The platform is stable in terms of connection. I've been using it for a couple of months now and haven't had any problems. Perfect for my English classes, straightforward and user-friendly scheduling system, great tools for teaching online. My students love the class video review option. I find it useful myself from the teacher's point of view. I also like that the board file is saved and can be reviewed after the class.
I also find it super convenient that I can either screenshot the picture and easily upload it to the board during the class using the "hide and screenshot" tool or even copy the image from my browser - a simple Ctrl+V combination does the trick .

Not much right now. It is unreliable at best and very expensive for a product that is not reliable. The tools are not user-friendly. If I pull up the slides I want to use to teach in the practice room, when I enter the actual classroom, they are not there. Very disappointing. I have lost money using this platform. That it crashes at times. I was promised students would be able to be interactive and they are not able to be. Customer Service reps give two different answers to the same question. If they get back to me at all. The student tells me they can't see my lesson material at times. I am not sure why that is. The Screen share tool is annoying because it is hard to size my lesson material within the parameters of that green outline tool. I wish there was a consistent price for one year, rather than deducting funds per class and students. Its honestly not expensive though, so no real major complaints there. Also, better English translation is needed for the browser, I still often get error messages or notifications in Chinese even though my language setting is on English.
