Instead of spending hours updating spreadsheets or digging through emails, I can see the health of deals, identify risks, and know which opportunities need attention. They have updated their product catalogue hugely compared to when I have reviewed last time. It has become more revenue oriented and their collaboration with salesloft made it more complex. What do you dislike about Clari? Nothing as of now, they are going good. One small suggestion is to improve their onboarding process and make it butter smooth by having multiple calls until the customers get comfortable using the platform.
