Cleverbridge hosts the shopping cart for Avira, handles the payment process and the retention tools and provides many more features, all of these being vital components in the eCommerce process that lead to a smooth integration and constant improvement of the customer experience and eCommerce metrics. There are often bugs which appear sometimes on CB side, sometimes on our side. Also, CB is approving refunds which are not approved from our side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
