What do you like best about Claritysoft?

Activities reminders are helpful. Been able to click on the links for itineraries and group help too. There is not too many things I'm fond of the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claritysoft?

Clarity soft is integrated with our Order admin system. I have seen that in that integration sometimes when we submit orders, claritysoft does not capture all the data that we put in our form. Sometimes it does, which makes it inconvenient to have to contact another co worker about the missing information. There is no color system I can use with the Stage. This could be beneficial for people that has ADHD like me. Also, Claritysoft contact management is not the best in the sense that every lead is created, even if it is a repeat, creates a new contact and that creates too many duplicates. There should be a way it can detect is the same person. We need ways that the notes can add color, bold, italica and things like that. All plain notes are not the best. What do you like best about Claritysoft?

The interface and subcategories are much easier to move around in compared to my last job which was using salesforce. I find it very easy to accomplish my tasks and to find out where to go when something new comes down the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claritysoft?

The only thing I dislike about clarity soft is that I am having to constantly log back in after being away from it, and then sometimes it just boots me off of the previous screen, which is not fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Claritysoft?

Good experience in general. Have only been using for 3 months though. It is EXTREMELY intuitive, very easy to customize. Love how you can filter results and searches without much effort at all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claritysoft?

Nothing per say, I've used Salesforce in the past and this does seem a bit easier to use. I guess the only thing I dislike is that I wish it would pick up when Accounts or Contacts appear to be duplicates, and automatically merges them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Learning reports was a little challenging for me. I've led several software implementations and struggled to do this on my own. What do you like best about Claritysoft?

The customer service team is very responsive and takes the times to thoroughly address any issues or questions we may have. The CRM is always growing and the team considers (and often implements) suggestions given by its users. It is always growing and getting better as features are added a few times a year. What do you like best about Claritysoft?

I like how it works back and forth between my email and clarity. I can utilize both systems and the communicate and transfer information well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claritysoft?

If I bring up an email, and I want to copy and paste the same information in the email to another area, I cannot do this. Also, sometimes the system is slow. I convert to a sale, I go into sale and it is not there. I refresh and sometimes even sign out and go back in and its not there. I re do the sale, and later two sales show up. What do you like best about Claritysoft?

Customizing their CRM platform unique to your business needs was much easier than expected even for a beginner. Claritysoft provides great resouce tools to learn how to use their software and reaching out for support help is excellent!

Their platform is constantly being updated to meet the needs of its customers along with a very competitve price. I highly recommend you take advantage of their free trial period to see how easy it is to manuver throughout the platform and see for yourself how easy it is to customize....that closed the deal for me. What do you dislike about Claritysoft?

It's hard to identify anything I dislike about Claritysoft. We use the software for managing the sales process. The only feature that was troublesome at first was setting task reminders and a call to tech support solved that challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Claritysoft?

It's a great database, very helpful for sales, and logging/tracking leads, opportunities, etc. It's a great assest our small trucking company has acquired. Transitioning from contacts via email and phone, to NOW having a HUB, for information; I'm very excited to continue to grow and expand utilizing Claritysoft. What do you dislike about Claritysoft?

I'd like it if the custom quote template was a little more user friendly. I think it'd be great if we were able to upload a word, pdf, or excel document, that we're already using to add to Claritysoft in order to push out quotes through the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
