The most interesting part to me is that increased responsiveness and scalability of our inbound engagement process following the implementation of Clara. We are in a very fast-placed B2B market where the timing of engagement with a lead can make huge difference in conversion rate, and Clara has helped us overcome a big challenge we had by engaging leads right out of the funnel.
