Linking to the Source documents/evidence is the best thing. No other AI tool has been able to do that that I know of. Being able to standardize and make consistent citations is very helpful. I like the availability of integrations with other programs, even though I have not had chance to use them yet. Performance of processing source documents was pretty quick and didn't run any many issues with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The User Interface is a little complicated/busy. I understand that this is sophisticated software, but a seasoned attorney is not going to understand how to make it work. I work with attorneys that can't even handle working MS Word correctly, there's no way they would understand how to do use Clearbrief. I also don't like that you can't share a linked brief outside of the Clearbrief universe (unless I'm not doing something right). Support was a little slow to respond to an email, but it was still within the same day, so I'm not that upset about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
