What problems is GeoHECRAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use GeoHECRAS for numerous bridge and culvert replacement projects. I benefit most from how easy the program is to use and being able to make terrains quickly and efficiently using both LiDAR and survey information with ease. What I like best about Geo HecRas is the customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GeoHECRAS?

While this is head and ears above HecRas from the Corps of Engrs, some parts are still not intuitive. Glad there is tech support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GeoHECRAS?

I like the user interface, as well as the ability to undo and assign land cover using the mapping features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GeoHECRAS?

I would like to see a better comparison of modeling results to determine the differences between models quickly. Right now, I copy the modeling results to Excel in order to compare the differences in water surface elevations between models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GeoHECRAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I typically use GeoHECRAS to perform no-rise analyses and hydraulic analysis of bridge replacement projects. The benefits we have realized include significantly less time building models and a much easier ability to modify models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
