The AI summary misses a lot of things and causes issues. It is better to take the whole transcript and then use another ai tool to make the summary

the AI summary and MOM emails should be better to help translate the transcript properly.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

What I like most about Clari is how easy it is to use. As an account executive you typically don't want to be introduced to a new forecasting tool unless you can easily make your updates and get in and out quickly. Clari is very straight forward.

There is really nothing that I dislike about Clari.

sometimes when I go to update a field, it will not let me save it without updating other fields, but instead of giving me those fields right away, I have to shuffle through the hundreds of fields SF is connected with first and then update it to save. I'd rather just open the opp in SF at that point.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

We've been using Groove for more than a year and it really helps us to automate all of our email flows. The email analytics is also a plus when we are doing some A/B testing. Cool thing about groove is that it is also integrated with Salesforce and Gmail which makes our lives more easier :)

Just some minor bugs like too long to load (sometimes) and asking for login always when sending emails through flows.

The groove email reminder helps us to engage with our leads again. Plus the automatic email flows that prompt whenever you need it.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari has a very friendly user interface and is very easy to quickly analyze one's pipeline via the opportunity inspect module. The ability to create custom views and filter by groupings is great for live forecast calls where you quickly need to jump from one rep to the next. I also apprecaite the ability to "star" opportunities to highlight which are top opportunities for the quarter. I also really appreactie the customer support/account management team who are very responsibe and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The analytics modules still needs some work IMO to provide a valuable deliverable. All the pieces are there but missing the story line. Would prefer to have a summary analytics page that says ie "Based on your starting pipeline with close date of X, slippage rate of Y, tendency to pull in deals at Z%, and historical conversion rates per stage --> this is where we predict you'll land". Clari attempts to do this but doesn't give you a true breakdown and clean sheet of the percentages per bucket. You have to click around through the different modules and extract the different pieces ultimately putting it in an excel for easier manipulation. Then allow the option to drill down from the summary page (ie. show me the slipped deals from last quarter and where are they now) --> waterfall module).

Clari is helping solve our quarterly forecasting. It allows users to easily enter a forecast and for ops to easily see where our gaps/risks are. It is also a great tool for facilitating forecast calls.

Super for forecasting and understanding full number to achieve inside quarter.  Helps field, legal, SalesOps and DealOps collaborate to get better understanding of likely quarter outcome.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I would like easier access to training to enable me to better Forecast, pull data and access dashboards. As it stands I have had no training .

I would also be able to add fields that connect with SFDC more easily to improve VP reporting and CRM Score.

Often it is set up with too many fields which makes it noisy.

Helps me not have to pull manual data to report on forecasting to SVP legal and VPs of field. I would really like to be able to more easily impact on the field generation.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I use Clari every day to check and update my opportunities. It's very easy to create different views based on what I need and to update my opportunites real time. I even use it on calls to review the forecast with my team. I also really like that I can add the views to my dashboard to have one place to look at what I need to update.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I do wish it let me update the Opportunity Name and Customer Request Date in Clari. A useful filter I think it should have is "Product Type" or "BU". Essentially a filter that lets me only look at specific Product whether its compute or storage.

Update: It would also be helpful if you could enter multiple Account ST IDs and exlude in the Filter since most users have multiple accounts. The account filter isn't very useful because it'll have 10+ accounts listed for the same account and even if I select all of the accounts under that name and exlude it, the account I'm trying to exclude still shows up in my report. Essentially, there's no way right now to filter the accounts I can view in my report.

Some incorrect integrations, such as downloading Score for the second time, since the first time we are not the ones who set it, but it is generated automatically. The first technical data would in fact be the second internally in the system.

Clari Copilot has been a great tool for my sales career. I used to take a ton of notes on my zoom meetings and now I can be more intentional with my prospects on calls knowing that I'll have everything summarized by the end of the hour.

Cold call recordings and analytics are a game changer as well. Great for 1:1s or breakout groups to go over areas to improve or show things that are doing well.

The platform is very easy to use and don't sleep on the AI  call summarizer for AE meeting notes.

Can't say I dislike anything on the platform as of yet.

Active listening is everything is sales. Clari helps you to be more engaging on your calls to connect more and build rapport.

Easy call recording that happens as per your calendar events and integrates well. I use it everyday to review my calls

The transcript sometimes confuse between different attendes. Support is only through your org's POCs which makes things a bit inconvenient.

I don't have to ask for permission to record, it does it for me. I don't even have to click on record, its automatic. I do not have to depend on Zoom or anything else to tag critical information like competitors. Summary makes it easy to see and the Hubspot integration also captures the same.

Clari solved my issue with SSO as I was unable to login to manage the licenses through the portal. It benefited me as it is easier for me to buy and manager licenses now.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I love how easy Clari makes forecasting. It is intuitive for sellers and managers to input their forecast. The out of the box analytics are also very helpful. They provide our sales team an opportunity to self serve analytics when looking at their team's performance.The vizuals on the analytics are super helpfu and something we can't easily replicate in Salesforce. Overall, it was also easy to set up but requires commitment to get full use out of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Clari features often overlap with other common sales tech tools. Clari shoudl do more to differentiate themselves from competition. The dashboarding and reporting can be limited based on what you are looking to do. Hopefully they will come out with advancements there. It woudl also be great to filter what data from Salesforce comes into Clari (ex: certain oppportunity record types) vs having to just rely on Clari filters.

Clari makes it easy for u to produce a monthly and quartley sales forcast.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Groove is very intuitive to learn and easy to use. When we implemented Groove, our reps picked it up immediately. That was not the case with previous tools.

Groove has all the features you need but is not chalked full of features that you do not need. Groove's competition (Outreach, SalesLoft) seems to be in a battle for who can jam the most functionality into one platform, and you end up with a lot of features you don't need and a higher price tag. Specifically, our team loves the omnibar/sidebar which allows us to update Salesforce opportunities and contacts directly out of Outlook, as well as log activity, take notes, and scope Sales Navigator. They love Groove's "Flows" (cadences) in that they are easy to build and customize, giving the reps structure they need without taking away creativity. Our team loves the ability to share Flows and Templates across teams. Finally (the list goes on), the Analytics in the platform are 10x better than the previous tool we utilized. Reps can instantly see how their emails, calls and Flows are performing and gain insights into what's working. 

Groove provides an exceptional customer experience. They helped us tremendously with testing, implementation, and building a training roadmap. They have a very responsive support team that lessens our internal staff's burden for tickets/questions. We consider Groove a partner, not just a provider.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I think this goes for any tool in this Sales Engagement/Acceleration category, but the engagement stats (opens, clicks, replies) are not always 100% accurate. We've found with certain clients that their email/security settings can impact how these are tracked. For the most part, they work, and the reps have found these very valuable.

Our organization is very regimented with planning our call management strategy. It can be a little tricky to see how many tasks you're setting yourself up for on a week-to-week basis when you're planning your next few weeks/months of outreach. You can see this once you add contacts to Flows, but we had to do some workarounds to figure out "how many contacts should I add, at what times, to which Flows" to set our reps up for success.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use and adoption from AEs. We had poor feedback and low adoption with our previous tool but, the feedback has been very positive with Groove. Getting rep buy-in is half the battle in my opinion, no matter how great leadership/enablement thinks the tool is. 

We are giving reps structure and tools to be more efficient without taking away creativity. We're setting more meetings with Groove and freeing up more of our rep's time to be spending with customers.

With Groove, we're gaining valuable analytics we did not have access to before. This has opened up a whole new world for how we market, create campaigns, craft messaging, and realize ROI on all those efforts through business opportunities. We are still just scratching the surface as a new user!

**What do you like best about Clari?**

It includes all major tools necessary for new business. I am personally using on a daily basis and I love it. I am in sales for 16 years and this is one of the best tools. It makes sense to go through all use cases that Groove offers as maybe there are things you might consider adding to your sales process.

1) Calling and logging the calls with notes into the CRM
2) Sending email sequences, automatic or manually
3) Several steps of reminders for every single "flow" you want to setup
4) Statistics of of open rates, reply rates and other to track your performance and test out new approaches
5) Easy way to Exclude company fromm all flows - necessary when you get to right person
6) Great integration possibilities - Salesforce, Gmail

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Super slow. Sometimes I wait few minutes until my flow are visible. Even though I do not have perfect internet, i t is definitaly above average. The impact on Groove is major.

There are sometimes integration problems when it logs things incorrectly. It could have been a case when you change something in the CRM and it affects the Groove.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Groove helps us execute our new business strategy. Emailing, calling, sending LinkedIn messages and automatically logging them to the CRM (Salesforce in my case). We then review the activities in busiiness reporting but Groove is the source of data. Manual logging of activities is something where we would waste a lot of time reaching very low total number of reach outs.

One if the best attributes is that it is Salesforce native, making it easy to add contacts to flows. This also makes it great at logging all activity directly into SFDC. My Customer Development Team uses Groove to send flows and emails to active and potential customers. It is very user friendly and the support team is attentive and responsive.

We have had some issues with the omnidialer, but that may be with our internal settings.

Clari is able to allow our sales team to leverage their personal phones which is helpful in a remote based company as it gives the sales the ability to use a local number based on their region without registering new numbers.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The support for setting up new acounts / numbers is behind twillio and is limited. Not a great experience porting numbers.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Pulse and trend are great functions to be able to forecast more accurately. It helps to gauge the upcoming months and quarters based on previous performance. I also like how easy it is to make changes instead of having to go into SFDC. The inputting and "quick" submit options are also easy enough to submit and make is easy to hold people accountable.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I'd like to be able to filter based on CRM score more to see the variables that are giving it the score, and then sort based on best to worst CRM score. Also, if I could filter by AE, it might be helpful so that I can see relevant offenders and use it for noticing. This is a miss.

**Recommendations to others considering Clari:**

Great tool, makes forecasting easier.

Forecast Accuracy, and better trend analysis.

Clari gives me all the insights on my pipeline and I beyond standard forecasting I get line of sight into my waterfall.  It uses conversion rates to give a predictive score and shows me the gaps in driving the numnber.  Anyone using SFDC should be using Clari.

Nothing - Clari does exactly what I need it todo.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clean view, easy to click thru boxes with relevant information and view deals / amounts, stages, etc. 
Manager forecast vs individual AE forecast, and AE team roll-up is good. 
Can quickly pull up for a pulse check of where things are at throughout every day.
With correctly set up views, can see all deals in all stages across the team for the quarter.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Does not have bulk editing so can take a longgg time to make updates. Have to individually click into every little box to update on many different sections/tabs. 
Views can be configured to some extent, but some columns are missing or can't be pulled in, and it is more difficult to configure/customize and save views than it used to be. 
Does not have functionality to capture deals in the way that they impact revenue and comp plans on the current customer sales side (for example, clari cannot track de-books, so this needs to be done manually on the side). As such, it is a better forecasting tool for new logo sales than for current customer sales.

Forecasting and viewing opportunities/deals + deal statuses.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I love the ability to be able to bulk send emails and schedule them out days in advance. The website is easy to use and has good data tracking analytics to be able to monitor engagement with customers. My team and I use this tool every day and I can't imagine our work flow without it.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I'm not the biggest fan of the Groove Omnidialler - we have had some issues as a team with getting it to connect to our other systems. At this point we don't use it much anymore, so this is not a downside for our team.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Groove, we had issues with our previous tool being able to handle large bulk email campaigns. With Groove, the efficiency of our outreach has improved and we love the ability to schedule emails for a future time.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari provides an abstraction layer to our complex CRM environment, integrating key signals into one unified platform that helps Sales focus on what matters most. The flexibility to build out and refine our forecasting model as the business grows has been essential. The native analytics tools help different audiences inspect the business for key insights as needed. Autocapture and Copilot integration increase visibility with minimal requirement for the reps to conform to strict rules, simplifying inspection across teams with different operating practices. Our support team has been solid and able to go the extra mile post-deployment (which was fast and easy) to assist with more advanced use cases. Our users are willing to log in and use Clari regularly, avoid the CRM UI whenever possible. So far this drives better, more frequent updates to pipeline status.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Signals can be somewhat limited, with tools that compete against other parts of the Clari stack not supported. Some dashboarding limitations keep us running swivel-chair operations back to our CRM for more advanced reporting use cases.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forecasting, pipeline analysis, deal inspection, signal consolidation, data visualization and inspection of customer interactions live in our Clari environment now, reducing the swivel-chair motion between other parts of our tool stack that just refuse to play nicely together.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari has a great team that is responsive and supportive. Their product is well-designed and easy to use for RevOps and Revenue Leadership (e.g. Sales Management, CROs, etc.). I like their deal analytics and forecasting modules that overlay on our Salesforce intelligence and insights. Our sales leadership also appreciates the overall UI of Clari, which is not something that all RevTech tools do well but Clari does do well!

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Clari should find ways to differentiate from the native Salesforce features (e.g. Pipeline Inspection, Forecasting) in order to remain competitive in the long-run. Additionally, it's sometimes difficult (if you don't have a strong RevOps/RevTech team) to maintain validation rules in both Salesforce and Clari instances. That integration could be more seamless (although it's still quite good).

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari helps us with pipeline management and forecasting, as well as deal inspection. Also, the analytics are helpful for diagnosing any opportunity stage conversion rate challenges we might have in our GTM organization.

Clari has been great to edit many fields for separate opportunities from salesforce in one spot. I love how it has so mahy different ways to predict the outcome of a quarter and what may be at risk. It's great at capturing the activities associated with accounts and oportunities to help me catch where I may be lacking.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Sometimes it doesn't feel so intuitive to click through - I don't always know where to look to find certain information or update certain fields. I assume that its slowly growing, and this eventually will become more intuitive in the future as they receive feedback. I also wish there was more space to calculate totals for certain opportunity/column amounts, to get a better handle on what might close/etc (as I think I can only total a few fields at the moment)

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari makes it much easier to edit many different fields for opportunities and accounts in one place, and see summaries, details, metrics in more customizable dashboards that can't be analyzed from Salesforce. It gives me insight into opportunties about what might make them at risk that I would never have thought on, and is a great reminder of where to check in on things.

Clari's tools are easy to use and implement for both administrators and users. Anytime I've had an issue, their support team have been extremely responsive. I use Clari, Copilot, and Groove daily.

Copilot can be a little buggy, but minor issues. However, submitting a ticket is simple and gets resolved quickly.

We are a customer of Groove which was purchased by Clari so this review is focused on Groove's capabilities. 

- Easy to use and to build nurture "flows" for use by sales 
- CSM attention and support has been solid 
- Pricing is reasonable

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Groove has some functionality limitations when compared to its competitors like the ability to drill-down and view replies within the application. You have to click into the Lead or Contact record in Salesforce to view replies which adds more clicks and steps. 

We recently had a support issue with replies not being recorded in Salesforce.com and getting it resolved was taking a very long time. The lack of visibility hindered our ability to manage the sales process effectively.

We use Groove, which is a part of Clari. It helps use with following up on our inbound leads in a scalable way and also running outbound prospecting campaigns.

The ease of sharing calls with teammates and clients is the most impactful. We've been able to expand our cross-department insights tenfold because of how simple it is to expand how many people hear exactly what our clients and prospects are saying.

Some of the filtering is glitching, time limits for recordings. Nothing that makes excessive friction to use.

Missing messages on what clients and prospects were saying. Not always accurate to rely on word of mouth from just sales team relaying what they could remember to marketing and product teams. Decreased manual note taking and improved collboration.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

What I like the most about Clari is the predictive forecasting. We use a weighted model in Clari, and it's pretty accurate based on historicals. 

I/we use most everything under the "Analyze" tab to see how things are changing over time.

I really thing every first-line manager and up should have a way to view, if not a license altogether.

Also, the Account engagement under "Inspect" is great. We use a tool for Book/Account coverage, but this is a great to see at an Acct/ABM level, if there's engagement by a rep.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The Dashboarding is ok. Reporting is getting stronger in Salesforce, with row-based calcs. So the dashboards don't provide additional insights. 

I'd also like to customize  columns in the ''Inspect'' category, and have those columns colorized based on lack of update etc. 

But solid tool overall.

Forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene.

With the help of Groove, I can easily dial the number of the customer without typing the number, once the salesforce is open, it will automatically generate to dial the customer.

It is not giving me an option to track the history of the previous calls. I need to go through manually look the history using salesforce

The UI is great but further harmonizing it to make it more intuitive would be welcome. At times, it looks like I'm staring at a themeless spreadsheet.

The Clari support team is very present and involved in our business' onboarding. They've provided a lot of hand-holding. They are also invested in improving, and have asked us for a 'wish list' of features they might develop over time. Great UI, and way more interesting that looking at our CRM reports/views.

There is ALOT of data and alot of dashboards available - being new to using Clari, it's hard for me to know where I might be able to find a particular view quickly, but I know it will come with time.

Viewing data in a succint and logical way is now a breeze. The way it is adapted to our business' specific CRM fields and metrics is impressive. All updates made inside of Clari push back into the CRM in real-time.

I like it's interface.  It's easier to use clari to update fields in SFDC and it consolidates important features in an easy to digest UI.  I use it daily as a single source of truth for open opportunties.

I have no major complaints, sometimes we have backend issues that slow performance but I don't know if that's us or Clari.
