Dashboards are a great way to show the performance at a glance and project linked to Objectives ensure you only focus on what has been agreed each financial year. Every Senior Managers / CEO takes ownership of meetings and ClearPoint easily highlights performance of each business, Project status vs KPI's and where an issues are that require attention and resolution. ClearPoint has helped our businesses to automate their strategy reporting process and continue to see success in their various businesses.

As a mid-sized nonprofit we are using ClearPoint to manage our Balanced Scorecard measures, Performance Improvement Plans and Quality Improvement Projects.
