I think Claromentis is an average intranet platform. Before they began the quarterly check-ins, it was almost impossible to email or talk to a person, which was very frustrating from a customer experience perspective.

I really like the no code flexibility of Claromentis Intranet and Digital Workplace, especially with the page builder and menu builder that offer over 40 unique components without needing any coding skills. Its no-code tool, InfoCapture, is fantastic for automating business processes like onboarding, expense management, and travel requests. I also appreciate its AI-powered news application that generates correct images and content automatically. The ability to deploy internal hubs and department pages quickly with the no-code page builder is a big plus. Plus, secure extranets for external stakeholders add a great layer of security. Claromentis’ simple to use set of tools allows us to create a great looking intranet for our franchisees while giving them access to powerful tools for training and learning. The extensive permissions system allows us to control access across user and allows us to promote some to be able to control their own sub-users as well areas of content creation. The scope and number of features is immense. We are replacing our old intranet and our document archive in Sharepoint with them. With every solution you can see that someone has put a lot of thought into it and that there is many years of experience behind it. The basic implementation is simple. It takes a little longer to use the more complex features. But there is no other way, because with the extensive configuration and setting options you can map a lot of requirements and achieve process improvements. the customer support is the best support, i ever got from a software provider: fast, comprehensive, quick comprehension of the addressed problem and high problem-solving competence. What's great is the variety of applications. It offers pretty much everything you could want and does most of them pretty well. It's quite customisable and the InfoCapture application can be used to manage a wide variety of business processes. The support is excellent and the Claromentis team is good at engaging with the user base. Implementation with SSO was pretty easy. At first implementation we had three separate on prem Active Directories and were serving different information and brand identities to different user groups. The site search isn't the best, but we're advised improvements are on the way. The documents library application doesn't have drag-and-drop functionality, which confused some of our users initiallly. Holiday Planner: It is very practical to visualize and plan team absences in one place. The system facilitates the request and approval of vacations and time off, in addition to offering clear visibility on who will be absent and when — which greatly helps in organizing work and covering demands.

Policy Manager: This feature makes the management and communication of internal policies much simpler. The ability to store and version documents, as well as track who has read and accepted the policies, brings more security and transparency to the company.

Lack of email notifications: The absence of automatic email alerts significantly impacts the tracking of tasks, approvals, and updates. Many processes end up relying on the users' habit of frequently accessing the platform, which does not always happen at the ideal pace.

Limited integration with communication tools: The lack of integrations with widely used tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams hinders the fluidity of communication. It would be very useful to receive notifications or basic interactions directly in these channels, making the use of Claromentis more connected to the daily workflow. The main benefits of Claromentis are that you can really build in a one-stop shop for Retail Staff. We had the need of combining our LMS, knowledge base and ticketing system all in one and this worked out perfectly for us.

The ticketing system is highly adaptable and can be used for so many different use cases, such as first-line support, information gathering or as a simple order form.
