It also fully integrates with our finance system, which saves a huge amount of time and energy as I no longer need to reconcile accounts manually. I especially love the ability to issue separate cards for each subscription. If someone leaves the company, I can instantly cancel the card linked to their licence while waiting on customer service, which saves so much time and avoids unnecessary charges. Before using Cledara, all our subscriptions came out of our main account, which made it difficult to track spending and created security concerns. New subscriptions had to be set up on the corporate card, which added unnecessary logistics and risk. Cledara has completely solved these issues by giving us complete visibility and control over all our software subscriptions. It removes the stress of tracking invoices manually, ensures nothing slips through the cracks, and saves me valuable time by integrating directly with our finance system so I don’t have to reconcile accounts. Having separate cards for each subscription also means I can quickly cancel licences if someone leaves the business, avoiding wasted spend. Before we started using Cledara, our software subscriptions were spread across different company credit cards, which made it difficult to keep track. Makes Life Easy for everyone and gives me an overview of all spends making a accounting a breez, what i like more is the fact that we can assign cards to individuals to use.
