I was pleasantly surprised that Clarity Connect fit perfectly with my current Skype for Business implementation. It complemented features such as skills-based routing which has revolutionized the way that customers are connected to the ideal agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not see the option to escalate a call or able to flip flop a call without loosing context. Call transfers from one agent to the other may not be a very smooth process. This puts the onus on the agents to explain issues from start to finish, much to the chagrin of the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
