What do you like best about Click Boarding?

I like that front-end users can easily navigate through process flows. Customer Service is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click Boarding?

I dislike the format of editing forms and process flows- it is much more difficult to edit each piece of process flows and forms than it should be in regard to the multiple steps and ease of losing progress if steps don't save properly. What do you like best about Click Boarding?

Click Boarding has provided us with a streamlined onboarding solution aimed at providing clarity and transparency for new hires before their start date. The product ensures hires complete all activities in a simple and intuitive format. The mobile responsive solution was important to ensure hires could complete activities no matter what device they were using. What do you dislike about Click Boarding?

Like many smaller companies just starting out, Click Boarding experienced some early hurdles providing near perfect services. There were times where they couldn't handle the large volume of usage, especially if that volume wasn't steady. Click Boarding has invested in their infrastructure to improve stability and consistency. Click Boarding has also expanded options for integrating with other platforms which should hopefully bring value at a later point for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Click Boarding?

If you've worked in HR for a company with multiple offices across multiple states, you can already imagine the headache that creates from a process and legality standpoint. Clickboarding is able to solve a LOT of the problems that we face. To this day we're still incredibly impressed with how it has streamlined our new hire process so much that onboarding a remote worker is just as easy as onboarding someone in the office. What do you dislike about Click Boarding?

The UI could be a little better, there are limitations on how you want things to look and it can get to be a bit...crowded looking... if you're hiring a lot. There are a couple of processes that could use a little work in terms of simplicity and ease, but in the end none of these nit picky items are dealbreakers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Click Boarding?

The new hire experience is great and we've received a lot of positive feedback from our new hires after going through the process. I also like that you can complete the I9 and E-verify in the system and don't have to go out to other sites to get those steps done.

They've updated their UI recently, which has helped a bit on the administrative burden on the backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click Boarding?

Setting up your process on the backend is clunky and still needs some work. It's not intuitive at all to get things set up the first time. If we didn't have a great account manager to walk us through everything (sometimes multiple times), I don't know how I would have figured it out on my own (and this is not my first rodeo). What do you like best about Click Boarding?

The client support we've received when we've asked for it has been excellent. The software provides a nice experience for candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click Boarding?

We've had CB for a few years and we we're not aware of the many new features and updates that had been rolled out. It required us reaching out to ask how to improve our candidate experience for them to tell us about all of the new features, since no one has been managing our account. Once we did connect with them though, they were amazing. They helped us elevate the experience with bi-weekly training, support, and check-in calls.

The software still needs some updating and the backend is a little clunky on the administrative aspect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Click Boarding?

I work for Hireology and one of our partners is ClickBoarding. I feel like we have a great working relationship, in that if we ever need assistance, I know I will always get the same person who can help out, which keeps things nice and consistent. I love the friendly help guides that are in the ClickBoard system, in the event that I have any one off questions, it makes it easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Click Boarding?

I am interested to know what other integration capabilities there are with Clickboarding. For instance, I have a lot of clients who want to add multiple signatures to an onboard form, and right now they only have the ability for a candidate to sign off, unless they are filling out the I-9 Part Two. What do you like best about Click Boarding?

It has allowed our process to be completely paperless. Now no one is hand entering data and there is no more missing paperwork! Payroll recieves it in a timely manner, we don't have to track people down and ask for papers any more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
