's technically sound and powerful from a database standpoint.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

I rarely leave reviews, and certainly not one to look for opportunity to complain, but I felt so strongly about this that I wanted to share with others.  I own a marketing agency and over the years have used many tools - Salesforce, Infusionsoft, Hubspot, etc.  By comparison, Click Dimensions has the absolutely worst user interface by a mile.  In fact, I am really surprised this can even be marketed successfully.  Simple marketing list creation, email creation and editing is 10 times harder and more clunky that it needs to be.  I use this system on behalf or my client about 4-5 times per year on email campaigns... I'm always glad when I finish to get back to using "normal" tools with intuitive work flows, more use of icons, standard nav, etc.  Seriously, this is terrible.

Very poor support. At times it's like the customer support has very little knowledge of the platform.
Not very customizable for large companies.
But most annoying is you can't take someone out of automation if they become a customer. This is such an essential requirement of marketing automation. You set up a campaign to sell something to leads. The lead buys your product, and you still have to let the campaign run, selling them the SAME product. I had to stop using it because new customers were complaining they were getting sales emails AFTER they had brought the product. Very annoying. How they did not think this through is madness.

Give it a try. But for us it is not really a great product. Support is not great.

Trying to market our services to e-marketing leads.
But click dimensions is not suitable.

**What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had problems with our MS dynamic 365 email and marketing options due to limitations of branding on emails, surveys and forms

**What do you like best about Click?**

The fact that my CRM and my email platform are so closely linked means that the possibilities when it comes to emails are endless. This is really rare in my sector so Click has a potential to be vital in the coming years.

**What do you dislike about Click?**

There seems to be now clear and simple way to schedule a campaign to non openers via the one off email sends.

**Recommendations to others considering Click:**

Easier way to resend to non openers

We are able to implement a strong after care programme which had not been previously possible
