What do you like best about GeoHECRAS?

What do you like best about GeoHECRAS?

The interactive ability to cut cross sections and visualize the site while setting up your HEC-RAS Model at the same time. It saves time and the georeferences make the hydraulic modeling easier to understand and follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

setting up the correct survey coordinates and adding in additional spacial data later to a model can be confusing as the spacial references don't mesh (or combine) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are tried of using 4 different programs to build a RAS model, you need to switch to this program. It takes the guessing out of modelling, because everything you need is in one program all in one screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GeoHECRAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Building RAS models from scratch in a fraction of the time in other programs. Can show my manager terrains/shapefiles/CAD layers all at once with the RAS model over it to easily see what changes in the model are coming from.

Can also make surfaces from RAS models, and create new surfaces within the program that be sent to other groups in our company for their use. Mapping floodplains to surfaces and the RAS model take little time and are very accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
