Developing complex campaign automations have been a game changer for our business. Lead Nurture and Onboarding campaigns run with a click of a button which means less reliance on the owners of the campaign to implement. Metrics and integration with CRM makes it easy to manage a large database as well as helping to retain our domain reputation. Being able to personalise email content based on a lead or contacts information (such as location) has provided our business with new opportunities and an enviable unsubscribe rate. **What do you dislike about Click?** The biggest downside for our business is the cost and we are now at a point where the value Click delivers is out-weighed by its financial cost. With our free weekly email subscription growing from 40,000 to 80,000 in just over 2 years, plus autoresponders, nurture and onboarding campaigns we have climbed to over 2million email sends pa and need a platform that is more suited to a small business (less than 15 FTE and under $3mil turnover). It would be great if the child record data of an email recipient's Lead/Contact/Account record could be accessed beyond one level - without having to use custom fields and workflows which requires administrator access. Actually anything that enables the user to work more autonomously is welcome. **What problems is Click solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small business with limited resources and using Click we have developed an efficient system for onboarding new clients, responding to transactional enquiries and nurturing prospects. Building a/b tests into more extensive campaigns has been a game changer in understanding our membership analytics. Campaign heat maps also show what buttons and links work better for each send. Also, the autosave feature can be more annoying than helpful at times. For example, when using lists for a campaign automation, they can only be static lists. Its social media functionality is very cumbersome and time-consuming. Form capture may be a better option for enterprises, but it will require developer help. - There also is no independent document library where we can store docs that need to be attached to emails. There is a library, but it's hidden within the email editor. - for email automations we cannot use a dynamically generated list of recipients. - the Cvent event connector only tracks events up to 90 days out. The automation builder is a bit complex but worth the learning curve and handles everything with precision and all the options you need for marketing. **What do you dislike about Click?** My only dislike that I have found is that you cannot import a list of existing accounts to add all contacts to a marketing list. We have account level reporting that sometimes has a need to email all-hands at an account and there is no easy way to cull from an existing list report from other systems... No workaround that I found so I had to build a desktop macro to pull from a spreadsheet and post into the search field and then add to a pre-made marketing list.
