"Very convenient for managing subscriptions"
5/5
What do you like best about Cledara?

Cledara has completely simplified how I manage software and subscriptions. The platform makes everything easy to view and organise, and I always know I’m up to date with invoices. It also fully integrates with our finance system, which saves a huge amount of time and energy as I no longer need to reconcile accounts manually.

I especially love the ability to issue separate cards for each subscription. If someone leaves the company, I can instantly cancel the card linked to their licence while waiting on customer service, which saves so much time and avoids unnecessary charges. It gives me full visibility, control, and confidence in managing our SaaS stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

It does add an extra step to the process, since I need to top up the account rather than having subscriptions come directly from the main bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Oversight and Better Control with Cledara"
4/5
What do you like best about Cledara?

I’m quite new to Cledara, having used it for only a couple of months, but I’m already very impressed. The platform has significantly improved the way we manage our software subscriptions — everything now feels organised and under control.

We no longer have multiple subscriptions spread across different credit cards, which used to make tracking spend and renewals a real challenge. With Cledara, everything is centralised and easy to oversee.

The interface is intuitive and clear, giving us full visibility over payments, renewals, and budgets. Even in a short time, it’s made a noticeable difference to how efficiently we manage our software.

Overall, Cledara is well designed, effective, and has given us much greater control and transparency. I would recommend it to any business looking to simplify and streamline their subscription management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Centralized Solution with Room for Improvement"

What do you like best about Cledara?

Streamlined Software Management

Cledara has proven to be a valuable tool for centralizing our software subscriptions and related processes. The ability to have all our software in one place is incredibly helpful for several key reasons:

Effortless Seat Tracking: We can easily monitor and manage the number of seats for each software, ensuring we're optimizing our licenses and avoiding unnecessary costs.

Seamless Onboarding and Offboarding: The platform significantly simplifies the process of granting and revoking access to software for new hires and departing team members, improving efficiency and security.

Empowered Team Spending with Virtual Cards: The feature allowing team members to use virtual credit cards for purchases is a major benefit. It provides control and transparency over spending while empowering individuals to make necessary purchases quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Past Service Disruptions and Learning Curve

While generally satisfied, our experience with Cledara has not been without its challenges:

Past Service Disruptions: We encountered a significant service disruption in the past that proved to be a considerable challenge for our business operations. This incident was serious enough that it led us to consider alternative solutions.

Initial Learning Curve: There was a noticeable learning curve when first adopting the software. While we've overcome this, it required an initial investment of time and effort from our team to fully understand and utilize all its features.

Despite the past service disruption, we ultimately decided to remain with Cledara, recognizing the overall benefits it provides to our software management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Software Approvals and Easy Access to Company Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about Cledara?

How easy it is to get new software tools approved by finance, and how quick it can be to get access to existing tools. As a user in a hybrid team, it doesn't matter if our finance team is working from home or in the office, the tool will always get approved seamlessly.

I also love having a live directory where I can see all the tools that are available to use in the company! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

Not much I don't like, the user experience is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helping us cut through the noise of our software spend"
4/5
What do you like best about Cledara?

Cledara gives us immediate visibility into our entire software stack—what we’re using, who owns it, how much it costs, and whether it’s still worth it. Instead of chasing down scattered invoices or guessing what’s actually being used, we can make clear, data-backed decisions. It’s helped us cut duplicate tools, reclaim unused licenses, and stay in control of spend without slowing down the teams that need the tools to do their jobs.

The built-in workflows around approvals, renewals, and budgeting are simple but powerful. They strike the right balance between control and speed—no more rogue SaaS subscriptions or nasty auto-renewal surprises. It’s like having a real-time operating system for SaaS management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

Cledara is strong on visibility and control, but a few areas could be smoother. The user interface, while generally clean, can feel a bit clunky when navigating between different parts of the platform—especially when managing multiple subscriptions or updating payment methods in bulk.

Some integrations (like with finance or accounting tools) could be deeper or more customizable. It would also be helpful if reporting allowed for more granular filtering and exporting, particularly when reconciling spend across teams or mapping to budget codes.

That said, their support team is responsive, and we’ve seen steady product improvements, so we’re optimistic these friction points will continue to get better over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Subscription Management, Superb Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Cledara?

I greatly appreciate Cledara’s subscription management capabilities which enable us to efficiently handle all subscriptions in one place. I find the company cards, both virtual and physical, extremely valuable for quick issuance and easy expense tracking. The integration with Xero has significantly enhanced our financial efficiency. The software is well-built, user-friendly, and aids in managing finances clearly, providing a central hub for overview and control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

The initial setup of Cledara took a significant amount of time due to the need to input numerous subscriptions. Additionally, while the support from the account manager was helpful, I felt there could be more regular interaction to ensure we're using the software most effectively and to teach us new features. This lack of proactive engagement is a minor issue, but having more frequent check-ins would enhance our experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
