**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

I like Clearbit's accuracy in finding user contacts who visit our site. It helps us identify users more effectively, allowing for personalized marketing based on detailed information about the type of company or user coming from organic sources. I also appreciate the ability to save lists, notify about custom events, and receive weekly reports. The integration with HubSpot is also a significant positive. The initial setup was straightforward; you just insert code into the site, and within 30 minutes, you can see results.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

I like that Clearbit is simply structured and the setup is very quick. This way, I don't have to deal with any introductions and can use my time more effectively. I also find it helpful that in the morning I can directly see in Clearbit who has been on my website and how often, which helps me immediately determine which companies have the highest likelihood of becoming customers. The integration with Hubspot is also easier, which made the switch from Leadfeeder to Clearbit easier.

The price is somewhat high compared to the competition.

With Clearbit, I generate leads and analyze website traffic, allowing me to specifically understand who visits my website and convert them into leads.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

I mainly use Clearbit to enrich leads and gain better insights into companies, helping me find the right key persons. I appreciate how it helps qualify prospects faster, allowing me to focus more on outreach. What I like the most is the easy-to-use interface that makes it very easy to find the right persons. I've tried others like LinkedIn Salesforce, but Clearbit makes it much easier since it's smooth and very easy to navigate. The initial setup of Clearbit was super easy, and even if you're new to this kind of software, no tutorial is needed because it's very easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

I would say that it could get better to get the right information, the right title, and right company. Sometimes it's totally wrong and made me call some embarrassing phone calls and that's why I don't wanna give it 5 stars. It will get 4 stars for me. Same with persons that quit and don't work there anymore, it could improve to grab correct information at the right time. Although it's very good and accurate, this is something that I feel can improve. It could use some faster API calls.

I use Clearbit to enrich leads and focus more on outreach, qualifying prospects faster. Its interface makes it easy to find the right key persons and companies seamlessly compared to LinkedIn, which can be annoying with pop-ups.

It's super easy to install onto your website and the tracking seems to be fairly accurate. I checked it daily and you can get data from the same day which is useful

I found it didn't do an awful lot past the whole seeing who is on the site, if they built it into a more full solution then it would be good. But myself, I am nitpicking and I knew what I wanted the software for before using, so I didn't see that as a limitation.

It is helping us find new leads from who has visited the website. Also it has provided great pipeline insight as we can see active deals that are visiting the site.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Being able to view the companies that have visited our website has been fantastic from a sales and marketing perspective. Combining that data with what we get in Hubspot and Google Analytics has been a game-changer for optimizing our web experience. Our SDR team has an additional channel for analyzing their outbound campaigns and dialing in target prospects, and our AEs are able to see which companies that are currently in cycle are visiting the site and getting information about our company so they can reach out.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Clearbit has gone through a number of UX changes recently, and not all have been for the better. Their most recent visitor report, in particular, is much more difficult to read and use. Their credit-based system is fairly unintuitive, and our team has found that the names/titles they have from a data enrichment standpoint aren't terribly useful for our audience.

Sometimes it's shows error and my 60% work is depends on clearbit so for that time I have to find some other extension. It's provide limited credits so i have to buy the credits for some more details.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Clearbit has really great firmographic information, especially for larger or medium size orgs. Primarily limited to the US, though. Has been very easy to implement. The implementation team and most recent CSM has been great, but we definitely experienced some issues with continuity due to changes on the Clearbit side with their organization. Match rate on the people size is much lower, but I understand that they are working on tightening things up.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Their Prospecting tool leaves much to be desired.We've seen sporadic issues with inaccurate company info, especially smaller size orgs/niche companies.

I would love a deeper level of information to be surfaced. We've also seen some issues with their reverse IP lookup targeting, so if that could be cleaner/more accurate, it would be great.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Clearbit primarily to enrich accounts and contacts/leads. We've been using it recently for account intent data for both known and anonymous users. Deanonymizing website traffic is another use case for us.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

The best part about Clearbit is I can use various filter options to qualify relevant data for me like I can check company size, Location Revenue, etc, and add those prospects to my lead and export them. It's one of the best tools to find out key decisions makes by a company and reach out to them for our products. So I use it for getting more quality data and good leads.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

I think if compare to the Linkedin sales navigator, there could be some improvements like InMail to prospects, getting real-time notifications of key decision making updates and company. The dashboard could be much better if we can customize it.

I am finding key decisions makes within a particular company or location and connecting with them using Clearbit. It helps me to get more qualified and relevant leads and export them to keep track. I really like the growth tools as well where I can track who visited our webiste & qualify the size of the company I want to reach out all at one place.

Clearbit makes it easy to enrich the leads and contacts in our database that are missing data; which is great for further segmenting/list building, reporting, etc.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Business email is required for enriching. I wish there was a way for ClearBit to look at gmail addresses etc and pull info from LinkedIn. I dont think this is possible though as LinkedIns data is proprietary.

Clearbit helps us build out lists, define industries of our leads/contacts, and gives overall birdseye view data metrics for our leadership team.

I'm quite new to it's use and haven't yet gone into all its capabilities such as using credits, which i shall soon discover.

But as a real estate agent and future SMMA owner: The ability to find, connect and research business details is infinitely useful. Plus there is such an ease of use.

My own understanding of its full utilisation. I am sue they have a structure and training but have yet to dive right in

Clearbit provided me with a good amount of leads for my email campaign. It makes the whole process of B2B Lead Generation very easy.Clearbit also make it very easy to follow up on the prospects, so overall I am satisfied with the product.

Well I think it's a pretty good platform for outreach and there is nothing that I dislike about this product at this stage.

Clearbit Real-Time Form Enrichment, Account Level Visits, Real-time Slack Notification.

The tool has a good integration ecosystem, so it can be helpful for organizations looking to grow their integrated marketing tech.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Platform enablement and user adotpion needs to be imporved.

The Enrichment fails 3/10 times at the Enterprise Level and 6/10 times at the SMB level for Data Enrichment.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, the biggest problem being solved is real-time form enrichment to reduce form friction, allowing users to have a better form-fill experience. The real-time slack alerts is also a good way to provide Sales teams contextual and relevant account level information on how their prospecting is working to drive engagement to the website.

**What do you like best about Clearbit?**

Clearbit allows us to instantly enrich our form conversions with just an email address, allowing us to ask additional qualification questions instead of information we need for routing. All of this while increasing our speed-to-lead. 

The platform sends our sales team notifications when their target accounts visit the website anonymously. In addition, we can create audiences and find new target accounts based on companies visiting pages on our site over a short period. 

Lastly, we can leverage that account visiting information in ad audiences with built-in integration to Facebook.

Currently we use Clearbit enrichment and prospector. Prospector is good, but the enrichment side is really where we extract value on the Marketing front. We've based most of our MQL scoring mechanism off the data that Clearbit provides across demographic and firmographic information. 
Because the data is also accessible via API we have multiple other use-cases for the tool like enrichment of lists we generate from other sources as well as using it on the engineering side in signup workflows.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

Main thing I don't like is how their pricing is based upon your database size. I would much rather if they leveraged a usage-based pricing model. There are thousands of leads in our databases that we don't actually care about getting updated (or cannot be enriched) on a monthly / yearly cadence. Instead, we'd rather just a pay-to-play model, and frankly I think we'd end up using it for a lot more because of that.

Main value comes from it's ability to integrate with SFDC / Marketo and enrich our leads within the systems. Additionally, because we can ping the API endpoint too, that makes it more valuable

The Clearbit Web visitor tracking tool is very easy to install if you have access to your website's header tags. It is also free (for a limited amount of data).
Thus far, they have not done the usual thing with free tools and badgered me to sign up to a paid service. I know other companies charge a considerable sum to provide the same service.

**What do you dislike about Clearbit?**

So far the only real issue is that the summary information  about the visiting companies, e.g. their business category, doesn't always match their actual sector so we have to scrutinise every record. We also haven't worked out a successful workflow to target the visiting company and maximise the opportunity of the potential lead. We don't know specifically who has visited, let alone their job title. We don't know the search term by which they found us to help narrow the search down. Ethically, we also don't think people would like the opening gambit along the lines of 'we know you visited our website' would be received well by the recipient. So, we know we're potentially looking in the right haystack, but we still don't know exactly where to find the needle(s).

Clearbit is helping us to understand which companies have visited our website and potentially giving us an insight into which business categories are being attracted to a particular web page. Once this reaches a sufficient volume it will benefit us primarily in tailoring our content to attract the right visitors and, less precisely, identify potential new business leads to follow up on.

The account firmographics are the best part of the tool.  The Salesforce integration allows you to enrich accounts, and pull that data against your TAM for territory planning and account segmentation.

The list building capabilities need some work.  You can only push one page at a time which maxes out to about 500 records.  If you are looking to import large volumes of leads or accounts this is not ideal.  I've also seen a number of duplicates in these lists which do not get captured via duplicate rules which can be a mess to clean up.

They call this Marketing account intelligence, but we use it for sales planning and account segmentation.  The data is very accurate when compared to other data sources and balances well with LinkedIn and ZoomInfo data.

Cliched I know, but once you've spent the time to set it up it runs in background to enrich contacts and company information, doing a lot of research leg work for sales and marketing teams.

It can be inaccurate/not fill in easily searchable fields. Ball park, we find that the information it provides is accurate about 90-95% of the time. This does mean that teams have a bit of work to do occastionally, but for the most part it's a big saver.

Enriching all of our incoming contacts from sign ups and demo requests. 
Streamlines are sales process and helps to route leads based on country location and industry segmentation.

Data Accuracy, at the end of the day if you want a reliable data source and be able to action the intel there is not another provider out there that does it better.

Prospector limits you to 500 searches at a time which makes it a bit clunky, any query over 1,500 companies and it tends to crash. However these are all things that you can get use to and work around easily.

**What problems is Clearbit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to track down our ICP's far easier than we could before with Cognism. The data is also typically 90% accuracy or higher for emails which we were getting far less with other providers. It can get pricy but you get what you pay for and save on the validation side.

I wish the integration with Salesforce was a little better. With our Clearbit Reveal, it delivers the data in a text field format so it's a little challenging for the sales team to understand their buyer's journey. I wish there was a widget for Reveal like there is for the enrichment tool.

Before implementing Clearbit, we didn't have any information about the leads we would receive from events, webinars, inbound, and other marketing channels. Our team was distributing leads manually and it was very cumbersome for us. Now, we are able to use the data Clearbit provides to segment the data for lead distribtution and we can deanonymize website traffic and signal our sales team of their accounts that are visiting our website.
