**What do you like best about Clari?**

I really appreciate the simplicity of Clari. The tool is built in a way that makes it easy for everyone to use and understand. The new forecasting methodology has been well received by our teams, and the functionality is solid. Everything rolls up correctly, which is crucial for our weekly calls with the lines of business teams in the U.S. The visibility it provides, especially with the upsell tab, is also a big plus.

The support team at Clari has been top notch, our dedicated customer success manager has helped us navigate any roadblock we have faced so far!

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Before Clari, we had issues with our pipeline not rolling up correctly, especially in the UK. This caused a lot of headaches and made it difficult to trust the data. With Clari, we've been able to address these issues. The tool has helped us ensure that our data is accurate and that everything is rolling up as it should. This has made our forecasting calls more efficient and has given our team confidence in the data they're seeing. Additionally, the ability to hide tabs until we're ready to use them has been helpful as we roll out new processes. Overall, Clari has streamlined our forecasting and made it easier to manage our pipeline."

Prdictability and visibility into our sales funnell for accurate forecasting, without Clarai we would be running manual reports in excel which can cause inconsitincies with how different teams report sales metrics, with Clari we get everything underone roof without having to manually pull reports

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I use Clari mainly for recording my calls and getting the notes that are generated after meetings. It's super easy to use and very low maintenance. I just have it running in the background, and it does everything for me. As a CSM who takes a lot of customer calls, Clari really helps me manage all my calls for future references by recording them and sending me the goals and action items directly in my Slack. The initial setup was super easy and self-explanatory. There's no major integration required, and everything gets integrated and synced with just one button click.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

I think overall it works good. If it could just integrate more with some other tools, that would be helpful.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Clari to record my calls and generate notes post-meetings. It helps me manage calls for future reference and provides goals and next steps for future calls.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

I like the idea of having a centralized ticketing and support system. The support team is responsive, and having a dedicated CSM is a real plus.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The email reminders that the tickets will be closed if there's no activity in the last 5days. It would be good if you can reply in the same thread instead of sending a separate email as it's spamming our inbox. Also, there are only a few dedicated admins that can raise a ticket -- with the backlogs and some complex tickets, some may take more than 5 days to review.
The UI for the case dashboard is not very user friendly.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really like Groove flows, it helps ensure that all new contacts are touched and activities are followed up correctly.

The real-time coaching and "Battlecards" are game-changers. When I’m on a customer call and a competitor or a technical integration comes up, having Copilot surface the right talking points instantly keeps the conversation fluid. It allows me to stay present and maintain eye contact (digitally speaking) rather than scrambling through my notes or internal Wikis. Additionally, the automated summaries and action item extraction save me hours of manual data entry into our CRM, ensuring our relationship history is always accurate.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The "Live Coaching" prompts can occasionally be a bit sensitive—sometimes it flags "filler words" when I'm just pausing to let a customer finish a thought. I’d love to see more granular customization for the CS lifecycle specifically, distinguishing between a "Sales Discovery" call and a "Success QBR," as the conversational cues for those can be very different.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is context loss. In the transition from Sales to Success, or even between quarterly syncs, details used to fall through the cracks. Now, I can review the "game tape" of previous calls to understand the customer’s exact pain points in their own words. This helps me prepare for calls much faster and ensures that when I show up, I’m providing strategic value rather than asking the customer to repeat themselves. It’s significantly leveled up my ability to drive renewals and expansions.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari delivers excellent revenue forecasting and clear pipeline visibility, helping teams predict deals more accurately. Its AI-driven insights automatically capture sales activities from emails, calls, and CRM data, so key updates don’t get missed. The platform also strengthens sales team accountability and makes deal tracking easier, all within one centralized dashboard.
Once you get used to it, the ease of use is pretty good, and I end up using it frequently to track deal progress.It also integrates well with CRM tools, so the ease of integration makes it easier to keep data updated automatically.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

What I don’t like is that it can feel a bit heavy and confusing at first, especially while you’re learning the interface. Some views take time to get used to, and at times it seems like there are too many fields or steps for what should be simple updates.

The initial setup and implementation can also take a while, particularly for new teams. In the beginning, the platform comes across as complex because there are so many features and different views to navigate. It takes some time to fully understand the workflow and feel comfortable using it day to day.

Clari helps solve the problem of unclear sales pipeline visibility and inaccurate forecasting. Before using it, it was harder to understand which deals were actually moving forward and which were at risk. With Clari, I can quickly see deal progress, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy in one place.

It also reduces the need for manual CRM updates because activities from emails and meetings are captured automatically. This saves time and improves data reliability for the sales team and leadership. Overall, it helps make better forecasting decisions and keeps the whole team aligned on revenue goals.

Clari is great for forecasting and with it's co-pilot, it allows us one to coach the team members what they need to do. The UX has been good for the most part and we like the grid format that they have for forecasting. It connects to everything that we would want it to and has had a team to support us whenever we had any issues with the system including a team to work out any kinks that we may have had.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

For co-pilot, it doesn't automatically share the calls with customers and you can't share calls in bulk. It is one by one which is annoying. And the fact that we had to have some basic features that we should be able to adjust like categories; that required their team to help us do.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forecasting and quota attainment tracking. It helps with data visualizations and efficiencies in our meetings. Co pilot helps the record and transcribe the calls. It also allow managers to coach the team.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Clari's UI is clean, intuitive and built for busy sales leaders like myself. I can quickly move from a high level forecast view into deal level details without clicking through endless menus. The dashboards are easy to customize and reps actually use them which says a lot. It presents complex revenue data in a way that is easy for me to digest during fast paced forecast calls. I like that it automatically pulls data from multiple internal and external sources to give me a single reliable view of pipeline and forecast. I can easily and securely export and share data with executives, finance and others. Clari platform is consistently fast and has been a rock solid, even during peak usage around end of quarter forecasting, it holds up well.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

When it comes to pricing, it is definitely an investment but i waste less time debating data and more time taking action.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With clari's omni-channel tracking, i get clear visibility into how prospects are engaging across channels like video, mobile and social. Instead of looking at each channel in isolation, I can see the full picture of what's influencing pipeline creation which helps me align better with marketing and focus on what actually drives revenue. Media attribution capabilities helps me understand which campaigns and initiatives are truly performing. this solves the problem of unclear credit across teams and channels and lets me invest more in what's working while adjusting quickly on what isn't.

What I like most about Clari is how it makes revenue forecasting much more reliable. Instead of depending on gut feel or manually updated CRM fields, it pulls in real activity data to give a clearer picture of which deals are actually likely to close. That level of accuracy helps reduce surprises at the end of the quarter.

What you might not like about Clari is that it can feel heavy to implement and adopt at first. It relies a lot on clean CRM data and consistent usage, so if your Salesforce (or other CRM) isn’t well maintained, the insights won’t be as reliable. It could be easier to use. The search functionality feels too clunky, and it’s too difficult to find the calls I need. Search by email should be available, and it would also help if I could search by a company name mentioned in the transcript, but none of these options work.

I really appreciate the AI call summaries, which let me, as a marketer, quickly find key details like “how did this prospect hear about us?”, “what do they dislike about their current solution?”, or “who are they using now?”. 

Additionally, I’ve used other call-summary tools like Gong, but I enjoy the Clari interface. Clean, easy to read, syncs with HubSpot easily. It's a good tool.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Searching through calls can feel a bit limiting. The search filters don’t seem nearly as intelligent as the call summaries. You still have to narrow down calls using conditional logic, which isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker, but it can add friction when you’re trying to find something specific.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our marketing team keep a pulse on what prospects and customers are saying, and it syncs that information to HubSpot. We can analyze the insights both at scale and, when needed, at a more detailed level. Overall, it makes our marketing messaging feel more grounded in real prospect pain points and needs.

I find greatest value in how Clari effectively brings data, insights and execution together into a single reliable revenue operating system. The insights are very easy to consume through highly interactive dashboards and multi device data visualization enabling me and my stakeholders to access the same trusted view whether I'm in a forecast call, business reviews or on the go. It seamlessly integrates data from across systems and turn it into a fast high performance dependable operating foundation. Features like live forecasting and live pipeline management ensure that forecasts stay current and that i can trace changes across the pipeline in real time. Opportunity scoring and risk analysis help quickly assess deal health and proactively identify accounts that may be at risk.

So far so good, ongoing support is responsive and knowledgeable making it easy to resolve questions and continuously unlock more value as usage matures.

I've had the pleasure of using Clari for the past few years and it's become an invaluable tool for me and changed how I work on a day-to-day basis. The revenue intelligence capabilities are incredibly intuitive to navigate, which is important as I'm on the move a lot. Its seamless integration with Salesforce means all my pipeline activity is captured and reflected in real time - not only useful for my manager when reviewing forecast accuracy, but helpful for me in spotting which deals need attention before they slip. The Clari team's commitment to customer success is evident in their exceptional support and training programs. From onboarding to ongoing support, the team has been responsive and proactive in addressing any questions or concerns.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Clari is a fantastic platform and delivers real value across the board, though like any tool there are always areas where it could go further. A built-in dialler for mobile would be a game changer for those of us who are frequently on the move and need to manage outreach. The UX, while functional, could also benefit from a more consistent and intuitive experience across the platform - small friction points add up when you're using a tool every single day. And perhaps most excitingly, there's a huge opportunity for Clari to more deeply embrace AI across their full product suite. The foundations are there, and the potential to surface smarter insights, automate more of the administrative burden, and help reps focus on what actually moves deals forward is significant. These aren't dealbreakers by any means - Clari remains a core part of how I work - but addressing these areas would take it from a great tool to an exceptional one.

We have been using it for our end to end outreach, and the whole cadence has become smooth. There are no misses when reaching a prospect all thanks to Clari.

I don't think there is any scope left, the system is perfect for our outreach.

There are no missed opportunities when reaching out to a prospect, all thanks to Clari. It can now even track emails sent via Gmail or Outlook. It gives me insight into the emails I send to my prospects, including how many times someone has opened or viewed them, and whether they clicked a link in the email.

Despite recent updates, the UI can still feel clunky and unintuitive, particularly for new users. Navigating between different modules like forecasting, deal inspection, and the newer Copilot (conversation intelligence) often requires excessive clicks, which can frustrate daily users like frontline reps.

Sometimes it picks data that should not be counted, but it can be an issue with proper setup with CRM I guess? Some of sales dashboards should be also created for sales reps. Now these are not very helpful from AE perspective. Sync wigth other systems is delayed.

Using Clari to streamline my sales forecasting has been extremely helpful. I get quick insights into my quarterly targets and the deals I need to close, and the way Clari classifies deals by forecast category makes everything much easier. Reporting to my direct manager has become much more straightforward , I simply update my weekly forecast, and he immediately has a clear overview.

There are certain fields that need to be filled in through Sales Force, and I wish I could manage all of them directly within Clari. It would be much more convenient to have full control in one place and avoid having to switch back and forth.

Before using Clari, we had to manually extract spreadsheets from Salesforce and send them to management to share information about our most likely deals to close. Now, we simply update the forecast in Clari, and management can access the information directly.

What I like best about Clari is how it simplifies and centralizes our forecasting process. Before Clari, we were stuck using PowerPoint for forecasting—imagine! Now, everything is in one place, and senior leadership has powerful, real-time insights into forecasting and pipeline health. I appreciate how customizable it is, allowing us to tailor dashboards and reports to align with our specific needs. This flexibility makes it easier for us to identify sandbagging and track mid-funnel performance, which is crucial given how long our deal cycles can be.

It is quite easy to set up, although you will regularly be going via support/CS to have more significant changes made, however they are very responsive for simple structural changes.

For less mature organisations, the speed with which you can reach good forecasting is excellent, with a lot of the more complex trended analysis being available as soon as you integrate with other systems.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

One challenge with Clari is a lack of transparency into the underlying data that drives certain analytics. As someone used to diving into row-level data, not having that transparency makes it harder to explain deltas or discrepancies to leadership. This impacts our trust in the data, and dramatically limits our ability to do ad hoc analysis.

It's  also very much a walled garden, especially around some of the new ai features, which does raise concerns about the future direction. Especially with the acquisition of salesloft.

Clari is helping us unify and streamline our forecasting process across multiple teams and regions, which used to be a mess of disconnected tools and manual work. It provides real-time insights into our pipeline, identifies bottlenecks like stalled deals in the mid-funnel, and highlights where we need to build more funnel for future quarters. This has improved visibility for leadership and enabled our teams to focus on data-driven actions, ultimately making our forecasting more accurate and efficient.

Clari provides me with a follow up tool that allows me to provide well documented forecast input to my VP.      Thanks to tooling like trend flow and pulse, I can combine my own estimations with the AI input from the tool.     It also helps me to check the coverage ratio needed for my different sales professionals and their hygiene in SFDC.     Further more I get info from the activity tab that invites me to ask very specific questions as to deal progress.      All in all : a great dashboard that also provides room for updates that are sent back to our CRM tool.     Talking about ease of use !

Not everything can be included in statistics.   An evolution through the quarter is often not always revealing what happened.   So : extra hints on possible evolutions and an even better way to look back, 1 or several weeks in the past,  in detail would certainly add even more value.

I really like how simple the interface of Clari is because I can see all my deal info in one place without having to click through a million tabs, making updating my forecast way less stressful. It saves me a huge amount of time since everything is on one screen, allowing me to spot risks in my pipeline instantly and fix them before my weekly meeting starts. Clari automates the forecasting for us, so Reshma and I can trust the numbers without having to double-check everything manually. We use it with Salesforce all the time because Clari pulls the data from there, saving me from having to log into Salesforce, which is way slower. Also, the Slack notifications are useful so I don't miss updates. The initial setup was surprisingly easy because once we connected it to our Salesforce account, everything just synced automatically, and we were ready to go in an afternoon without needing a lot of technical help.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

The mobile app is definitely the weak point because it feels clunky and slow compared to the desktop version and sometimes the data takes too long to sync which gets annoying when I am trying to check my numbers in a hurry. I really think they should add an offline mode so I can still view and edit my deal info when I have bad signal and it would sync up later. Also, the buttons on the phone version are sometimes too small to click easily so making the layout a bit cleaner would help a lot.

I also like that Clari captures the call script, which allows me to find specific parts of a conversation by searching for a word, despite the script not always being super accurate about who said what.

I think the script could be improved. Sometimes Clari doesn't get who said what, and the script shows the message under the wrong people.

As an Admin of Clari I mostly create views and dashboards, as well as teach others how to create them.  They are very easy to build, much easier than in Salesforce, and they are built out in no time at all.

Clari keeps improving their application.  New in Studio (Admin module) now lets us manage and update the Forecasting tabs.  
We have recently added Clari Copilot to the mix as well and adoption of that is going well.

The Admin role in Clari is so simple; creating users, assigning forecasting rights, sharing views and dashboards, etc. is so easy to administer

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Clari mandates that all fields must originate from Salesforce, including those that could be calculated from existing data. It would be more efficient if Clari handled these derived fields internally, as this would help reduce delays caused by our IT team's significant backlog.

Clari filled the gap in our Forecasting needs as they were unavailable in Salesforce when we purchased it.  Dashboards have helped our sales managers better manage their sales teams by performing business reviews in Clari instead of Spreadsheets.
Since the data is real-time, changes in Salesforce are reflected immediately in Clari, so nothing is missed.

We started using Groove in 2023 for our inside sales team and later rolled it out across the entire company. The support we've received has been outstanding, and we continue to have bi-weekly meetings with our Account Manager, Amanda Harper, along with Katie. Honestly, the onboarding process, ongoing support, and responsiveness we've experienced have far outweighed any technical issues we've encountered with Groove. As a Sales Manager, I can confidently say that Amanda is a tremendous asset to Clari. She is professional, organized, patient, and truly a pleasure to work with. To be honest, I wish she were part of my own team!

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Since we started using Groove in 2023, there have been numerous enhancements. Initially, we encountered some technical issues and found certain limitations in its functionality, but over time, updates were made to address these concerns.

Overall, I find it intuitive to create templates and flows, and the integration with Salesforce is especially valuable. As a manager, I would appreciate more KPI analytics available in a dashboard that merges Salesforce pipeline data with Groove outcomes. **What do you like best about Clari?**

I like the ability to easily change important fields in Clari and Salesforce with one click. I also like the ability to see the hierarchy of deals based on location and manager, and how they are being attained with our goal. Seeing hundreds of deals grouped the way we forecast, and then being able to filter down based on different types of fields we put into Salesforce is great. Also, seeing where there's gaps at the opportunity team level helps us figure out where pipeline or special resources might be needed.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

We want the reps to work more in Clari. However, we use other tools such as quoting that can't be done directly in Clari. So they are still having to click out of Clari to update different things.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Clari for better pipeline visibility and deal structure. It lets me easily change fields in Clari and Salesforce and view deal hierarchies by location and manager. I can filter deals for better forecasting and spot gaps where resources are needed.

I find Clari very easy to use, and the data I need is almost always presented right when I need it. During analysis, I can find the data details I'm looking for within selected areas easily. For example, if my pipeline has several opportunities, I can see each of its details with simple clicks while my analysis dashboard remains open.

There could be a set analytics page such as a dashboard where it gives you tailored analytics and graphs. It was hard as you didn’t know which elements contributed to your forecast.

Clari is always evolving! Since you mentioned its ease of use and tracking features, I’ll share a few other aspects that I think really stand out recently:

AI-Powered Forecasting: Clari’s predictive analytics and AI-driven forecasting have gotten stronger. It’s able to pull data from multiple sources to create highly accurate revenue predictions. This helps teams stay proactive and adjust strategies quickly.

Deal Slippage Alerts: The system now offers better deal slippage indicators, so sales teams can get early warnings about deals that are likely to move slower than expected or face roadblocks. This can help to fix things before they become a bigger issue.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Clari’s enhanced visibility into pipeline metrics means that not just sales teams, but also marketing, finance, and customer success teams can align on goals and projections. This shared data makes cross-functional collaboration much more streamlined.

Revamped Mobile Experience: The mobile app has seen improvements. Sales reps can now track and update deals on-the-go, which helps in keeping the CRM data accurate in real time. It makes Clari even more convenient for teams that are on the road.

Salesforce Integration UI (Side Panel Issue):

As you mentioned, the new Clari side panel in Salesforce can be intrusive, especially since it can’t easily be hidden or minimized. This affects screen real estate and user experience. A simple "collapse" or "hide" button would solve this.

Occasional Bugs & Lag:

Some users report performance hiccups — freezing, lag when switching views, or data not syncing in real-time. This can create frustration during busy sales periods.

**What do you like best about Clari?**

Turns out Clari took the approach of every other self-proclaimed AI analytics company and opted to record data in a format that Overwrites and/or Deletes data they deemed “negative results” to ensure their software highlights that their various useless tools are working. These data storage decisions make it impossible to actually implement change or improve sales within any organization.

Unless you or business requires a pat on the back you pay for to boost your self-esteem, this is an utter waste of money.

**What do you dislike about Clari?**

Lies and coverups. They venture into Business Partnerships under a guise of deceit and press it as far as they can before admitting they don’t have engineers qualified enough to fix the glaring issues in their software.  Company Founders will go out of their way to not answer questions and rely on hopes and a prayer that their latest band-aid will hold their entire platform together.

This is nothing more than a pig wearing colored lip balm – do yourself, your company, and the actual sellers you expect to use this software a favor and at least spring for a pig wearing lipstick.

**What problems is Clari solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clari created completely completely original and unique horrors of useless software. Rather than drive Modern Selling they set our organization back at least a decade. We would’ve been better off sending folks out with pamphlets door-to-door.

Furthermore, Clari greatly streamlines the reporting process, and its interactive UI makes it easy to conduct forecast reviews with the sales team. I tend to have issues when downloading information from Clari. Specifically, when I want to perform further analysis on the information, it is often difficult to gather it in a proper format. This format issue makes it challenging to import data into Excel or Google Sheets for further analysis. This aspect could definitely be improved.
