They are great to work with and the whole staff is experts in their field. **What do you dislike about ClearPivot?** Sometimes instead of teaching us how to use the platform, they do it themselves which solves the problem quickly but doesn't allow me to know how to do it myself. **Recommendations to others considering ClearPivot:** They are willing to answer any questions you have when you consider them, so don't be shy about bringing specific questions to them. **What problems is ClearPivot solving and how is that benefiting you?** ClearPivot has helped us understand HubSpot more deeply so we can get the most out of that platform. We are a small business with two employees (who have very minimal experience with SEO/Marketing), and they have been able to help us sort out the best ways to promote our business and understand our current and future members. Simply showing us how to use HubSpot has been SO helpful, but their patience and very thorough explanations of everything we will be working with has been beyond a lifesaver. **What do you like best about ClearPivot?** We definitely appreciate the personalized feeling we have gotten from working with Chris and Maia. They listened to what we needed as a very small business, and helped us "help ourselves". We wanted to be hands on and really learn about the services we would be using, and they were patient and concise with every question. **What do you dislike about ClearPivot?** We only disliked that we couldn't spend more time each session working through each new item we were working on! **What problems is ClearPivot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are working on our digital marketing plan, mostly. And just really getting to know our data as far as members and potential members. But, since working with ClearPivot, we've written and published many blog posts, created social media content and ads, updated our website, and expanded our email contact strategies. HubSpot is such a great tool to have in the marketing toolbox. Monica has helped me to learn about the interworking's of HubSpot. **What do you like best about ClearPivot?** Their flexibility! During the COVID-19 shutdown earlier this year, Chris was amenable to adjust our commitment so we can get back on our feet. **What do you dislike about ClearPivot?** Not enough hours in the day to get done all the things we want to do. Not a fault of ClearPivot, just a reality of time! **Recommendations to others considering ClearPivot:** Consider the team you get when you work with ClearPivot. They are very professional and responsive! **What problems is ClearPivot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits! We are a very small business (2 people) , but you wouldn't know it by looking at our website. We have organically grown a web presence. We have more confidence in writing and publishing blog posts, emails and creating social media posts. They helped move our website to the HubSpot platform, blogging, social media, Shopify and SEO. **What do you like best about ClearPivot?** Chris is very knowledgeable and puts a lot of research and thought into tasks that we give him and his team. Communicating with them is easy and they are trustworthy. They understand our vision and have great ideas. Their blogging team is great as well! **What do you dislike about ClearPivot?** Nothing that I can think of at this time. **Recommendations to others considering ClearPivot:** If you want a knowledgeable and honest company with a great work ethic then look no further! **What problems is ClearPivot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved problems with our SEO, our website and our marketing content all together. They have helped with content creation for our website, google ads, social media ads, etc. They did a great job with our Shopify store and implementing it within our website. We are always learning from them and if a task is too complicated for us then we can always count on them to help!
