i haven't found any bug or glitch in this addon at the moment, but yeah from my point of view the email templates and forms could have been made much more interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helps us in finding the target customers and also in connect with the target customers thanks to its awesome technique of using email interactions and statistics for the follow-up activities in SAP Sales Cloud. Helps in delivering large number of emails to many individuals with just a single click. Its simple user interface makes it easy to use for me. And it can be integrated with many API's and this particular feature helped us a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
