**What do you like best about Cisive?**

The background package we use allows us to hire candidates faster due to the turnaround time. I have used other vendors in the past and find that Cisive (Driver iQ) delivers a better product, faster.

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

I have tested Cisive (Driver iQ) against their competitors and have not found one that has made me want to switch. I don't have anything that comes to mind that I dislike!

**Recommendations to others considering Cisive:**

For others who are looking for a background report vendor my strongest recommendation is to understand what you are ordering. There are a lot of vendors in this space and they don't all offer the same packages. Cisive (Driver iQ) does a great job with customer service and they are very thorough when explaining their products. I have used multiple vendors over the years and Cisive (Driver iQ) has been hands down the best!

**What do you like best about Cisive?**

We absolutely LOVE their customer service. They offer an online chat option during weekday business hours, and they are very effective at resolving any issues that come up. The chat feature also lets us upload any necessary documents, and they can provide documents to us directly through the chat as well. Everyone is very nice and always treats you with respect.

Reports requested are usually sent back to us instantly. They keep us up to date if there are any issues with reports being returned. Their PRE-Screen report provides a full verification of employment including accident info if the company provides it. This eliminates extra work our processing team has to do when pulling verifications of employment.

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

I haven’t had any issues or downsides with using Cisive. If anything does come up, it’s handled efficiently and quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Cisive:**

Their products are easy to order, and they arrive quickly. They also have excellent customer service and a great sales team.

**What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us ensure that potential drivers meet our hiring guidelines by providing MVRs, PSPs, and pre-screen employment reports.

I love that Cisive's entire team, from Business Development to Customer Service, is responsive and works in a timely manner to solve issues, which helps us hire drivers faster and easier. I also appreciate Cisive for providing fast, quality background checks. Setup and use of Cisive was fast and easy!

Sometimes there are delays with reports, it'd be nice to receive notice of those even if it is via email.

The customer support is world-class, with quick responses that usually address issues rapidly. This is incredibly important in our industry.

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

Since speed is so vital, it would be nice to get criminal background reports back quicker. However, I don't believe that issue is unique to Driver iQ.

**What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Driver iQ integrates with our applicant tracking system, Tenstreet, which makes our jobs easier so we don't have to use multiple platforms. Their customer support resolves issues quickly, which is crucial in our industry.

Working with Cisive has been nothing short of exceptional. From the beginning, their team took the time to understand our needs and ensured we felt supported every step of the way. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and the experience we’re providing to our students.

Turnaround times have been fantastic, our students have noticed and appreciated the quick processing, which has significantly improved our ability to move them through the pipeline efficiently. There’s very little to critique. Because of our unique needs, we require more robust reporting than most, and we’ve also hoped for a more unified branding experience across the platform. That said, the Cisive team has been incredibly receptive to feedback and is actively working on improvements in both areas. Their responsiveness gives us confidence that these enhancements are on the horizon.

Cisive is helping us manage clinical compliance and background screening for students in a highly regulated, time-sensitive environment. What I appreciate most is the people. These days, good customer service is hard to come by, and it's rare to find a company that is genuinely pleasant to work with and doesn't hide behind curt or unfriendly emails.

I haven't come across anything that I need to address for dislikes.

I received prompt and professional assistance in resolving two issues/questions related to documents. The quick response, focused on finding a solution, was extremely helpful for my company, especially since we needed to act fast to qualify candidates.

Cisive's software has been very easy to use.   We were pressed for time in implementing their system and they bent over backwards to help us meet our deadlines.   We have had an extremely positive experience with Cisive from the very beginning.   They are also continually reaching out to see how everything is going and if there is anything they can be doing better.     Their commitment to client service has impressed us greatly.    We plan to deepen our relationship with them by utilizing other services they offer.

We have not experienced any downside while working with Cisive.  We are a newer customer, but the experience has been great so far.

**What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined our process, allowing our employees to save time doing background screenings.   We are able to service over 150+ clinical partners utilizing their service.    The greatest benefit to us is that it saves us time and money, but it also simplifies the process for our students as well.

We have been using Cisive for many years and will continue to use them for our healthcare student- background, drug screen, and immunization tracker needs. They are quick to respond and assist with any needs, concerns, or questions. Other companies have tried to get us to change but we will not. Cisive customer support is excellent and cannot be matched. Their resources are easy to use and they provide one-on-one instruction if needed.

I have nothing negative to say- they always provide prompt assistance to solve any problems or issues that may arise.

**What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cisive is a one stop, on-line resource for our clinical sites who review background checks, drug screen reports, and immunization documents. This allows for a smooth transition from classroom to clinical for instructors and our students. It is also a secure way for our clinical sites to access student information required prior to clinical rotations.

I appreciate their fast response. They have also caught several glitches in our software, which they identified, allowing us to correct them.

I would like to get the reports quicker. Currently, they don't come in a timely manner. I would hope they would come in a day or two, but some of them take longer than that.

Cisive aids in the credentialing process and quickly catches software glitches, enabling timely corrections. Their fast response is a significant benefit.

Their customer service is amazing, they are quick to responded and always respond very professionally. Their integration with TenStreet makes using them as a vendor that much easier. Cisive also makes their system very user friendly no matter if you are using them through Tenstreet or through their website direct.

Right now, no complaines or negative feedback.

The Driver IQ pre report has been an amazing tool to use when it comes to reference checks. It cuts verifying expereince for our company in half. 
We also now upload our terminations to the data base and we started using Driver IQ for current employees as well and this made made employment verifications easy to obtain for other companies and saves us time on the backend as well.

**What do you like best about Cisive?**

The Driver iQ team is exceptional to work with, and I've enjoyed working with them for several years. They have been instrumental in our ability to reach some very ambitious goals over the past few years. Driver iQ has enabled us to completely customize our content and processes, which has allowed us to reduce our turnaround time and time to hire by half, increase our hire velocity and improve the onboarding experience for our drivers. I would, and do, highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a change.

Best in the business as far as I’m concerned. I’ve used HireRight and Asurint – and they can't touch the DiQ team. Great group, very responsive and very easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

I'd say the only downside is that it's increased our volume of work, but that means it's increasing our driver count, which is exactly what we wanted!

**What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obtaining criminal backgrounds, and safety performance history on driver applicants is the biggest delay in the hiring process and prior to our partnership with DiQ that took about a week per class to do, cutting our ability to bring in more than 30 drivers each week. Within a year of implementation, we were able to streamline and refine our processes to such a degree that it allowed us to go from one Orientation class per week, with a max of 30 drivers, to 4 Orientations per week, capable of hiring 70+ drivers. That, in turn, has allowed for rapid growth of our seated truck count, which is vital to the continued success of the company.

People who are willing to listen. When a client (us) has any question, problem, concern, idea or thought, it is received with not just a customer service person who will relay the message, but the people that can actually help resolve or provide a solution. And beyond that, if a resolution is not possible, we understand the "why" behind it and look for alternatives.  They make our concern, theirs and that is the meaning of what a partnership should look like.

Little do we dislike, I may suggest proper staffing as individuals do seem stretched at times.  But service is acceptable.

We appreciate that Cisive understands the importance of integrations.  Having a tech partner that ensures we are getting the most accurate information in the most efficient way possible is key to our being able to service our drivers with the same level of service we expect from them.

At the begining of our partnership working through our expectations was out of the normal onboarding, once we were successful in educating the Cisive team on how and when we would be pulling information from their system we quickly worked out the bumps.

From day one, Cisive has been solving our top 3 issues of accurate information, speed and cost as it relates to background screening. We are able to put our trust in their systems and processes - their distinct way of providing the information allows the recipient to view the good and bad quickly and efficiently. Background reports return within seconds allowing us to speed up our process which makes both the candidate and employer experience positive. We have saved over 50% in cost savings solely on background screening since switching to Cisive - with a much better return!

We recently went through the onboarding experience with Driver iQ, and I couldn't be more impressed!  From the very first day, the process was smooth and welcoming.  Amy Bricken made it a priority to ensure that we felt comfortable and informed.  Kudos to the Amy for making the onboarding process not just informative but genuinely enjoyable!

They are different from other vendors. They are easily customizable and can select anything you need for your candidates.

I like the streamline process of all verification of dates of employment and accident history at one location. 
 I also like that it is integrated with our ATS system.

I do not like that all carriers do not report to driver IQ.

Our organization requires that we verify a set amount of Experience of commercial vehicle operators and how many jobs they've had.
We are able to complete both of those requirements with the driver IQ report .

**What do you like best about Cisive?**

Amazing customer support and innovation. They have online chat support to answer questions immediately. They are always open to suggestions and willing to intergrate with our home built ATS as well as the major players in the industry. Processing reports is a daily task and its vital to have partner that provides all the services in one easy to use place. As an advanced user, their portal is also very easy to access and use. With consistent follow up meetings with their team, we have only improved our overall process and reduced our hiring costs associated with processing background checks and running motor vehicle records.

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

Only complaint I have is the portal can be a little slow and cumbersome but for most users they will never use this feature and can always use their live chat to solve any issues that happen.

Cisive is solving the problem of being a background check provider that provides excellent customer support and allows us to make quick hiring decisions with correct data and leverage their technology for ease of use.

**What do you like best about Cisive?**

We have been very pleased with the integration with our credentialing platform and the ease of use.  It was very easy to implement and configure.  The number of features is also great.

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

Currently the only downside is the ability to copy a credentialing delegate on the emails sent to the practitioner applicant but that requires more configuration settings with our credentialing system as well and hopefully is something that will change in the near future.

**What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously were using three different vendors for background checks, drug screening, and employment verifications.  We have been able to move from three vendors to one which has been great for our team as well as for the practitioner applicants.

What's most helpful at this time is our dedicated support team - knowing we have them to reach out to creates a lot of ease.

Cisive has had quite a few reorganizations in the time I've been managing them. It hasn't always been clear as to who does what and how to leverage the right people to get the right tasks done correctly and timely. I think there is still room for opportunity to create more seamless processes so that Cisive seems like the well-oiled machine I know it can be.

From the business side of the house, our only complaint at this time is the timeline to be able to get results back for certain populations.

They are screening our candidates against the requirements and reporting it back effectively.

We utilize DriverIQ to complete our employment verifications and the process is very quick and smooth. We utilize this service just about everyday and we couldn't be more satisifed. It allows us to get instant access to employment verifications and the process to request missing information or address discrepancies is done with a click of a button. I also appreciate the great customer support - any issue or question I have is responded to promptly. Perhaps one of the best features offered for DriverIQ is it's integration with Tenstreet, that is a game changer! Highly recommend this service.

The profile that is created for our applicants and medical staff by PreCheck gives us great insight that assists our Credentials Committee make the best decisions for the safety of our patients.  The service also integrates with our credentialing software for a seamless experience. PreCheck's customer service is also top notch, communicating any issues in our orders that might arise.

We can honestly say that we do not have any dislikes with our end products and customer service.

The most helpful about Cisive is that there is always somone to assit for customer service promptly. I also like that the compnay provides great services for ex, running reports for the FMCSA Clearinghouse and processes employment verifications for  drivers, which is very convienent. The poral is very easy to use as i am in there daily if not weekly.

Last year we expericeined an issue with the FMCSA Clearinghouse where a batch of drivers were not ran on time, however, Cisive addressed the matter immediately. Cisive knows the seriousness of being compliant and again issue was resolved.

This company has amazing customer service and staff that really care about your experience. We use IntelliCorp to vet volunteers who want to work with older adults as volunteer drivers, providing help at home, etc. We are pleased with the training they provide that that makes it straightforward to use and we feel confident in the results so we and the older adults we work with can feel safe knowing our volunteers have been screened.

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

The process takes a little getting used to but Intellicorp helps you through it and once you've done it once or twice, you've got it!

**What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We look for volunteers in our community who can help older adults continue to live independently in their own homes. Intellicorp helps us vet those volunteers so we can send them out to the homes of older adults safely.

**What do you like best about Cisive?**

I like the fact that we can get most all background checks back within a reasonable amount of time. The fast turnarounds of the background checks help get the Caregivers processed more quickly. We need to expedite our hiring process at times, and it is nice that in most cases, we can get the Background checks back quickly- some same day if started early enough! The process makes it easier to clear our Caregivers and get them out to our clients! It is nice to be able to tell our clients (and family members) that we have screened and cleared our Caregivers who will be coming into their private homes.  The details on the reports are essential too and allow us to see what/if any issues they may have had and when and make judgment calls from there. Running local, state, federal, criminal, sex offender, motor vehicle background checks are very essential for the type of work we do...we have to know that our Caregivers have clear backgrounds and driving records and the Intellicorp reports are quite thorough and cover all the necessary areas!  Also, the few times I have had to reach out to the team, they have been able to answer all of my questions, pleasantly and professionaly!

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

Some state checks take more than a couple of days to get back, slows down the onboarding process and means it will take longer to get our Caregivers activated and out with our clients. Would be nice to know at the time of submission the estimated time of return of the background checks or have a list of states that typically do take longer just so we know ahead of time - if that is the only thing we are waiting for before a Caregiver csasn get out to a client, it gets a little frustrating!

**Recommendations to others considering Cisive:**

If you are looking for an efficient and thorough Background checking agency that is backed by professional, efficient and pleasant staff, then Intellicorp is the right program for you!

Knowing that our Caregivers have clear backgrounds helps to ease the mind of us and our clients. We are almost always asked about background checks and helping ease the mind of clients and family members who are reluctant to have someone new/stranger come into their home...by receiving these thorough reports quickly and efficiently we are able to provide the care that our clients need and in a timely manner

Intellicorp is very straightforward! The platform is easy to use, and I feel like it's secure. I appreciate that they do a training every few months to remind me about rules on background checks and other laws--though I know it's a requirement. I also work with fiscal, so I like how all my invoices are all in one place and it also tells me which background checks go with each invoice, as I have to allocate each background check to different programs/departments.

**What do you dislike about Cisive?**

The part that I have trouble with, and I don't necessarily think it's an Intellicorp problem, is when someone I need a background check for has two last names or a hyphenated last name. It advises that it would have an easier time if the name is one word or not hyphenated. Sometimes I don't have that option.

**What problems is Cisive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't really have any real problems with IntelliCorp. It's easy to use and straightforward. The benefits I find the most is how organized it is to find invoices and finished background checks.

I feel like IntelliCorp could do more improvements on the drug screen feature. But it has improved in the last year. I like the update they recently did where now you can see each drug listed and if there is a negative or positive beside the name of the particular drug. It is apparent that IntelliCorp is improving.

IntelliCorp is a great product to use for background checks and drug screens. Easy to use for both internal and external people if using the candidate direct feature.

IntelliCorp has always been the company we use for pre-employment criminal background and MVR checks. As well as, pre-employment and post accidental drug screening.

I like their automatic prompts and ease of access. when I log in, my password and username are always saved and successfuly prompted. Submitting a new background check is easy and the steps are concise. I like that if the access link expires before the applicant has time to complete it, I have the ability to resend the link without a hassle.

I wish I knew more about the expanse, but for what my purpose in using it is, it is okay. For my primary position, there is not a need for me to explore many other options on the intellicorp website. Potential staff hires that have given me feedback on the background check process.

If you are looking for ease of access software to access background checks for potential volunteers or new hires, this is an easy-to-use and effective website.

Benefits would be associated with how easily I can run a background check on a potential new hire. As someone who hires new applicants frequently and needs these applicants to be reliable, this website saves me time, and I have never had a problem sending the information through the system. I have had new hires that have shared that they feel like the link to access the background check could last some time longer, as they are not always able to access their emails and take time to complete a background after I send it. Essentially, I have found that I need to notify the new hire of the background check being requested and emailed it to them, so they can successfully complete the background before expiration.
