I love the ease of use of CleverX. I also appreciate the frequency of the surveys and the variety of topics they offer. The extra income I can generate is a valuable benefit, and I enjoy being able to influence projects with my opinions. The initial setup of CleverX was very easy, which was a big plus for me.

**What do you dislike about CleverX?**

The payouts are hard to get, and I get frequent 'API error' messages when I try to redeem the payouts for gift cards.

I do work with Multiple expert networking Platform as an expert in field of Finance, Taxation, merger and Acquisition  in  industry like  Aerospace, Defense and textile , I things i liked about Clever X is 
- Smother Onboarding & Compliance Process : The onboarding, compliance, and payment processes are straightforward, with clear instructions and minimal friction.
- Transparent Communication : The use of Clever x with multiple login by me during a week, i see clear and smooth interface and Payment flow easy integration with clear UI.
- The support team is quite efficient and I have got response of my queries within 24 hours of time , mots of them within 2 hours.
- I particularly appreciate the frequency of relevant opportunities, I’ve been consistently matched with clients seeking insights in my domain, which makes the experience both rewarding and productive.

**What do you dislike about CleverX?**

I think the  overall experience has been positive, there are a few areas where CleverX could improve.
-While the platform does a great job of matching opportunities to my skill set, I’ve noticed that many engagements don’t progress beyond the screening stage. In most cases, this seems to be due to my location, even though I’m fully capable of delivering value remotely
-A mobile-friendly app or dashboard would also enhance accessibility and responsiveness.

Being an Expert, i really like how CleverX quicly connects me with paying projects that are best suitable for what i know about. It make it super easy to ear money using my skills, offer different kind of tasks and pays well on time. 

It is no doubt a great way to use skills without wasting time.

Mostly i dont get the offers which are steady, so i have to wait for quite a long time to get the actual opportunity. CleverX is a great tool as a consultant to both be able to share your knowledge both via surveys, and/or other larger scale engagements. Separately it is a very easy and turnkey platform to use to garner insights for various business needs via published surveys.

I could see some upside to higher rewards levels for experts responding to surveys, and for customers utilizing CleverX for research, I think getting more consistency relative to validated respondents would make life easier.

**What do you like best about CleverX?**

It's easy to apply for studies within my expertise level and provide my perspective and experience for relevant studies. I can apply to as many surveys as are relevant to my knowledge base, generally around 1-2  a month. It's super easy to use, since they email me when something fits my profile and experience, and I can just click into the survey. Payment upon completion is automated and very quick, and I can get paid in Visa gift cards (among other types) so I can spend the rewards on things I use in my day-to-day life.

**What do you dislike about CleverX?**

Surveys can sometimes be out of date and it's hard to know, so sometimes I'll apply to a study but it's been closed for a couple months. Payouts sometimes are laggy, but it's all dependent on when the survey is closed. There are some times I get sent a survey that very much does not fit my profile but I don't know until the screener, which is a waste of time.

Gleaning insights from various people across the geographic area who I would not reach otherwise, and to provide my own perspective for relevant opportunities. As an expert in my field I enjoy contributing to research on services and products that may benefit me down the road.

Overall, CleverX is cool for those who want to earn money with what they know how to do. But if they improved the ease of use and the speed of payments, it would be even better.

There are some aspects that could be improved. Customer support could be more responsive, especially in clarifying payment-related questions. On some occasions, the timeframe for receiving financial compensation was longer than expected. Additionally, it would be interesting to expand the variety of available projects, going beyond interviews and surveys.

**What do you like best about CleverX?**

CleverX has helped me and a lot of people in various ways. Helping to connect Clients with people with valuable insights on their expertise and experiences using or navigating a few tools or services in a particular industry. It has its good side about connecting the best people to the best clients and all and whole signing up, the good part is you can actually pick out the amount you’ll like to be paid for the jobs you’ll be doing and they’ll tailor the limit to suit what you’ve chosen in your profile.

**What do you dislike about CleverX?**

Their payment system. It’s high time someone spoke about it. They are so strict about payment and the process is lengthy. I was invited to a particular survey and I qualified for this survey and did this  survey and after a few months I was notified about payment in my account, I went over to check it out and it was there, tried to withdraw it into my account as wire Transfer, it showed as successful, I waited and waited nothing came, only after a few hours, it was refunded back to my wallet. Tried other options and it kept on being taken back to my wallet. I tried to reach out to the virtual assistant on the app, they said they’ll connect me to a human resource. I waited and waited nothing from them no resource person till today. Hence I just left it at that.

It’s more of getting paid to share your thoughts on products and services and your views about a few products or services. It’s beneficial in a way that I’m able to contribute to something valuable and my voice is heard.

I appreciate CleverX for its consistent study production — it offers daily, open, and unsupervised research opportunities. I also value how the platform has helped me deepen my understanding of advertising and marketing tools, which has been especially beneficial in my role as Head of Marketing at our company.

**What do you dislike about CleverX?**

Payouts shouldn't take too long to process. I suggest a timeline of 7 to 14 days to help motivate researchers to participate in more studies.

I haven't encountered many issues, except for one where a study remains in the 'Paid Invites' section of the dashboard after an error occurs during participation. Despite the error, the study isn't removed and remains non-functional.

My experience with CleverX has been largely positive, I came across it on LinkedIn and decided to give it a try not expecting much. I pretty regularly complete screeners and have been selected and completed two opportunities. Very impressed with the smooth experience in completing the surveys and in the payment process. Overall, a good way for professionals to leverage their experience into some side cash.

**What do you dislike about CleverX?**

Obviously it would be impossible for their matching algorithm to be perfect, but I do find it to match me with some surveys I clearly won't be selected for. It can be a bit annoying to receive an email inviting you to complete a survey then not making it past the screening step.

CleverX does a great job of providing a selective, professionally-focused, survey platform. For me, it's a way to make some helpful side income in exchange for professional insights.

They seem to be working on this by having better profiles. I shouldn't need to fill the same info multiple times to qualify for surveys.

CleverX is easy to engage with, their platform is very straight forward to use and get onboarded to. They have lots of payment options for experts to receive their payout. It is easy to navigate to find new projects with a built in search function which does a good job aligning projects to your search criteria. They also have a direct chat function and messaging function built in so you can speak with them directly instead of back and forth via email. Inquiries are usually resolved pretty quickly.

CleverX tends to take a long time to pay out for consulting services, one of the longest lead times I've seen against other similar companies. Their team is also responsive but not communicative (i.e. if you have a problem and request it be fixed, it will be fixed, but they might not tell you that it was fixed or even acknowledge your request).
