
I like the DIDs that ClearTouch Operator provides, as they have good contactability. Additionally, when integrating with their APIs, the error rate is very low, which means their APIs work in real time and create a good experience. I find the API engagement and structures to be pretty good, successful, and sustainable. It also allows us to create a self-service setup with as many DIDs as we want and offers an unlimited number of channels. This helps with high-paced routing of calls at a high agent-to-channel ratio, allowing reach to customers with new numbers and indirectly increasing contactability. Any new requirement that is asked takes a lot of time for ClearTouch Operator to respond. Optimizing the APIs is a major issue, as the system is very complex and requires multiple API calls for a single integration, which is tiresome.
