What do you like best about CleverX?

The high relevancy of the surveys means the surveys are actually interesting and applicable to my field, which makes participating feel worthwhile. The platform is well designed and easy to use. The payouts are fair and easy to redeem, with multiple options for how to redeem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CleverX?

The payout for participation can take a very long time or are not issued at all. There are multiple surveys I have spent time and consideration to participate in that have not been paid out as the surveys are marked at paused for periods of over 12 months. The cutsomer support is readily acessible but there is no solution available when the survey has been marked as incomplete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
