**What do you like best about Clari?**

My favorite part of Clari is the two-way integration with our CRM. We have to keep our CRM updated for reporting purposes, proper invoicing, etc., but it is not a good system for running quick reports in. So I use Clari for all overviews of my portfolio of renewals, expansion opportunities, risk cases, etc., and I need to move something to a new stage, update the value of a sale, communicate next steps to management, etc., I can do so from my view in Clari. It's great!
My other favorite feature is the CoPilot Ai. I think it's truly great at delivering call intelligence. The summary feature has quickly eliminated the need for taking separate call notes to store in our CRM post-call, saving me a lot of time and making administrative tasks more enjoyable. I can't count how many times I've forgotten detail about a customer conversation and this feature has bailed me out.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I do think the forecasting feature is decent, but at least in our setup, it doesn't do a great job of auto-calculating the values I need to submit, so that is entirely handheld by using the built-in notes field as a calculator.
I'd also like some more flexibility in changing columns in my views. And maybe some updates to the UI of the forecasting section in general, as it seems a bit silly to have to scroll sideways so much to fill in all information, but these could be shortcomings of our installation, not general faults of the platform.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Forecasting - both in terms of accuracy and in terms of time spent on completing the task. Having experiences forecasting in weekly spreadsheets, it's impossible to imagine ever having to do that again after trying Clari. It now takes me 10-15 min to complete a weekly forecast as a CSM instead of an hour.
2. Opp Overview - I never truly figured out how to do big overviews in our CRM, so it was a big relief to see how easy this was to do in Clari. The two-integration for small changes on values, next steps, close dates, stages etc. is a huge time-saver, and I can quickly toggle through different risk scenarios in my portfolio and switch the time period when doing so.
3. Call Intelligence - taking notes for me, summarizing what was agreed on a call and who needs to do what. It's not the biggest revenue impact compared to the first two, but in terms of how you spend your time as a CSM, it has probably saved me the most!

I appreciate Clari's ability to track email engagement. Knowing when someone has received and opened an email is crucial for tracking the strength of a deal. I also enjoy using Clari's Omni Dialer for making cold calls. Additionally, Clari's capability to send email campaigns to a broader audience than I could reach manually is invaluable in my sales role.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I find Clari occasionally frustrating as it sometimes deletes all my progress when writing sequences. This unexpected loss of work has forced me to adapt and be more cautious while using the tool. Although I've gotten better at handling it, the issue remains a concern.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Clari to run email campaigns and track engagement, seeing when customers open emails, which enhances my outreach and evaluates deal strength. The Omni Dialer feature aids in making cold calls, allowing increased outreach efficiency beyond manual capabilities.

The automation piece of Clari is by far my favorite. You can add in opportunity details which get updated directly into Salesforce.

I know other sales intelligence solutions offer account mapping services which would be hugely helpful in Clari.

Clari helps automate the process for updating opportunities, as well as providing intelligence into your ongoing deals.

Clari provides excellent visibility into the sales pipeline and forecasting process. The platform makes it easy to track deal progress, identify risks, and understand where to focus. The customizable views helps align sales, demand generation, and leadership teams around a single source of truth. The AI-driven insights and trend analyses are especially valuable for forecasting accuracy and spotting patterns early.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Some of the deeper analytics and configuration options require admin support to set up effectively. It would also be great to see faster performance when loading large datasets or switching between dashboards.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari helps bring structure, consistency, and predictability to our entire revenue process. Before Clari, forecasting and pipeline reviews were mostly manual and disconnected across spreadsheets and CRM reports. With Clari, we now have real-time visibility into deal health, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy, all in one place.

I use Groove everyday. I like a lot of the different features Groove has to offer some of these include spaces, AI, and the ability to do all of your outreach in one tool. It's also very user friendly! The Analytics are great and so many data points you can look into especially when trying to improve your outreach.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

What I least like about Groove is that sometimes it can crash which makes it hard to do your job. Customer Support can improve as well. The analytics are great but they can sometimes be inaccurate, but not in bad way.

Clari is solving for an all in one outreach tool for revenue orgs with a lot of data behind outreach.

We also started tracking our renewals in Clari, not just net new business. So again, it just makes it so much easier to keep tabs of all of your active conversations all in the same place.

We had the system go down last week and it happened to be on the day that we were reporting our forecast to leadership, so that was unfortunate timing. But their team was able to get it back up and running within a few hours.

I’ve really appreciated how intuitive the platform remains over time. The consistency in performance helps me stay focused without needing to relearn processes. I also like how seamlessly the email tracking continues to integrate with my workflow; it’s reliable and gives me peace of mind knowing I won’t miss important messages or communications.

It would be helpful to have more refined search capabilities, such as filtering within specific folders or narrowing results by date or keyword. This would make it much faster to locate older items without having to sift through broader results

What I really appreciate about Clari is how it ties together tools like Groove and Copilot. It’s helped optimize our sales processes and provided valuable insights to our team. The ability to analyze activity and outcomes across different regions and teams has been incredibly useful for seeing where we’re gaining traction and where there’s room for improvement. Features like real-time coaching tools in Copilot make it easier for managers to support their teams, even across multiple markets. The call recording and transcript functionalities are another standout – they make pulling actionable insights from conversations a lot simpler.

Our AM has also been a consistent highlight. Even when there are challenges or delays, I feel like they genuinely listen and works hard to deliver solutions. Overall, Clari has been a significant asset in aligning our sales efforts and tracking performance effectively.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

One challenge with Clari has been the disjointed experience between Groove and Copilot. Switching between platforms can be cumbersome, and the lack of connected team structures makes reporting and data analysis more manual and time-consuming than we’d like. It’d be fantastic to see a unified platform that brings everything under one roof.

Additionally, some technical hurdles, like issues with dialer functionality in certain regions and the complexity of pulling historical data, have been obstacles. While we’ve gotten great support from the Clari team, addressing these gaps would really help us drive adoption and demonstrate clearer ROI to our leadership.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari is helping us drive better sales activity and coaching by providing insights into call performance, regional engagement levels, and outreach effectiveness. It’s also enabling us to standardize our sales plays with master flows, ensuring more consistent messaging and strategy across teams. By improving visibility into activity and outcomes, Clari empowers our leadership to make data-driven decisions and helps our team focus on higher-quality, more successful engagement with prospects and customers.

Clari has an intuitive, clean, easy to use UI, which lends to a great user experience. End users prefer to look at their deals in Clari rather than in a report in Salesforce because its just so much easier to consume and update their data. The integration with Salesforce is virtually seamless. Role updates is Salesforce flow into Clari in a matter of seconds to minutes.

Clari is not fully self-serviceable on the back end as an administrator, although Clai continues to make great strides to fix this.

Clari provides an easy to use tool for Sales Users at all levels to track their pipeline, maintain deal hygiene, report their commits + judgements for the month and quarter, among other things.

I believe there's new features that Clari does have, but I still use Clari the same way that I have always used Clari.

I love the ability to setup targeting email campaigns (flows) that allow me to utilise templates or create my own emails, schedule these, understand open rates and next steps. A key feature for me is the link with Gmail allowing me to send a scheduler link, and setup various meeting types for customers to choose.

a better self serve onboarding experience to fully show the benefits would be great.

Additionally, I see room for improvement in the alert system as it lacks the ability to send alerts via Slack or email to notify individual contributors like myself of deals that are falling behind, lack momentum, or are due to close soon, which need an update.

We do a lot of customization, and while Clari is very open to feedback and works on our requests, it can take a bit of time for that change to happen

The AI-driven forecasting insights, ease of use, and ability to create clarity (pun intended!) without a heavy lift.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Lack of CS support and more dedicated technical support after the implementation period is over.  You will need to customize a lot of things to fit your business and you either need to do it completely on your own or bring in professional services.  

Also, tech tickets are closed automatically with very little time for you to respond by.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari is solving the ability to forecast with accuracy into the future by more than one quarter due Clari's ability to look at all historical information in SFDC.

Clari makes it very easy to get a clear and real-time view of the pipeline and forecast. The dashboards are intuitive, and the ability to drill down into details helps both managers and reps stay aligned. It has significantly improved our forecasting accuracy and team collaboration.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Clari. If anything, I would say that the initial setup and customization required some effort, but once it was configured, the platform has been smooth and easy to use

It's very massive to find and enter comment using SFDC. However Clari is very convenient for us.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I really appreciate Clari’s one-to-one dashboard—it’s designed specifically for our reps, minimizing the need for excessive clicks or learning new processes. Since their primary focus is pipeline generation, having an intuitive and streamlined dashboard is essential. Each rep gets a personalized view, displaying their forecast, won deals, slipped deals, and more, without feeling overwhelming. The ability to customize views for different levels, from SVPs to sales managers to individual reps, adds a lot of value.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

One thing I dislike about Clari is that some features require manual customization to be truly effective for our team. Out of the box, it can feel a bit rigid, and without optimization, reps may not fully adopt or engage with it.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Clari, our reps relied heavily on Excel sheets for forecasting, which wasn’t an efficient use of their time or Clari’s capabilities. We wanted to maximize the value of Clari without adding complexity for the reps. The one-to-one dashboard has been a game-changer. I like how simple and easy Clari is to use when I'm updating next steps on pricing, stage and time stamps when looking at my significant deals. Its also easy to forecast my month, quarter and annual number with my director when we are looking at reports and pipeline. The best part is able to sift through SF lightning fairly easily and the updates are immediate in changes. Im in there 90% of  the time when im looking at my deals at a quick glance now and cuts out alot of noise that is not necessary to see!

I dont like that i  cant update certain metrics unless i have changed it in the salesforce lightning opportunity first.... other than that everything is pretty straightforward to use and navigate.

I really like how user-friendly Clari is - everything from the setup to the interface feels intuitive. The toggle feature to decide which meetings the Copilot joins is a simple but powerful tool that gives me control. I also appreciate how the summaries focus mostly on relevant business points without blasting unnecessary small talk to everyone involved. This makes organizing follow-ups and action items so much easier. The search function within transcripts is another huge plus. Being able to find specific keywords or phrases saves me tons of time combing through recordings.

Another standout is how responsive and supportive the Clari team has been. They’ve always been quick to address any questions or issues, like helping with Groove integration or fixing quirks in the trial. The potential to integrate summaries and action items right into Salesforce is also a highlight because it could eliminate a lot of manual tasks. Overall, it's the little efficiencies - like smarter meeting notes and email follow-ups that really make Clari a valuable tool.

One of the challenges with Clari is its ability to handle in-person meetings, especially when multiple people are speaking in the same room. The accuracy of the action items and summaries can sometimes suffer in these scenarios, which means I need to spend time double-checking or cleaning them up. It’s understandable given the complexities of picking up clear audio in such settings, but it’s something to improve on.

Another area for growth is the clarity around certain features, like distinguishing attendees or writing back meeting details to Salesforce. While the support team has been great, a bit more user-friendly documentation or tutorials could help.

The downside of a well packaged and easy to use solution is the lack of customization options in the Analytics / Dashboard module compared to other solutions on the market. It would be great to have the better of the 2 worlds.

It captures what is needed and sharing calls is easy, plus it syncs to Salesforce to update certain fields.  It does a good job recording calls and easy to add to calls.  The AI summary is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The UI is not very intuitive and feels clunky.  The search function is really frustrating - I should be able to type in a company name and get all results versus clicking on a few options that limit results.  Its not easy to find calls or conversations.  It should be easier to customize views to capture information that's important to the sales rep without needing admin approval.  I have to maintain my own separate spreadsheet to track deals because I can only capture what my leaders want to see about a deal (revenue, close date, etc.) and as a rep, I need to have fields like (product interest, last activity notes, key contacts, deal challenges or blockers, etc.).

It gives my leaders what they need to forecast accurately and is easy to update my forecast numbers and see my pipeline with easy updates that sync to salesforce.  Call recordings with analytics and AI assist are also beneficial and save a lot of time.
