The Citrix workspace sometimes becomes very slow making it difficult to mingle the screens and completing the work fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Citrix workspace essential provided the SSO(single sign-on) to all software as a service products as well as multifactor authentication that makes the product more safe and easy login. Citrix takes sometime to reflect the data submitted and needs a double check whenever we do. Also we need to take sometime to understand the navigation initially. But navigation is not an major problem for one to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that it is very straight and to the point. There is not a lot of different tabs or buttons that are unnecessary or taking up space. That can make the job confusing when the system is confusing, so I like that it is a pretty simple interface. There is not a whole lot that I dislike about CCS. It is a system that is very sensitive so one must learn how to navigate it a certain way to get the best results. I have a habit of going back into my orders after making any changes to make sure they were appropriately submitted, and sometimes the changes do not immediately reflect in CCS.
