  ### 1. An Essential and Power Revenue Operations Tool with Some Limitations

**What do you like best about Clari?**

For the most part, Clari is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It's set up neatly into different modules with brief descriptions to help guide you to where you need to go. There are many different ways to view the same data for your org which provides flexibility and options for analysis. I have also had a really good experience working with their customer support portal. I always receive a timely response (usually within 12 hours) and have been able to jump on Zooms with support members to walk through things live if needed.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I have encountered a handful of "limitations" with the products over my years of working with Clari. Certain things are not customizable or flexible. For example, I think their Dashboard feature could use some improvement. The visualizations that you can add to a dashboard are very barebones, and it's not easy to update and save a graph directly in the dashboard itself. I would also love to add customized columns to the opportunity grid. There are simple calculated columns that if given the ability to add, would add a lot of value.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari's biggest benefit is it's ease of forecasting. Our organization utilizes Clari as our main sales forecasting tools, and we run our Sales Forecast meetings out of the tool itself. Many years ago, forecasting was a manual process that required a lot of leg work in supplemental google sheets. Having everything in one place is efficient and clean. We also leverage Clari's analytics modules for various analyses. Clari has a helpful 'snapshot' function working on the backend so that we can compare our current data to the same time in past periods.

can not allow you for sometime to make filter as detail as need for opportunities status close and lost which can be help full in the future, can also integrate the possibility to modify team assignment directly from clari and not Sales forces

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clean UI and interface. Creating routine dashboards and metric aggregation (e.g. sum of revenue given selected deal criteria) is quick and easy to read. Far easier to update fields in Clari than Salesforce. Clari seems to follow a "minimum interface to accomplish the task" philosophy, which is so refreshing after trying to use Salesforce alone. I find myself using Clari almost daily. I'd recommend it!

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

We've had a bad experience with the Clari Support team -- months-long threads, having to do with access issues after we merged with another company. It's probably a complex issue, but it's gone on for too long.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives me a quick way to forecast quarterly revenue under a variety of scenarios. Easy to update my Salesforce instance from Clari (far easier and quicker than Salesforce). In terms of Sales Ops and Forecasting, it is a time saver and easier to use.

Dialer can mess up and hang up halfway through conversation, I use teams now but my team is slowly switching over after still experiencing problems months after implementation. Also, notification system is off by at least a day with prospects viewing emails.

Groove is an absolute must, it is my go-to for strategic emails that keep my prospects up to date.  The ease of use is very welcoming, I highly recommend Groove.

So far I cannot find anything that I dislike, everything is smooth.

Groove helps keep hundreds of my prospects up to date with critical information that is vital for the sales cycle.  By doing the bulk email's, Groove free's up my time to focus more on other critical tasks that need to be done on a daily basis.

As a senior leader I can can explore, dig in and understand all key aspect of our pipeline and deal flow without being reliant on others. The data is easy to understand and there are lots of options that allow me to analyse the data

Not much. The platform offers the key features that I would want from a revenue intelligence platform. Maybe the time taken to get all of the integrations in place but then I suspect this would be a similar process with any competitors

I love the ability to build and track contact cadence. The BIGGEST function of Groove used is by far the ability to track email open rates/times, along with link tracking. This allows me to build a customized follow-up plan.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The flows are somewhat cumbersome and premade flows lack the ability to customize. This is amplified when a contact has opted out of email.

Cadence and communication types. Having a multimodel connection plan is KEY when trying to connect with busy C-Level Executives.

I like the design of the tool, the ease of use and how well integrated it is with Salesforce. In general it makes my life easier and helps forecast.

Nothing I can think of to be honest, it's a great tool.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main one is Pipeline Visibility - Clari provides clear visibility into the sales pipeline, helping me understand the status of deals at every stage. This enables me to prioritize my efforts and focus on opportunities with the highest potential for success.

Another important one is forecasting, by leveraging data analytics and machine learning, Clari helps me forecast future revenue more accurately. This allows my company to make informed decisions about resource allocation, budgeting, and strategic planning.

How seamless it integrates with my salesforce account and how easy it is to use. Customer support is very responsive and have helped me with any issues that I have.

I don't like how Groove doesn't have an automatic update option. Even though it only takes a few seconds to update, it would be nice to not even have to think about it with a auto-update button.

Groove helps me track me track each of my emails to see how frequently they are being open. To my clients, time is valuable.

Clari is extremely user-friendly, and the team is constantly innovating and shipping new fun features, especially with AI. I love Clari's AI predicitions and trying to beat them with my own! Clari is so helpful in my QBR presentations and getting a snapshot of any quarter.

Sometimes the sync between Clari and Salesforce can be pretty laggy - wish it was more real time so that I didn't get frustrated

Easy to forecast and update opportunity deals. Nice that it pulls deal information from SalesForce, seemless integration. Makes management's life easier to see deal updates in real time. I use Clari everyday.

I like how everything is bought together into one view. So you can quickly see what is important to work on for the moment and what to focus my time on. It makes forecasting a lot easier.

I don't like that you can't always edit sales stages from clari and that you have to open up the individual opp. But I would counteract this as it is very easy to open up individual opportunities.

1.  Automates the entire email campaign sends (right from creation of the template to capaign launch).
2. Analytics tab with detailed explanation on each feauture.
3. The Home dashboard gives the glimpse on activities and its feed.

There is no confirmation on the email sends on groove!

Creation of template, adding the contact list and then sending it manually were some of the difficulties I used explain before using Groove. The Automation the groove offers has made it all easy now!

Wingman is a powerful tool that we use to record & monitor for sales calls. It offers a seamless integration with popular communication platforms like Zoom & Google Meet. Its ability to automatically join and record meetings streamlines the process, while the option to send snippets of recordings help managing conversations later.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The transcripts feature is not great, and it not very accurate. All other things are good as of now!

We are able to record & monitor all imprtant sales & other business calls with Clari. We can always go back to the conversations & understand in case of any gaps. We are also able to log the calls in our CRM & that helps us navigate whenever required during the sales & expansion process.

Clari is very easy to use and transcribes calls very quickly. Faster than Gong! All of the functionalities allow me to easily review my calls and identify improvement areas. A no brainer!

Sharing calls can be a little clunky at times.

I have always struggled with taking good notes and Clari allows me to focus on my conversation while only taking minimal notes on the most important topics. I can go back later and find the particular details for my follow ups/future meetings.

Very simple interface and easy to navigate. Very easy to work on I use it all the time and it is always integrated to our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I can compare it to salesloft and for me, Groove is inferior. There's only a few functions compare to salesloft that has AI as well. 

Also, it's kind of annoying having a separate window for dialler, flow list, and lead profile.

I really enjoy the integrations. I have everything I need to do my job all on one screen.

I really dont have many complaints. It could be a little quicker. It lags sometimes.

There's stuff in there that is never used and I find little to no value in. Some of that could be removed. Also, adding graphs and improving UI would be great!

Easy to use, live information from salesforce, consolidated information saves you a lot of time, visibility on how the business is doing and what is comming. It became a key daily usage tool.

Should have better customization capabilities. The tools to create dahsboards and reports are quite limited.
Has some issues too. Every once and a while my customized reports get back to the deafults...

The best part of using Clari is the ability to use a slick user-interface in tandem with AI and analytics tool to quickly and easily answer questions about the business in real-time. While Clari is powerful for what it does, it is limited both in its scope and features. Dashboard limits make it difficult to fully replace BI or Salesforce dashboards. It is also important to know that pre-pipeline data and visibility is limited making it difficult to run a full revenue engine end-to-end in the platform at this time.

We can't report on a number of fields that we can in SFDC. It used to crash a lot but noticed the uptime has greatly improved.

The least helppful is using date adjustment with high velocity teams as they are constantly changing and they do asist in showing likelyhood of closing when the orginal closing date in Salesforce has to be changed.

Clari's forecasting modules is easy to use & set-up, their CS team has been willing to lean in and provide some industry best practices to support any changes we've asked for.

Their analytics modules are fairly helpful & their opportunity pages are where our reps live for deal updates.

Clari does everything "well" but nothing great, Groove / Copilot are functional but lag behind the top competition. The analytic modules are helpful but aren't integrating across the platform (e.g., Clari Pulse results cant be shown in the forecasting module).  Creating dashboards is also pain.

Clari has provided great visibility and insights into our pipeline that has more that doubled our pipeline accuracy. We also just implemented the Clari co-pilot and it is already saving our reps time with call summarys and improving their calls with the live coaching.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Forecasting is great, but it would be nice to be able to control the cadence for updates other than weekly and the support and implementation of co-pilot needs some help. It is a create tool, but we had some blind spots that we didn't anticipate that we had to scramble to address after go live.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining our forecasting that was being done and tracked in a spreadsheet. It shows historical accuracy for the quarter and has machine learning aspects that help give us an un-biased view of the current and next quarter to help plan the business. We just launced a new sales play book and the clari co pilot is helping us direct the reps live while they are on the call as well as providing coaching opportunities and an easy way to highligh reps' successes.

Being able to accurately forecast each quarter and see what deals have slipped has been a game changer! The activity tracking has been very great for us as well to see what Sales Reps are working on.

It would be nice to see what the pipeline was on the first day of the quarter and how that has changed but always be able to see what stage the opps were in at that time. Also would like to be able to customize the widgets on a dasboard. To show the Stage rather than the Forecast Category.

There are a few things within Clari that must be updated in Salesforce. It would be nice to update it directly in Clari, but most of the time you can which is nice.

I predominantly use Clari for weekly/quarterly deal management, forecasting and pipeline management. The UI is simple and easy to use, the two-way integration with Salesforce saves me a lot of time when updating opps and notes, and I have all the information that I need in one dashboard when preparing for QBRs.

Sometimes there are some bugs or glitches that prevent Clari from pulling the right data. However, these are resolved relatively quickly so impact is minimal.
