
I was thrilled by the excellent support throughout integration and the continued support after integration. There was an entire team that made sure all our questions were answered and took the guessing out of what to expect as we introduced a new way of checking in our patients to our patient service representatives.
I also liked how there was an immediate use for the Clearwave program. Even before the system was completely integrated with our electronic medical records system, NextGen, we were able to use Clearwave to do eligibility verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that not all the features are available unless you make additional purchases for hardware. Hardware includes kiosks and tablets. I think it would be useful to have access to these devices and my practice is considering upgrading to take advantage of some of the additional feature at a later time.
