Fuzzy logic for searches, user friendliness, and organization brings "clarity" to every day of work at the office. In seconds I can find everything I need to about a group r their renewal and the information asociated with group, produce report, and email it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use combined with powerful functionality makes this my favorite CRM I've ever used. They also offer an excellent mobile version. Claritysoft also has a desktop version and a nice plugin for Outook which makes it really easy to send email through the CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I used it the email worked really well with Outlook but not as well with Gmail. They also didn't offer many integrations at the time and there was no social media component. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ClaritySoft integrates with numerous apps and creates marketing campaigns. We use it for initial contact, piqued interest, negotiation, closing, ongoing support, and lead generation emails. Its robust functionality and user-friendly interface are our go-to CRM tool. It simplifies sending emails from within the CRM application. I like its communication with other programs and drag attachments into it anywhere. Claritysoft also offers a desktop version with an Outlook plugin. Claritysoft is a great CRM solution for small businesses that are just getting started. We used it for B2B, B2G, and G2G transactions where we do not deal with clients. Reporting capabilities enable us to slice and dice data to identify key performance indicators. But the layout is disorganized, and retrieving data needs multiple steps. The support we received and continue to receive from the ClaritySoft team is fabulous. The software is fairly intuitive, but very practical. We use to use Sales Force. SF was a diary (it didn't integrate with our e-mail system and had other flaws). CS is a tool which increases effectiveness and productivity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how it communicates with other programs. I can drag attachments in from anywhere. Office, my email, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like how I am unable to search by different fields. I have to search from my opportunity number rather than a stock number that we use in the office. I do not like that I cannot add notes once it is converted to a sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support team is the best! They respond so quickly and stay with me until issues are resolved (most of the time it's user issues).
