ClearFeed is the next-gen Support Platform on Slack powered by AI Agents. Our platform converts conversations from multiple Slack channels into a single shared queue of requests, using which customer-facing and internal teams like IT, Ops, - can assign issues to each other, respond within SLAs, and dive into detailed service-level metrics. ClearFeed also allows the ability to convert customer &amp; employee conversations into tickets on ClearFeed native ticketing system or integrate with other ticketing tools like Freshdesk, SalesForce, Zendesk, Hubspot and more. Teams can also broadcast announcements to multiple Slack channels with a single click.

**What do you like best about ClearFeed?**

- Easy to configure, with lots of flexibility depending on your situation
- Support from the Clearfeed team has been outstanding. Idea discussions have turned into full features.
- The product is reliable and helpful if you are trying to support customers through Slack but need to track and measure.

**What do you dislike about ClearFeed?**

The few things that were initially missing are now part of the product. No issues.

**What problems is ClearFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic creation of issues from Slack threads means conversations are less likely to be missed. The triage channel is beneficial for a team manager also.
Having analytics on your slack threads, like 'time to first response' and SLA information, is also valuable.

- The team is quite supportive & quick to feedback
- Our customer support is mostly on slack - and ClearFeed enables us to be on top of the issues.
- Their slack automation around SLAs and notifications (especially the triage feature) is super helpful.

**What do you dislike about ClearFeed?**

- Some features might be missing based on your use case, but rest assured - their team takes feedback, acts on them quickly, and ensures your use case is catered to.

**What problems is ClearFeed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Helps us be on top of customer issues by keeping track of all issues from a single dashboard and triage (slack channel)
- Automation around SLA breach notification ensures we do not miss customer issues.

1. Ability for a small team to manage tasks from a single channel with multiple ways to communicate at different levels.
2. Helpful statistics are a great bonus feature for us.

None so far. Some of the features that we asked for are already under progress.

Clearfeed is growing more and more as a product every day

Clearfeed enabled us to control a growing sprawl of shared customer slack channels as a vendor, get increased visibility into how our time was being spent, and make sure nothing important went unanswered if anyone was busy or went on vacation.

Tracking unresolved threads/questions in Slack at scale in large communities

**What do you dislike about ClearFeed?**

Sometimes the sync process of emojis doesn't work and the product can be slow when there is a lot of activity in Slack (thousands of messages per day).

our entire communication with customers have been extremely organised 

SLA feature really helps teams to be on top of all messages and not miss any messages

really like the reporting, dashboards which helps us to track our TFR, etc metrics

support team is very quick to reply

**What do you dislike about ClearFeed?**

early product so I guess we will see many more features like sending product updates to all our customers and customize automated messages in the future. 

everything else looks great!

organising and replying to all slack messages in from one place and managing the response times to our customers.

Clearfeed has made managing a large number of Customer Slack Channels manageable. It has streamlined our response and escalation process and gives us access to metrics like FRT.

Some features are in developement but the team has stayed in close communication on development and delivery timelines.

Clearfeed has helped make managing a large number of customer slack channels possible. It has streamlined our response and escalation process and given us the ability to share metrics like FRT.

It is very helpful for keepeing track of pending tasks and getting notified so we don't miss anything. Also it has slack integration that is very helpful to us.

There is no downside as such that i can describe.
