Claritysoft Pros and Cons

ClaritySoft has the capacity to integrate with a lot of apps and offers a variety of ways to build out marketing campaigns. I love how customizable the CRM is and how each users interface can be customized to what they specifically need to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not directly dislike anything with ClaritySoft, except there are a few issuesin the Marketing module. I believe the marketing module is new, so I understand there are some issues they are working through with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Implementation and Step by Step Integration provided by their Team in spot. The account manager is hands on and extremenly through and knowledgeable on the product. We like how they are walking us through the implementation and the guides are detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can actually talk to a person when you have any issues. But honestly it is so versatile, there is little you'll need to check in about. But when you have that one time - you get a real person who actually knows the system and not just an email or chat. They'll even call you back! I've used other CRM's at previous jobs that seemed simple enough but the customer service was aweful and you were basically on your own. When you need it, you really need it!

I also highly respect the versatile customization. You can make this be exactly what you want it to be and track exactly the information you need with incredibly powerful, customized and automatic reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is very little I dislike. It can seem a bit much at first, but once you get the hang of it, Claritysoft is a powerful tool that lets you track and report on EXACTLY what information you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy how it flows from entering an account through the project. I also enjoy how easy it is to make sure I get my daily task completed and I can easily see what my future task are incase I am out of the office the next day or so.
