What do you like best about ClearScale?

The cost seemed reasonable but turn out to be a get what you pay for scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClearScale?

Expected to be able to get documentation of our current architecture along with an assessment and recommendations. Documentation was not well organized. They made no effort to understand where our business was going and how we might prepare our infrastructure. Overall, they were basically just a service desk with a ticket system. However, they were slow in that regard. tickets took a very long time to get to completion for seemingly simple tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClearScale solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed technical architecture expertise, monitoring, assessment and recommendation for improvements. Along with expertise in maintaining certain technologies that we didn't have skill sets for in house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
