ClearDesk made finding a VA seamless – they do all the vetting and legwork for you. Their customer service is impeccable! It's great that our remote worker, Nix, is a quick learner and has become an integral part of our team. Nix is very proactive, takes initiative, and takes ownership of tasks, which is invaluable. The people. My Customer Success Manager, Lauren, has been extremely patient and breaks things down in a way that makes everything manageable. My VA Anna is incredibly intelligent, well spoken, and can handle any task I give her. Communication is easy, and both of them really care about helping me make the most of the service.
