Team reporting can sometimes be limited depending on language or report type, which means relying on the helpdesk—greater self-service functionality here would be beneficial. It would be also good to see that the invites to candidates have been sent (be copied "cc" in that Clevry e-mail)

The platform is really intuitive and easy to navigate, both for hiring managers and candidates. I like that it provides clear insights into candidates’ strengths and personality traits, which helps guide interview conversations and ensure a good values fit.

We have found that using the platform in our recruitment processes has allowed us to gauge a candidate in a more rounded way and the support team are fantastic.

Sometimes hiring managers can lean too heavily into the reporting to make decisions and we have to remind that the tool should be used to aid in the decision making and not to be a reason to decline a candidate without further probing and rationale thinking.

Clevry has been instrumental in building new recruitment processes for key roles in our business. Clevry helps us better understand candidates beyond their CVs by highlighting personality strengths, values alignment, and soft skills which are so important in care. **What do you like best about Clevry?**

Excellent system, very easy to use and implement. 

We use it on a daily basis, and it provides us with valuable assistance in hiring decisions, onboarding, and internal growth opportunities. 

We love that it focuses on positive psychology, identifying and nurturing people's strengths instead of diagnosing problems. 

Feedback from users and managers is both excellent; the assessments are very well explained and effective. 

Using Clevry is also a superb way of gathering and providing valuable insights and feedback to all candidates who complete the psychometric testing, rather than providing vague feedback without any tangible information. 

A brilliant product all around.

**What do you dislike about Clevry?**

There isn't anything I dislike about Clevry, but it would be great to see a few more assessment types  (e.g. typing, writing, grammar, spelling, game-based assessments) to allow us to use Clevry for different types of jobs and candidates as well. Additionally, if the report generation were a bit faster and the report included a brief summary, it would be excellent.

**What problems is Clevry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we started using Clevry earlier this year, it’s made a noticeable difference in how we approach hiring and team development. It has helped us move beyond just CVs and interviews by providing us with deeper insights into candidates’ soft skills and personality traits, which are essential for long-term success and cultural fit. 

We’ve been able to make faster, fairer decisions with more confidence, and the feedback from hiring managers has been really positive. It’s also helped us build stronger teams by matching people not just to roles, but to environments where they’re more likely to thrive. 

Overall, it’s added structure, consistency, and a more human touch to our talent processes.

Sometimes it can be challenging to compare a number of different candidates, I wish that there was an integrated report or way to simplify this and rank order abilities for example when doing bulk assessments.

I think that I don't fully understand how you can add headings when you are creating a new campaign. For me, it feels weird that I can add something just because I feel like it. But, I don't use it but here in Sweden test are kind of a hot question and as a recruiter I want to be sure that the test we use are based on something.

When issuing manual campaign links, the URL tends to be quite long and clunky - this can come appear a bit non-user friendly and does not sit well within our professional standards of email communication.

Our business partner Ellie is very professional and always responds to any queries informatively and in a timely manner.
The platform itself is easy to use. We have enjoyed working together to choose the characteristics for the personality quiz and the STJ. It will be good to see how the students that have been recruited in this way do academically.

Can't think of anything. We are very satisfied with the product. perhaps an audio option for the questions would aid accessibility

**What do you like best about Clevry?**

I work for a University that uses Clevry's personality tests and situational judgement tests in the admissions process for a number of our programmes that require some form of assessment. Super easy to use and work with. Using Clevry has made our admissions process a lot easier, fairer, and more streamlined.

The tests are super simple and easy to navigate for our applicants and have increased engagement by a massive percentage.

We have a high number of applicants completing assessments which means the team spends a lot of time on the site processing the outcomes. I find it super user friendly and easy to navigate. I always enjoy a work day where I get to process Clevry test outcomes.

I am also impressed by the work Clevry does on diversity and inclusion, ensuring that everything is fair and no minority groups are being adversely effected.

We've been using Clevry's services for 3 years now and I'm honestly so impressed by what they offer. It really has enhanced our admissions processes for courses we use it for.

I really can't think of any downsides, it has been an entirely positive experience implementing Clevry into our admissions processes.

Now that I've been more involved in recruitment and have had the chance to use Clevry, I've gained valuable additional insights into candidates and their suitability for our organization. It's also been a great help in team development and when supporting someone transitioning into a leadership role. In addition, creating and sending out campaigns is easy.

The tool is very user friendly, and provides a variety of comprehensive assessments. My experience with Clevry was amazing. I was able to set campaigns and share assessment links with the respective stakeholders with ease. The assessment reports were customized to our Company's branding and provided valuable insights (Leadership, Psychometric and Analytical Assessments).

The support team did a great job, their support was prompt and effective. 

I would highly recommend Clevry to all Organizations seeking to assess their employees' leadership, psychometric and analytical skills in a professional and effective manner.

Clevry brings great insights into the people we have and the ones we intend to bring onboard via sensible surveys which do not take too long to complete.  The reports you can get back are very clear and if you don't understand them then your account manager is on hand to help.  All in all, a great platform

I wouldn't say there isn't anything I dislike, it is a good platform, sometimes it can be a little slow in producing a lot of reports at once so you have to bear this in mind

It's easy to invite applicants for assessment because an invite link can be integrated into our admissions system. It's easy to pick up scores from candidates.

International students seem to struggle more with the format than UK students so there is a need to bridge the gap and ensure that there is a level playing field.

It helps to sift applications for courses that require certain competencies/characteristics and have limited places.

The system works incredibly well, better than our previous processes with statements and other recruitment based information. It has freed up time which has allowed us to keep on top of a heavy workload, and has helped us recruit some excellent candidates we may well have missed out on.

The only downside so far is down to user error where they haven't read the clear and concise instructions

Time saver. We didn't have the staff required to read around 5000 statements over a few months, this system has negated that and has allowed the team to keep on top of the workload.

I find the user interface allows for an easy and intuitive experience, that allows us to enhance our client experience and provide a quick and informative customer service journey.

Sometimes it can be difficult to identify candidates as they can only be recognised with an email address, which can cause processing delays.

**What problems is Clevry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clevry allows us to differentiate clients and match them to a role or profession according to agreed conditions. Our 'customer' experience has improved immensely as we are able to immediately address new applications using Clevry assessments. It also provides a fair means to select candidates when availability is limited.

It's been invaluable for me as a manager in streamlining our admissions process. The working relationship with Ellie Roberts our account manager is also extremely productive.

I can't think of anything I 'dislike' about Clevry. I know there are wish list things that aren't yet possible but we will keep working on them.

It is greatly benefitting our recruitment process in two ways. Firstly it is helping to identify the most suitable candidates in selecting programmes and secondly it is helping us engage quicker and more productively with our candidates for programmes we are seeking to grow.

Clevry has helped us to interview appropriate applicants without having to use staff. Clevry is more consistent then human assessment. Clevry is easy to use and gives an overall score. You can also gain a breakdown in scores and answers.

It can be difficult for international applicants to understand and interpret.

We had a lot of applications for a range of programmes that needed reading and assessing before setting to interview. This took time and was open to interpretation. All these applications now have to pass a Clevry assessment before being reviewed  and set to interview.  This saves time and ensure consistency.

That sometimes some parts of the reports can look more negative than they are. I can feel that it can be negative rather than positive/helpful to show it to a customer.

So far, there are no issues at all regarding the psychometric assessment. So far, everything is fine.

To get the psychometrics assessment that suit the specific needs of the organization. Each organization usually have their own framework when it comes to competencies, jobs specifications, etc. Some of them are quite general, but some of the other are very specific. Clevry can accommodate that needs.
